I've noticed since last week's upgrade to the latest MIUI 9.6.22 I no longer seem to have 4G and the symbol is now showing 3G and when I do use mobile data the best I get is H++. I've taken the SIM card out and put in my MI A1 and I get a 4G symbol. Anyone having this issue. Anything I should try?
Edit someone mentioned it could be an issue when using the Dual 4G toggle in settings, which I must have switched on by accident as I only have one sim and SD card installed.

Hi everyone,
i was wondering if i'm the only one to get issue with my data.
In fact i have the 3G icon, but no network connection, i have to disable and enable data to have the H icon and data working.
i had it with stock SFR rom, stock motorola rom and custom rom.
have you deactivated Wifi networks.....???
Normally it should not happen. But I am not sure whether it is the phone issue or the network issue.
Last summer when I was in France, I was using SFR, and somehow I have seen that the IDLE-TIME-OUT value of the network is kept quite high, as a result of which the phone's data connection goes to sleep without getting disconnected, and it is problem re-registering again.
Install the new update if the problem keeps on coming....or if it is a unlocked version, try with another SIM card.
yes, but I also was having sim card authentication errors AGAIN for a couple hours. I thought that was resolved a few weeks ago. But Tech support told me last night that there was an outage yesterday morning again. My OTA update finally appeared tonight after adding some files to my preinstall folder. Hopefully that update will cure the problem until ICS gets pushed out.

Yes i always turn off wifi when i'm out.
The thing is that i had my desire HD for 1 year and i never had this kind of issue with SFR, it just happened since i have my razr(1 week).
Actually i'm on the retail with OTA and still have issue.
@Droid_Razr it could be a sim card issue, because i changed my sim card with my razr(micro sim) i'll try to search this way
dear all please help me.
the wifi on the droid dna (verizon one) gets disabled when i put in the local gsm sim card here in India. its shows "disconnected" while switched on but it does scan the wifi connections but never able to connect to it.
However, voice sms and data work fine but not wifi.
After that i do a factory reset after taking out the sim card and then wifi connection starts working until i put in the sim again.
i did 3 custom roms as well but no solution. was thinking if flashing radio could help?
p.s. this is not hardware problem as the Droid DNA of my sister is behaving the same when inserting local sim card.
Are you flashing the appropriate modules for the ROMs/kernels you have flashed?
Sent from my Nexus 10

i have the same problem mentioned above with my butterfly x920e but i have the the phone with global open cid HTCCN701.
I have been purchased the phone from china and now i am in Pakistan.
But wifi with the chinese sim is working and when i insert any sim of pakistan wifi is automatically disabled and said "Not in Range".
After a full reset without sim card will do wifi oprational.
i have tried many stocks and custom roms but no luck.
stock rom that i have is an earliar version of my current rom due to S-ON i am unable to downgrade.
is there any way to get S-OFF on x920e Manually?
Any type of help appriciated.
thanks in advance.
Hey guys been having issues with 4g. It works only intermittently in my DNA (even though it shows the indicator in the status bar), but if I put my sim in my Galaxy Nexus it works flawlessly. I've tried flashing kernels, new roms, and even going back to stock with ruu, but no luck. I've even switched to a new sim card. Anyone else have this issue? Or know of a fix? I'm hesitant to do a warranty exchange because the phone has the "relocked" tag in the bootloader (but no tampered tag).
I saw this too starting last week. I thought it was because i got a new sim. But then i put the sim in a different phone and have noticed that it is doing the same thing. Only thing i can think of is it's aproblem with Verizon. And not localized since your not here in Ga.

Yeah it's driving me crazy. no one else here is having the issue and I've drove through the state recently without any change. 3G however works fine when it connects to that. I'm wondering if somehow I bricked the radio Flashing/Changing roms and kernels.
I've been experiencing this problem as well. It's so annoying. Using the app OpenSignal it's funny to see my status display 4G, but when I check with the app it always says no data.. It is very frustrating. Hopefully the SIM update dropping tomorrow will fix this.

Hi guys..Im new to this forum and I have one realy big issue. So i bought galaxy s6 like a week ago and I started noticing problems with my data. When I turn it on it works great for the first 10-15 minutes and after that it starts getting realy slow and starts dropping.I went to change the phone i put my sim card in other phone and the same thing happened. They told me the problem is my sim card so I went and changed the sim card also ..I got the new sim card with the same number.my apn setting are fine I tried toggling off LTE network I tried factory reset but nothing helped even when my reception is full this is still happening.I didnt have any problem with my previous lg g3 or galaxy s5 just with galaxy s6.And also when my data is on and I make a call the icon on the status bar H+ or 4G disappears
Does anyone else has this problem or know how to solve it?

Thanks god that im not alone...im guessing that its lolipop issue hopefully they will release the update quickly.
last ROM update fix the problems with BT, but now i can not go to recovery mode. I tried manually and via ADB console. Both methods bring me only normally boot device Have someone solution for this?
Same here with the last update. Waiting for improvements. And I keep loosing LTE and switching to 3G very often as before. Any solution for this issue? My previous Asus Zenfone 2 was rock solid on LTE. And the SIM tray too... loosing connection together with the sd card.

Csnt comment on the LT me issue, I think that musing band information, search the forums for a fix but custom Roms sort that issue.
Also I read some of these phones come with faulty sim card trays, some not all. Again do a search for replace sim tray and it will sort that issue out
