For me it was a simple solution. Hid play store in magisk hide and cleared play store data and rebooted.
I took a different approach and replaced gms with nanodroid microG.
certified, 1% battery drain over night.

I see, but did you modify the vendor partition to disable forced encryption?
to restore a ROM via fastboot download a fastboot image:
http://bigota.d.miui.com/V9.6.25.0....FD_20181008.0000.00_8.1_global_02164be3d6.tgz
extract it and copy fastboot.exe into the extracted folder
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=42407269#post42407269
reboot your phone to fastboot - create a backup of everything you need before - and launch
flash_all_except_storage.bat
from a commandline to restore stock ROM.

You will have to find a stock rom for this device is the oem even released one. Just a heads up. Just because you got an android device doesn't mean it can be modded. Do your research first.

how do i install it
First thing to do is to check wether the bootloader is unlocked or not
If not unlock it
Get an official rom from huawei website
http://update.hicloud.com:8180/TDS/data/files/p3/s15/G1276/g104/v83920/f1/full/update.zip
Use huawei extractor
https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2433454
and extract boot.img+system.img+recovery.img
Then reboot in bootloader (vol - + power)
Connect to ur pc with proper drivers
use fastboot to flash them properly (fastboot ,drivers could be found in google )
In terminal
Fastboot flash boot c:\boot.img
Fastboot flash recovery c:\recovery.img
Fastboot flash system c:\system.img
Reboot u're now back to stock
Fastboot reboot

I would uninstall it completely (use either complete uninstall option from Magisk Manager or flash the latest uninstaller script from TWRP), reflash stock boot ROM and root with patched boot.img (without TWRP).

Downgrade via Recovery is not recommended.. Your device may softbrick so from next time onwards flash at your own risk
Day before yesterday i was trying to flash rom to update (mi pad 1 )4.4 to lollipop version and I’ve did everything exactly same like tutorial first rooted with update.zip to activate twrp then flash custom rom but it got error in middle due to this when I rebooted the device it stuck on logo . I’ve flashed recovery firmware by mi flashing tool it goes 100% in bootloader mode but still stuck on logo. Any method to back to normal?

i have the same problem... stuck in bootlop, and before that i used to have a shied blob based rom... what should i do now?
thank you.
EDIT:fastboot ROMs? Never know that it existed for mi pad.
1. Download Mi PC suite and connect it in fastboot mode.
If everything go normal then it will automatically detect the respective ROM.
Check the screenshot below.

If it still does not boot, it will execute the APP unfreezing brick rescue mode, and then Restart."
