I have a condor p6 plus was running android 6 after trying a new custom ROM running android 7.1.2
I can't switch between apps they're automatically killed in background
Like if I'm gonna switch from Facebook to Instagram it starts from the beginning :/
I tried apps like memory lock and making them non optimised in battery but nothing is working :/

I recently installed MIUI V4 on my Galaxy S (my first time playing with MIUI) and noticed something cool in that it allows you specify which apps can show notifications and which can't.
Now I'm wondering if someone knows of an app or mod that does the same I can install or flash on my S2.
I have recently flashed the AOSP Neat ROM v3.6 developed by 'sale' on my S2 (I9100). I cannot find a couple of useful apps which were available on the official build (JB 4.1.2):
Memo - In-fact the memo had a lot of data too. Titanium backup is unable to restore this app with or without data.
Performance monitor - Memory, CPU and task manager
cannot kill all apps - customizing any of the keys only kills the active app..and that too without any notification of which app it actually killed.
I also noticed that location sensing does not work at all time and need reboots sometimes
Battery seems to be draining faster - any expert tips would help
Besides the above, it is a cool one ROM and the longest I have stayed on with ( 7 full days!)
Would appreciate responses /advice from the experts.
I Ain't no expert , but i can help you a bit ..
1) about the memo - it requires touchwiz interface and framework and not aosp and can ony run on touchwiz based roms. you can install 3rd party apps from playstore at any given time .
2) playstore . there are so many apps which can help you monitor your battery , data , performance , speed etc ..
3) killing apps in aosp means clearing them from recents . if not use a 3rd party task killer
4) battery can be improved using a custom kernel , underclocking , installing apps which you need the most and of course switching off data , wifi , brightness to 0 , switching gps off .. hope i helped and all the best ! Happy Flashing
Since I upgraded to lollipop in my Samsung s5 , I've trouble getting third party applications to access recent or running apps.
Like switchr for example. No recent apps are displayed. Tried overlay launcher and another I think.
Is there a limit with those apps or is it a common lollipop thing.
Tried with cm ROMs and touchwiz ROMs..
Thanks in advance [emoji16] [emoji1]
Hello everybody
I bought recently a galaxy s6 and I face alot of lagging within the apps like when you switch tabs on messenger the animations are not fluid like the HtC m7 or the xperia Z2 . Moroever the dialer lags too in the animations the notifications bar too . Well alot of lagging in the animations . I updated to 5.1.1 and the animations still lags but not as stuttering as 5.0 but they exist significantly. I tried to turn off the animantions in the developpers options problem persists I wiped the cache too I always free the Ram and the applition I recently opened .
I'm a little confused here . I want to ask if should I wait for an update or my phone has a hardware problem ? And I want an explanation for this please
Thanks guys you're the best .
Alright, I got my new redmi note 3 snapdragon 32 GB variant delivered to me just 2 days ago & I've been customizing MIUI as per my needs ever since. I've also rooted it & installed the xposed framework. I'm coming from a moto G 2nd Gen, which ran almost stock android. I've decided to stick with MIUI instead of flashing a custom ROM like cyanogen to see what MIUI has to offer.
But the one thing I don't like about MiUI is it's recent app view. The thumbnail view(iPhone style) in MIUI shows only 3 apps at a time & the icon view wastes too much vertical space. Comparing this with the stock android recent apps view, I can select like 5 apps without the need to scroll & the design just makes good use of the screen space available on my phone. Is there any mod which would allow me to get a vanilla android style recent apps view in MiUI? Thanks.
