I have a big problem in the last update , my phone won't charging when it's switched off
i tried many times but didn't work
help plz
Can anyone confirm?
If so this would be a big issue when the battery runs low
I don't have this bug.
It's charging normal when i power off my Mi8.
Obviously an issue on OPs end and not a MIUI bug

Hello there,
My Pocophone died yesterday. I've send it to the retailler. Dunno if there are going to fix or replace me by a new one ?
I bought it in september (first batch) and i've got touchscreen issue with the latest stable miui 10 (10.0.60)
Some have issue, other don't have the issue.
So it's LCD or Motherboard or software (which doesn't fix everything) ?
If they'll fix my phone by changing the motherboard (can't start the phone, it staying black and i can't charge it, no led blinking)
Can i hope better touchscreen ?
Thx
Install latest Pie stable or beta 8.12.10, your problem will be fixed.

Not really
Pie stable = touch delay around edges, try type 'q' then 'i' it outputs 'iq' pubg aimiing can't detect small swipes,
8.12.10=touch dela around edges is fixed pubg aiming fixed BUT lots of touches sometimes not registering around the nav area and if your apply so much pressure on the screen lots of ghost touch will happen
I can't install anything, i have no more phone for the moment...
I was on 10.0.60 and i have swap letter when i'm trying iq qi...
And touchdelay when scrooling down and up
Also high sensitivity on touchscreen
I've disabled multitouch screenshot
My phone has been fix by the retailler. I didn't receive it yet but the motherboard has been changed..
I'll see if i'll still have touchscreen issue when i'll get it back
Hi, I bought the Poco in January 2019 but it was December batch and it worked great until now , now I see stuck pixels on screen in weird spots like in near the notch and on left of the screen, they are basically a small line of pixel shining. Also there touch freezing or screen freezing , which I have to lock and unlock the phone to get it working. It happens very often and in pubg also and rarely the device freeze and I had to force reboot to get it working. Is it a hardware problem keep in mind I tried custom ROMs and kernels but it didn't fix anything. Also the battery isn't passing 5hrs sot. Please help.

If you already tried other ROMs and kernels then it is most likely a hardware problem. So, I advise you to go to the nearest service center to check the phone's screen and replace it if needed.

What about battery life?
If hardware problem, it can cause anything like battery drain

Just scrolling through and saw this. Did you eventually fix your problem. There have been many updates since you posted.
First way to solve the problem is use a custom kernel with the touchscreen fix. I suggestion Optimus Drunk Kernel.
My ROM of choice is really nice. It's the Evolution-X ROM and with the ODK, it runs really well. Regardless what custom ROM you have, try the ODK with the touchscreen drivers.
I have an almost new Poco F1 and used 1 mounth whitout issues but now have annoying ghost touch near notch (hardware) and multi touch (Miui) issues. Changing ROMs or kernels can't fix ghost touch. So I want stable phone.. Worse value for money is't problem.
(Sorry for bad English)
Yes. Today I fetch this issue on my MI A3. I reboot the device 4-5 times but the same problem. Then turned off for 10 minutes and now OK. Is your problem solved?
Hello Everyone,
I've been using Pocophone F1 for past 1.5 year and had no issues but recently it developed a bulge on it's battery and I got it replaced by an authorized service center and few days later downgraded it to MIUI 10.3.5 and as the downgrade was finished while plugging out from USB it got dropped from a height of 1 feet with screen facing the floor nothing happened to the screen but afterwards the device started having occasional touch delay, screen freeze, unresponsiveness, screen blur and multi touch. Now it's impossible to decide is it the drop, software or something went wrong during battery replacement that triggered this. I've tried custom ROMs and kernels and upgraded to all the official stable ROMs that claimed to fix the issue nothing's helping. I've also noticed that the device is almost unusable when the climate is warm/humid. Already been to service center they want me to replace the screen without even inspecting the device so this place is my last hope if anyone have faced similar issues or have a solution regarding the issue please share your experience it will be of great help.
Thank You
Very serious
Nobody but a few owners complained about "adaptive brightness" bug , issue or whatever is it !
Is this a randomly issue or is a general problem ? To me is a very annoying problem so I'm thinking to sell my phone only due to this . Several updates received didn't solved this bug so I'm thinking next major update to A12 won't solve it as well . More then that it seems OnePlus 9 , 8, 8T and Nord series have problems with "adaptive brightness" wich meening a well done display brightness in sun light but indoor or poor light brightness is dimming under absolutely low suported values .
What can I do , I'm very frustrated !!!
How is yours ? Works well ?
No problem here, auto brightness is working fine in low light / medium light conditions.
The only complaint is the very placement of the ambient light sensor and proximity sensor (upper right corner) , when I bought a new bumper case to replace the original one provided in the box I noticed a lot of dust was accumulating between the bumper and where the sensors are in the corner of the screen, resulting in lot of issues with auto-brightness and pocket detection . Now I have a very thin protective case with a better cut and I didn't had a single issue since then.
Same problem here. Every evening when it gets dark, the sensor doesn't work properly on auto brightness.
For now, only solution is the app ''Velis auto brightness'' from the Play store. With this app the sensor works fine. I reported this bug 3 times but no solution in the updates for now.
I know , I used Velis for a time but Isn't correct , common sense to use a third party apk for solve bugs phones . Since December I found only you claimed this issue but rest of owners ?
Seems to be only us ? Now I'm going to think this problem affect only a few phones !?
Hmm - I have kind of the opposite issue, not a bug though.
For my liking - and compared to my old Mi Note 5, the screen could be more dim.
Id there a way to tell the phone to tune brighteness in general lower in adaptive mode? Also for the sake of battery life...

Anyone still had this issue recently? I am suffering here and it's quite frustrated.
Yes , the problem persist although there was an major update but is diminished . It's not a big issue , now . Still exist !!!
