Has anyone else experienced this issue: when I get up every morning and pick up my phone, all the notification sounds start playing rapid fire for the notifications that have been sitting there all night. Is this normal? Is there a fix?
You are not alone. I too experience this.
In my case I turn on Do Not Disturb from 10:30 PM until 7:00 AM. At 7:00 AM sharp I get the string of notifications.
It also happens randomly throughout the day.

My wife has the MoPho with the latest updates. Bone Stock and not rooted. Every couple of days all notification alert sounds just goes silent. This includes text, emails, alarms, timers, etc... It's as if it goes into silent mode. All settings appear to be in order and the only way to fix this is to reboot.
Does anyone know what's going on? This is a real inconvenience esp. if audible alerts go dead causing her to miss her wake up alarm.
Edit::
Thanks! Removing scramble solved my problem! You're a life saver!

I had this same problem up until about three weeks ago. After doing some research, I found Scramble with Friends to be the culprit. I uninstalled it and haven't had the problem for weeks. Hope this helps.
Thanks i'll give this a try. Currently on one day without the problem creeping up again.
Anyone else had this problem? Periodically, I'll see Google Now cards (especially weather, and traffic info) from like the very early morning reappearing throughout the day. Sometimes this will happen on the very next time I wake the watch after having just swiped them away. Anyone else experience this?
Yes indeed, it is a bit annoying.
Yes! Can't find a solution. Also does it for weather and the weather info doesn't update. It shows the morning low all day long.
The work around is to dismiss the cards in Google Now on the phone. So the watch makes me use the phone. Nice.
I received an LG Urbane to replace my G Watch for my birthday. Same behavior.
Last week and today my phone has been going nuts.
The phone would beep a few times sounds just like a home smoke alarm
It happened about five times today and last week a few times.
There is no pop up window or nothing in the notification bar.
I have no clue what this is.
today is happened using bluetooth and streaming SiriusXM
Last week the phone was just in the charger, I was watching TV, I thought one of my smoke alarms went off, it took a min to figure out the sound was coming from my phone
this happen to anyone else?
Moto Z on Verizon, no mods

I do not know exactly, but I guess it is emergency alert?
check on settings -> more -> emergency alerts.
You can also mute them from that options.
it is not my emergency alerts, they are turned off
Hi all,
Wondering if there's an app that can tell what can turn ringer on by itself...
At night if I turn my ringer off, texts wake me the next morning by vibrating.
If I turn on do not disturb texts wake me with full ringer notification sound. Changed dnd schedule to off later in day, didn't do anything. Changed dnd to priorities off and no schedule, still wakes on texts.
I have no idea if it's the texts pushing through, or something turns it back on through the night.
I've not installed anything prior to the issue. Since it started I installed a new router app and cam app, but again was happening before.
Losing sleep is getting to me so I'm ready to do a hard reset. Hoping however there's a way to track via a log what could be causing this.
I did update a large amount of apps, so I'm guessing that is the trigger. Just zero clue what is really causing. Would take ages to install a few apps at a time then wait for morning to test...
Any guesses?
Thank you,
Sleepy android user...
I have a Pixel 3 with the latest Android 10 update. When I set an alarm to 8:15 am, it goes off at 8:00 am. When I set it to 9:30 am, it goes off at 9:15 am.
This started happening recently and I have no idea what's causing it. The device is not rooted and has no customizations. It is is extremely annoying, not to mention it keeps robbing me off morning sleep time, and I'd like to fix it. Please don't suggest working around the issue by setting my alarm 15 minutes late, because if the bug disappears on its own, then I will be 15 minutes late, so I'd rather figure this out.

It seems to just be a bug within the app. Backup your current data (skipping the alarm data and settings) and try a factory data reset then restore said data

I don't know if it's related to the issue, but the screen also turns luminescent red when the morning alarm goes off. That didn't use to happen. I could have sworn I turn that option on in the settings but can't find that setting anymore.
Edit: I just remembered that setting was in the Bedtime tab, but this is not a Bedtime schedule alarm. This is a regular alarm that repeats 7 days a week, and Bedtime is turned off. Strange that the screen still goes red. For Bedtime alarms, it's supposed to start changing colors 15 minutes before the alarm, but the actual alarm is not supposed to sound off until the designated time.
My solution to this problem was to go back to the old version of the Clock app by uninstalling all updates via the Play store. I don't have the "Bedtime" tab or any other new features anymore, which is not ideal but much better than losing 15 minutes of sleep every morning.
