Helo,
Is possible to add more sports activities to the Sports tab in Amazfit BIP?
I bought a BIP yesterday, I did not find there on the SPORT Exercise Activity menu, as it was in my previous MiBand3, now I can't train aerobics/crossfit. Is there any solution to this problem?

Thank you very much for your reply
I bought the BIP also to use in indoor cycling (Spining class or RPM) and now i can see that it cant track that... it's not that hard to implement this feature...
Any change about this after half a year? Maybe with a 3rd party app like Notify & Fitness?

No News? I've the same request, also to put a generic activity that recording the heart rate and Energy burned.
Nothing new? I Know that with notify & Fitness you can chose many different workout, but you have to take the Phone next to you in order to let Amazfit bip recording the activity.

It's possible add a activity for gym workout in amazfit?
I'd be very interested in having that as well. As of now, with firmware 1.3.4f, the list of activities that you can track is really short: Run, Walk, Run indoor, Bike, Bike indoor, Trail run and Elliptical. When I used to have the MiBand 2, I'd have continuous HR on and track circuit training in Endomondo. Now, unfortunately, I am unable to do any of that
Any ideas if there's a way to:
- add more sports activities to the Sports tab?
- track circuit workouts in any way, ie in Endomondo?
Thanks

Continous HR is available in Amazfit, whats stopping you from doing what you were doing earlier?
Well if I log a circuit workout in Amazfii it doesn't get exported to Strava. I think I read somewhere that it only exports workouts where you get GPS fix, ie. when you're outside. Other than that, I'm too cheap to pay 50 bucks for premium Strava if I had that for free in Endomondo...
I'm in a similar boat, don't really want to pay premium strava, but thought that maybe I could use the "Elliptical" training mode for my gym workouts to track time and heart rate. I didn't realise you couldn't upload the workout itself somewhere after training though to analyse the heart rate graph if you wanted to for example.
@kopaczus, how do you currently track / log your gym and circuit sessions?

You are not the first that want's the non GPS activities
Thank you @fzelle
I don't have a watch yet, doing my research but I'll definitely look into this.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants non GPS activities or gym workouts. Hope this at least resolves the strava integration!

Although non GPS activities are not uploaded to Strava they can still sync to the Amazfit App so you have a record on your phone of riding time average HR and kCal burn.
Yeah, but that's useless if you have all your workouts in a single tracking app - Endomondo for me - to analyze your performance and plan ahead. Amazfit app is okay, but doesn't cut it.
Is there any possiblity to get the actual lap time and lap distance in running mode? So when the lower button is pushed these values could be visible in real time?
Any answer? I'm interested.
Also, how can I view this lap info (time, kms) in the Amazfit app?
Hi, i wrote four times to Huami and a lot of times in the Amazmot Watch to ask to this.
I dont't wontt time , distance , pace of the last lap , a lap finished, I won't the actually lap, for nopw the pace and run faster or lower.
All garmin, suunto, polar can do it

You can do all this now in latest firmware and latest Amazfit version, simply go to the app, Sports widget and add the data fields (they are hidden by default).
Thank you for your answer. My amazfit pace has the latest firmware and my phone has the latest version of the app but I can't find what you say. In the sport widget I only have two options. 1. Intervals (a method to program intervals in pace) and 2. Data fields shown in the watch during different types of sports. In the running type I have all data fields activated.
What we are looking for is the way to analyze in the app times and paces for the manual laps marked during a training.
Thanks in advance

This?
Yes. This looks nice . Have you done anything to activate this?
Attached you can find how it looks an screenshot of my app.
App version is 2.5.2.1-play
Pace firmware 2.8.1.0
Looking the details of your attachment I've seen that the laps are exactly of 500meters (except the last one). Maybe you have turned on the autolap option in the amazfit pace with a lap each 500meters automatically?
What we are trying to do is to mark laps manually, with the rear button, and see times and paces between this manual laps. Is that possible??
Regards

1. Yes
2. Maybe it's possible with Stratos, you have to check it.
It's not possible i have the last chinesse versión 2.0.34.2
I want to see the manual laps during the running activity. I know in the mobile app it's possible.
It's not normal to activate de data LAp time , lap pace, lap distance in the app to see it during the activity but the watch show me only the last finished lap. I want to see the actual lap to see the pace for run faster or slower to do the lap in exactly pace , for example 4:04 the kilometre . NOW the watch show me the last lap and the date is fixed because the lap is finished. This information it's not useful

I'm interested in both functions, on the one hand see time and pace during de running activity, and on the other hand analyse data later in the amazfit app.
Anybody knows if that is posible with Stratos?

Hi,
I'm looking for the same (actual lap time and lap pace), but can't find how to have it. It seems not to be available yet with Stratos.
Is there a mod to have it ?
Another one looking for the same thing.
When i bought the watch (July 2018) the posibility of activate the fields was available in the app, even though the watch didn´t show anything.
Then, from one day to another, the options disapeared from the app.
¡This is really necesary to make quality training!
Lap watch rolling time does not restart
The question was about Lap rolling time on the watch not about the Phone app..
With a click on Lap button the the lap stop on the watch and never restart.
To do a lap training, athlete needs to see is Lap time running.
This behavior does not work on latest Stratos firmware.
Is there a way to got a fix for that.
Thank's
Quote below is ok only for Phone App:

I think you didn't understand: you use the phone app to activate the display of the data fields on watch, one of them is the lap time..
You will see them when recording an activity on watch, obviously.

