I need some help. I own a digital photo frame GoClever Zoom.me which is based on Android 4.2.2.
It is rooted and USB debugging is on. I managed to install standard launcher but unfortunately there is no GApps installed on this device.
I'm able to boot it in recovery mode but there is no hardware buttons on the device and therefore I'm not able to select anything from the recovery menu.
Does anyone have a clue how can I install GApps on it in order to have full access to Google Play market ?

The procedure is intended for the factory installed version of the ZOOM.ME application 07.10.2014. BTW, i've installed a few GApps but it doesn't work.
And i have firmware from 2015 so this trick doesn't work also.
I've installed Total_commander.apk using Phoenix Suit
Then I've changed /system/build.prop file adding at the end (to see software keys back, home):
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
And installed Nova Launcher.
It looks better now.
Helpful commands from ADB:
Back button:
adb shell input keyevent 4
Open browser:
adb shell input keyevent 64
Settings:
adb shell am start -a android.settings.SETTINGS

1. Open phone dialer
2. Dial *#*#3646633#*#*
3. It will launch engineer mode
4.Under Connectivity Tab select CDS Information
5.Now select Radio Information
6. Select Phone 1
7.Type AT+EGMR=1,7,"ENTER YOUR IMEI HERE"
8.Click send AT command
9. Repeat this procedure and this time selec Phone 2
10. Type AT+EGMR=1,10,"ENTER 2nd IMEI NUMBER HERE"
11. Reboot phone

The point is, i want to take control of it trhought pc but all i can do is to enter into adb before booting.
Unfortunately, it don't have root, probably have locked bootloader (i dunno how to unlock it), and USB Debugging isn't enabled in Android.
Is there anyway to root it throught adb? So i can enable usb debugging throught build.prop and install software to take control of it..

Hello.
My hocus pocus with S4 clone named GT-i9500 ended in soft brick.
Unfortunately, before my testing, what this clone can handle, I didn't checked net, that exist correct stock rom for my model.
Luckily, I made a MTK droid backup.
Unluckily, I can't download whole backup back into the phone. I mean, I can flash basic files to phone, but not system files. I can enter 3e recovery and that's all.
System files, was backed up (by MTK droid tools) into system directory which have about 400MB. So I don't know, why system.ubifs.img file(created also MTK droid tools) has only 2MB.
This is probably reason, why phone won't start. I suspect, that it is by fake free space showed in storage menu...But it's only speculation.
So my question is, if is here any android specialist, which can recompile my system folder into system.img file, which I can flash via flashtool.
That skill is beyond my ability.

I got this phone to me from a friend to block the pop-up ads and auto updates and auto installtions of unwanted software in this phone. I tired a lot but could not find the original ROM for this phone through out the web. Except the LCD driver IC, since almost all the info reveals as per GIONEE P4, I tried to install that OS in this mobile and then it got soft-bricked.
Request the developers based on the MTKDROIDTOOLS info, to please provide me a better solution where I can flash through the PC.. (not through SD Card as the mobile is in OFF condition.
