I'm using nillkin, but the amazing h+ pro version. Bought from https://nillkin.org/smartphones-accessories/xiaomi-phones-accessories/xiaomi-mi-mix-3-accessories/nillkin-xiaomi-mi-mix-3-h-pro, took me nearly 3 weeks to arrive.
9h hardness, 2,5d, 0,2mm thickness.
I bought two in case something happens with first one, cracks or something.
No black bezel on the nllikin?

i like IMAK screen protectors, they've always fit well on my previous phones.
Has anyone found a screen protector that covers the whole face without black bezels? I'm currently using this one from amazon but the bezels cover parts of the screen.

Yeah using I'm using it now. It's a matte one but they will probably do normal ones as well. Perfect fit
my mi mix 3 is 3 weeks in use and a have already few litle scratches.. ordered this one hope it helps top avoid further scratches

I always use ESR brand. You can find it on Aliexpress.
Every ESR glass has blue bumper, plastic frame. You put it on the assembly moment and the glass fits perfectly without the slightest problem. After assembly, you just take it off.
Edges are soft and overall quality of this glass is great in my opinion.

Does the glass have the speaker and led cutout like shown on the pictures because i'm using Nillkin Amazing H+Pro 9H 0.2mm 2.5D and these also show cutouts but in real life there are none. Does the black bezel cover a part of the amoled display?

I want to buy screen protectors (for both front and back panel). Which is better plastic or tempered glass? What experiences have you got with them? And what manufacturers do you recommend? I want a screen protector that hasn't got large cuts around the camera, just a circle for the camera and another for the flash, and on the front also just a circle for the camera and another for the sensors.
I have the this Glass-M tempered protector. Both friend and back. Haven't had any issues with it for the last one year. The main advantage is that this is slim enough to work with the magnetic dock.

If u are using a case, i recommed you the Nillkin 9H tempered glass. Come with the regular plastic for protecting the back and the camera lens. Why? If u are a case user, i dont think tempered glass back will fit ur case.
Honestly, they're all the same, I burnt through the lot of them, Nilkin, Pthink, Hero. They're all the same, I see no difference in quality and durability. I think the Pthink was most resistant to fingerprints, but not by much

I prefer matte/anti-glare screen protectors. Main reason, on glass and glossy plastic surfaces, after using for a while (15-20 minutes), my fingers start to "stick" to the glass. Not really stick, per se, but they don't glide as easily and I have to switch to a different finger. With a matte protector, I never have this issue. Also, they help cut down on reflections. There are draw backs of course. It makes the screen hard to see outdoors (but I rarely use my phone outdoors) and it does reduce brightness a little (but I don't really go over 30% or so when indoors anyway). And they do introduce a touch of graininess.
The best ones I have found are iLLumiShield and Anker. Though the Anker is the best I have used, it is not available on the Z2. I have tried many other matte films, but they all introduce too much graininess. And some affect touch response.

i bought the same tempered glass, no problem at all.
The camera has it's own cut and the back fits as it should..ask for a refund or a resend..
I picked these up on Ebay for my Zuk. Tempered glass fits well to edge of screen, and the back cover fits perfect as well, and recesses the buttons slightly to prevent accidental presses.

There's a Nillkin tempered glass screen protector. Seems very robust. I ordered it together with that case (not the one you get with case) and I'll tell you my opinion when I get it.

I have to agree with you there, I also got the film screen protector with my Nillkin case, maybe that would work better than glass?

The case fits the phone quite nicely and barely adds any bulk. The back has a nice texture on it which makes the phone slightly less slippery. There was a also a plastic screen protector included in the package.

It feels slightly flimsier than the Nillkin case and the material isn't as hard. The surface has a soft feel to it.

The case thread got me thinking about tempered glass screen protectors and I wondered what folks where grabbing in preparation for the phone's launch.
I've had friends use Nillkin with no problems so that's what I bought, but this phone is a lot of firsts for me so I'm sure there will be some lessons involved

I just peeled the thin screen protector off and installed the OMOTON protecter. You have to gently use fingernail and peel uo from bottom. I think it was nice of Honor to put something on screen but theirs is more to prevent scratch where hopefully this thicker one will help with a drop also.
It was pretty easy to install and push air bubbles out to make it look natural.
Installed this on two phones last night. Man it is so much better. Amazing difference.

The factory installed screen protector is really bad for oily finger prints. I took it off and the naked glass is better not nearly as bad as the screen protector.
I compared the glass on the 5x to the glass on my Moto X 2014 and they look exactly the same as far as oily finger prints. Now my daughter has a Blu Vivo 5 and that screen is amazing hardly pics up any greasy
prints at all.
I ordered the Omoton glass and have not installed it yet, but the Nillkin does look better as it has individual cutouts for the camera and speaker.
So the Omoton did not fit well? did it just not go all the way to the edges? maybe I will order the Nillkin as well , it's only 9 bucks

I got the one from spigen on amazon. It comes with 2 in the pack, it fits perfectly and not a lot of fingerprints.
I don't understand how glass screen protectors can possibly work. Do you lose screen sensitivity?

