neutab G7 how to add bands

Hi,
I have neutab G7 phablet (7 inch). In its MTK engineering mode it shows few bands for LTE but I am unable to highlight and set band 40. how do I add support for it ?
do I need to root phone and install some other ROM ?
do I need to add some other software to add these bands (I want to add bands 3, 5, 40) ?

How do i unlock LTE band 41 on the global Redmi 5 plus?

It seems only the china version supports band 41, yet the global version does not! My old redmi note 3 pro supported LTE band 41 i think. I feel shocked that the new phone doesnt ..
Anyone know how to enable it?
may be the problem is that their is slight difference in modem hardware between global version and chinese version
if not then you could try flashing china rom over the global rom (take extreme precautions and read carefully how to do this not to brick your device) and see if the band 41 is active
Last resort is to flash only modem software from china rom and test if band 41 is active or not but i do not know how to do so in Xiaomi devices

For me, it shows 4G+ sometimes. I don't know what it means.

I think it work with few frequency but i don't know which
I think Poco did not "unlock" all aggregation.
Look this guide... It's a possibility. https://forum.xda-developers.com/lenovo-p2/how-to/enabled-4g-ca-p2-t3707584
On french orange network no band aggregation on the Poco so no 4g+.
Have you checked on MiUI 10? because i think more aggregation combinations are opened up now.

I'm on stable 10.0.6.0 global. I'm not sure which band aggregation have opened up in MiUi 10. I said it because after upgrading to MiUi 10, I started getting 4G+ on a network which I didn't get before.

Can you check with net monster to see what bands are aggregated. This app doesn't need root. Thanks

Which US V60 versions support LTE B3 and B20 bands?

Trying to figure out, which unlocked US carrier versions of LG V60 support LTE B3 and B20 bands so I could use it in Georgia (Republic, not a state)
Have you solve your problem ?
I also have to have LTE bands B3 B7 B20 for using in EU region.