Lap time right now is a joke. Only shows the lap time the first lap, after that It shows the last time lap, not the actual lap time, It is useless.

That's true, on all standard watches a lap time stop a while and then restart rolling again. On the Amazfit watch it stay stopped and show only the previous lap time, that's useless.

this is a huge issue and renders the watch almost useless for me as a real time training guide. have you had any luck with working out a fix for it?
still not fixed with version 2.3.7.0

No idea, itwill be nice that we can contact Amazfit Stratos developers. But I do not have any link to them.
Hey, i just received my Bip and synced correctly with iPhone, but when i workout at gym or somewhere, it doesnt save the HR to calculate the burned calories and other aspects, is there any app or something? Because I think that the Bip only uses GPS to estimate pace, but not the HR monitoring.
Sorry for my English, hope you understand.
As far as I know, all Amazfit watches record HR during activities: BIP, Pace and Stratos. They won't use it for calories burnt for common steps (not in any activity) so far. Are you sure your HRM is working? Can you get an individual measurement with the watch?

You don't need the app to check if it's working, simply do a manual measurement using the watch. Can you get a value? Does it look reasonable?
But to answer your question, MiFit should display all HRM data after a sync, at least this is how it works with Pace and Amazfit app.

Yes, i did a manual measuremente and got 53, but for example, i workout without running, and with 1 hour of training it says 2-3 calories burned, and that is not logic.
If you get bad HRM then it will result in non logic calories burnt data as well... And if you get bad HRM with other person using the watch then probably it has a bad HR sensor and should be replaced.
No, i think the measurement its correct, i tried with several persons and the HBR is correct, but its not used for burned calories, or i dont know how to apply it.
Amazfit watches use a very basic algorithm to calculate burnt calories due to daily steps, it doesn't use HR, even if continuous HRM is on. HR is only used for recorded activities (and even then it seems to be underestimated).
Hi guys,
I just bought a Amazfit Verge and would like to know if there are any workout tracker apps for the watch. Counting reps, weights, intervall timer etc. Im using "Jefit" on my phone right now, but would switch to another app if there is a standalone workout tracker for the watch. Thank you!
Officially, gym workout is not supported. I'm using treadmill when doing workout in the gym.

Have you tried installing the JEFIT APK on the watch? I know it is compatible with WearOS, but I don't know if it works in the AMAZFIT. In fact I have the same doubt as you, and I am looking for the best watch that has the possibility of measuring this, so if it works for you I appreciate you can share your experience.
Thanks and regards,
I also go to the gym for a while and try to lead a healthier lifestyle. Now that this whole coronavirus thing has happened, I have to do everything in my power at home. I do special exercises, lead a healthy lifestyle and thus I notice big changes in my body every day, which makes me very happy. However, I still can't get the desired result. When I look at other bodies more beautiful than me, I seem to be disappointed. For this reason, I am thinking of trying to consume SARMs. Can anyone on this forum help me with an opinion or advice? I also found a site where the best SARMs are https://jonnsaromatherapy.com/best-legal-steroids/ but I still don't know if it's worth trying or not. Please help.
Try AmazTimer
I use Endomondo; it has a long list of great features. The health and fitness app allows you to track your physical activity data, whether you're exercising outdoors or indoors. The app also works great with heart rate monitors to bring your heart rate data. It also analyzes your data to bring up a daily diary, split time for each workout, and nutrition supplements. I always use https://rats.army/product/rad140-testolone/, and I have it programmed in the app when I should take it.
I'm a new Amazfit GTR user, and it can estimate the calories burnt per day? It's showing very low values, I guess it's only measuring with steps.
If I start an exercise it will record continuously my calories with the heart rate, which is what I want, but I don't want to start an exercise to do it. Why not measure it during the day? If I'm not in an exercise it just count the steps calories. What a useless information lol. If I needed just the steps calories I'll just start an exercise.
Can someone confirm the Amazfit GTR can not estimate calories per day? If the Amazfit app doesn't shows it, there is another 3rd party apps that does it? I'm considering return this smartwatch
The Notify & Fitness app (Android) gives you a choice to display steps calories only or total calories (including those calculated from BMR) on its home screen.
I don't know offhand if it supports the GTR; I use it with my BIP.

Eric

Nice! Good to know there is a way out somehow. The problem is that I use iPhone so I didn't find this at the app store. There is a similar app to iOS?

Unfortunately, I don't know of any iOS app that has this feature.
Use Amazfit Watch app, if you are on iOS you can add its data to Apple Health, it does a good job. Just be aware that the data sync isn't done instantaneously, and the ios app only syncs if you open Amazfit app at least once a day, and sometimes you must "pull down" to actually sync and refresh the data from watch.
