I have a car head unit that runs Android 8.0
Its actually a Seicane
It recently crashed and is now booting to a screen stating my tablet is corrupt and I can either "try again" or "restore to factory settings". My problem is that the buttons to choose my options will not respond and I cannot choose to restore it, its stuck on "try restarting again".
What do I need to do?

When i try to enter the recovery mode pressing volume up+home+power on buttons only an android logo exclamation mark appears and nothing else happens. When i try to install an .apk file from phone it wont and i get a error: "process com.android.packageinstaller has stopped ..." and it's the same for every application. And even if i go to settings and then applications and when i click on some application to clear cache or to shut it down i also get a message com.android.settings has stopped....

Hi,
I rooted my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime g530h.
Everything worked ok for about a day, but now the phone keeps restarting by itself after a minute or two of being turned on.
If I try to power off or reset, it keeps taking me to the Android System recovery menu.
I have to select "reboot system now". I did try "reboot to loader" but it just hung.
it also says the phone is in # Manual Mode#
Can someone please help me out on how to fix this?
I restarted my phone (huawei mate 10 lite) because it was lagging, and suddenly I get greeted with a screen that says "system install failed" and a "reboot system now" button, but clicking it restarts the phone and gets me into the same screen again, I somehow managed to get the phone to safe mode but restarted it again (I thought that restarting from safe mode might fix my issue) but now I can't manage to boot it into safe mode again, and I'm stuck in this loophole, can anybody help me fix this without losing my data, and thanks!
Good Morning Everybody, Hope you are doing fine during those difficult times.
I have an LG L5 II which a friend gave me when he bought a new phone. The phone wasn't fully functional and i did get the message "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped" when trying to enter phone settings.
ecause of that reason, I have tried to do a hard reset procedure, by turning off the phone and then holding volume down button, quick button and power button until the LG logo appeared on the screen.
Unfortunately, on the "Welcome to startup Wizard" screen, when tapping on "next" i get the same error message: "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped".
Does anyone know how to solve this issue? Is there a workaround to totally reinstall android on the phone, maybe via a computer?
Thanks for your kind support
Good Evening guys, I was able to solve the problem as follows:
1. Download & Install the "LG mobile support tool" software from LG website.
2. Within the software, select the driver for your device and install it.
3. Put the phone in "download mode "as kindly suggested by xTPTBx in the following thread https://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2108652.
4. Accept some "privacy settings" (in my case i had to rotate screen view vertically in windows because i wasn't able to see the "verify" button).
5. LG will ask you to reinstall drivers (don't do that, otherwise it will mess up with the drivers you did already install).
6. In the top left corner of the software window, you should be able to see your phone model. If that is the case, you will be able to do an upgrade recovery by following the guided procedure.
I am glad that I was able to recover a phone that otherwise would have been uselessely thrown away.
Thank you guys for the precious support and the detailed documentation of this forum.:good:
