Hello,
Today i flashed a twrp to my phone infinix hot 3 x553 (snapdragon 415) but by mistake i found that it was a custom recovery for another phone, what a mistake!!
When i start the phone, i got only a blank screen with some grey lines, i tried to get into DL mode but no way so i cant flash the stock rom using QFIL, i can only go to fastboot mode which is not a good thing. I found some solution in other forums that let Xiaomi users to go from fastboot to edl mode but it doesn't work for my phone.
I hope that what the phone have isn't a hard brick.
Please i need your creative solutions.
Thank you a lot !

Hey guys, I need some help urgently.I updated to the newest version of MIUI just now, and now my phone is stuck at boot. It just shows the MI logo and never goes past that.I can, however, access fastboot mode, but cannot power down the device. Can someone please tell me whether or not the phone is bricked, and how to recover from this situation?
Fastboot, reboot EDL and Mi FLash.

your phone is soft bricked, You need patched fastboot to reboot in EDL, a Fastboot ROM, and Mi Flash Tool. Goodluck.

Miui or rom from miui.eu ?
Last miui.eu rom let me with an empty /system the first time i flashed it, the second try work so i don't know why.
Try to see if you still have recovery access power + volume up
Unlocked or Locked bootloader?
locked bootloader.
It tells me Not enough space is available to process this command
No, I don't have access to the recovery.
I just switched to a newer version of MIflash.
Seems like it's working.
Guys it worked!!! Thank you, all of you for offering this newbie your help.
Hello,
Im new here and im not sure if here is the correct place to ask questions but,
I have a Huawei Y5 II and i was trying to put android 6.0 or higher but i had alot of problems.
I first unlocked my bootloader and then installed a custom recovery TWRP and CWM on it, but i never succeeded in booting into one of them.
What happened is that i saw in a post here on xda that with a certain command in fastboot mode i can remove the custom recoveries ( because they didnt work at all) but when i did it i ended up formatting my whole system, cache and boot.
Now my phone just stays on the huawei logo when i turn it on and nothing else.
i tried to install a custom recovery again throught the fastboot mode using adb on my pc, but when i press the vol up+ power my phone just keeps restarting and restarting and staying on the logo.
Thanks in advance for your time spent on reading my problem i just wanna use my phone again cuz i love it. <3
Hi, try to flash latest stock firmware for SD update here is example but do for your model and region !!!
http://huawei-firmware.com/rom/huawei-y5ii/cunu29/1719
Good Luck
Thanks you, but i would do that if i had access to my recovery!
If i press the keys my phone just restarts and restarts until i let the keys off, then again... just the logo.
my phone still is in warranty and i can give it to my distributor so their service fixes it.... but i dont really want that.. i just wanna fix it and use it as before.
well..
i had my phone to service and i got it fixed for 100 bucks. :/ i really am a sadman
HI All,
My device redmi Note 4 got struck in MI logo,It is not Turning on, it is giving vibrations everytime but phone is not booting up.
1)Problem is phone bootloader is locked, i can't unlock the phone now because mi account is not added in the settings.
2) i Tried flashing the various miui fastboot stable roms with mi flash software in PC, via testing points edl mode, flashing is successful but still the phone in not turning on.
3) even i can't enter into recovery mode by Volume UP+Power key ..meaning no recovery is present in the phone. one good thing is fastboot mode is working.
from the last 3-4 days i searched every where in the internet, Also i suspect the phone mother board hard ware problem.
if any experts or if anyone came across the same problem , please give me the solution for this.Any rom is okay, i just want to turn on the phone. please help me.
Thanks in advance,
Prashanth
After I installed TWRP I wanted to flash crdroid. It would not boot into system even after multiple wipes and flashes. I tried another rom and had the same problem.
I then tried to install the stockrom with miflash. Tried different roms and got an error in the tool about not finding a .bat file. I then tried to flash the stock rom trough twrp.
Now my phone is bricked. When I turn it on it blinks for a second and shuts down. Booting to recovery does noting. And booting to fastboot gives me the fastboot logo for a second and then it shuts down.
Is there anything I can do?
tldr: cant boot into recovery and fastboot. How do I flash stock rom?

I have the same problem, if you find out how to fix it tell me how, thanks
same here. This phone is very easy to brick apparently. I tried using a DIY Deep Flash cable to no avail. I will research how to enter EDL mode. If I find anything useful, I will post a thread somewhere around here.
Well the only chance for you to revive it is (1) flashing without battery, (2) or thru EDL Mode, which requires you to find the test points so you could flash stock firmware.
Next time you do custom ROM flashing be sure that your battery is atleast full charged or beyond 50%.
And also, please be careful in removing the back glass, insert the thin film or the adhesive separator not more than 4-5mm or you might mess up with the power button flex.
You dont need shorted wires or JTAG cables something like that to boot into EDL. Just use your stock cable and use a tweezers to short the test points, and before that, install Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 drivers first so that MiFlashTool can read your phone.
How can i unbrick, my phone is note 9 pro
Hello, so my phone is stuck in an infinite bootloop orange statefrom unlocking the bootloader and flashing the wrong version of TWRP....... It is a Wiko Tinno, SAS, U307AS... But basically i got this hone from my girlfriend i thought it was a wiko ride.... 30 minutes after given this phone i got it stucl in bootloop xD i found a tutorial on here i beleive to root a wiko ridge.... i unlocked the bootloader.... tried to install TWRP once, the phone rbooted to the setup as it factory reset from the bootloader unlock but when i went to recovery TWRP wasnt there.... Why? because it wasnt the right version for my phone..but as i am a little on the slow side i tried it again..... thats when it wouldnt even boot passed the orange state logo screen.... and since i tried to install a cust recovery guess what? i cant get into recovery mode..... the phone freezes and reboots back into bootloop. unlocking the bootloader im pretty sure assurance wireless wont like it and probably wont replace it..... i have been searching the internet and ive tried most things ive found ive tried flash tools sdk tools mtk tools flashing scatter files etc etc... i try and search for a way to fix it every couple days... its been about 3 months now.... im kind of running out of patience ive went as far as opening the back and replugging most of the films in hopes it would reset something to make it work.. if anyone has any ideas or anything please i would love to know...... on phone specs its tinno U307AS assurance its wiko life 2 and some weird gov. phone website its wiko SAS idk..
IMHO you're advised to re-flash phone's Stock ROM by means of Wiko Phone Flash Tool.

i have. i just tried again. i cannot find a firmware or stock rom for my device. i have even tried to usea mt6739 scatter file.
im no beginner to phones here..but im seriously stumped.
Maybe this helps:
Unplug your phone from PC if it's connected. Shut down your phone by clicking and holding for approx 10 secs ALL THREE BUTTONS: VOL UP + VOL DOWN + POWER. If you do this properly, your phone should not self-boot into Orange State anymore.