The Spigen curved crystal HD is a bit of a disappointment. Hard to complain for the price (9 bucks for two) but it scratches easily. By the time you're done squeegy-ing it during the install it's full of scratches and looks like hell, especially when off or with the AOD. I guess that's going to be an issue with plastic protectors. I never tried a glass one. Maybe now I will.

i use original type...screen sensitivity working great.
I use Original screen protector. The best of what I have tried. But this protection is not full-screen.

Currently using Zagg's invisibleshield for my flat s7. I like how it covers tje whole screen and goes side to side, however I don't like the rubbery-like texture of the screen.

I'm looking for a good glass screen protector that covers the whole screen (usually they are ones with a black or white border), but I'm really struggling to find good makes. I tried a protector from LK, but the glass was pretty cloudy and had a 'rainbow' effect raising our from the centre of the protector, it also turned out to be a disaster to remove, with the strong adhesive leaving adhesive marks and shattered glass as I tried to remove it!
Anyone else had any experience with other protectors and could make a recommendation?

A friend of mine got this brand, he got it from china, it's called called smartdevil, although it's only a OEM brand, anyway, it includes a frame for accurate placement of the protector, full coverage glass protector with about 1/2mm rim to accommodate a case, liquid filler to fill up the sids rim.
no link will be provided unless you intend to flight to china to buy it, just to let you know they are available so may be some searching you can find it online or similar item since it's only a oem product.
I also had a horrible experience with the LK screen protector. Rainbow effect in the middle and really annoying adhesive at the top and bottom. The transparent screen itself was also not very clear.
I then switched to an OMOTON brand one and it is amazing! Fingerprint and smudge resistant. Fits perfectly, full coverage across the screen. Looks sturdy. Cutouts perfect. Only downside is that it ends a bit short at the top and bottom, so still exposed there unless you use a case with a lip.
Avoid LK, and give the OMOTON one a try.

Glad I'm not the only one with a bad experience with LK. Looks like the transparent Omoton protectors that don't cover the full screen are easy enough to find, but I'm struggling to find the full coverage one where did you get yours from?

I got my OMOTON screen protector from Amazon (prime delivery - fulfilled by Amazon). You're right, it isn't full coverage (smaller than LK's one). But its close enough to full coverage if you have a tpu case that has a good lip.
Yesterday I got my Omoton tempered glass (Amazon.co.uk), and I am dissatisfied - the glass does not fit properly on the display (air space on both sides)...
This is Nillkin's. Similar size* but adheres perfectly (sorry for crap picture).
I also tried their 3D version (full screen) but it makes the phone look very cheap.
*Actually the Omoton looks wider.

My friend has the same protector and it comes with a liquid adhesive to fill the gaps.

What was it about the 3D version you felt looked cheap? Was it easy to remove the screen protector?
Right now I'm using the GhostShield by TechGear. They are relatively cheap and difficult to install, but after watching a video on installing them, it was a little easier. They are extremely thin - almost invisible and are self healing, but any dust caught under the protector will result in a bumpy surface. I'm also not entirely sure how great the protection is they offer. My Ringke Fusion case started lifting the to corners of the protector, but I think I stretched the protector (really easy to do with a membrane protector this thin!) slightly as I tried to get the bubbles off the surface.
Still looking for the best solution to protect my screen...

The plastic borders. It was very easy to remove as the plastic borders don't really have much in the way of adhesive.
I will try a Cafele next, when I can be bothered to order one.
Just got both of these two delivered from www.taobao.cn
first one is a anti blue ray with installation frame for exact right positioning and liquid filler for those air gaps along the edges of the protector, the second one is a normal tempered glass protector as a two piece package with the same accessories.

I got Omoton full coverage tempered glass but i am afraid its not compatible with silicone cases? It is good screen protector but sadly not ideal for cases.
It looks like cases lift screen protector on edges slightly so air gets underneath... Any good screen protectors that are not full coverage so i can still use case?
I bought the nilkin glas but the black borders around the screen protector takes a lot of screen space, I don't recommend it!

Benks have a really good one, it's a full coverage with white or black boarder (adhesive covers throughout the whole glass, not just the edges), just like those on the iphone, it curves and cover the edges.
Benks have two version, KR PRO this is also full coverage, glass & plastic sided and XPro+ full glass coverage.
I am using the Benks XPro+ full glass cover and I think it's great. It's a 3D glass screen protector, covers the screen perfectly, right to the edges, with no air bubles. Also it has an oleophobic coating.

its a good product, i just got a spare one yesterday incase I need it, slightly cheap than my first one.
