Hi, for the second time in a few months, my P7510 refuses to turn on. The first time, i had it sent to Samsung USA (from Europe, i bought it new via Ebay). After 2 months & paying tax duties again, it returned fixed. After a few months in which i used the Tab sparsely, it wont turn on again. I can only get it to connect in APX mode, but writing a recovery image through NVFlash throws a 0x4 error (bootloader locked).
Is this thing bricked beyond repair?
I have tried all the battery drain procedures and even cracked the thing open to disconnect the battery leads. All to no avail.
Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Did u fix it ? and how ?

Dear Redmi Note 3 experts,
I have totally hard bricked my Redmi Note 3 trying to unlock unofficially. No hardware damage, only hard brick.
I was wondering if it is possible to bring it back to life by changing it's motherboard.
Is there a recommended place online to buy a mother board or a service center I can ship this to replace the mother board?
Does this even make any sense? or is it even possible?
Appreciate any guidance
Use test point mathod it will be back in life easily. Tested myself

If you're unable to boot to fastboot and edl or the pc shows 9008E, get the deep flash cable from Alixpress. It's cheap and easiest way to recover your phone. This cable works fine.
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/New...rts-all-BL-locks-Engineering/32785943419.html
Or you can make the cable yourself with some Youtube tutorials posted above.
I can see 9008E. So I just bought a deep flash cable and was able to flash global stable rom with success message.
When I pressed power button, nothing happened.
When I pressed -vol+power, nothing.
when I pressed +vol+power, nothing.
Then I pressed -vol +vol +power together and the screen showed mi logo and android logo at the bottom. Attached picture. It's been like this for 30mins already. It doesn't seem to finish booting. Should I wait?

Wait a bit more and if nothing happens try rebooting to fastboot.
If fastboot is accessible try flashing the latest dev rom.

Did you flash all partition including storage? If I remember correctly, this shouldn't take more than 10-15 mins to boot up or even less. If it's still stuck, you should select 'flash all including storage' in Mi flash.
Or
Since your phone can boot into fastboot now, I would suggest to unlock it unofficially and flash zcx twrp recovery and than flash the rom through recovery after formatting all data.
Device booted after flashing Chinese developer rom. However, another issue seems to have sprouted from this.
There is a prompt saying "Cant Get Valid Device ID"

You lost your IMEI and Modem. Try this -> https://forum.xda-developers.com/redmi-note-3/how-to/flash-recover-efs-snapdragon-t3406789
My phone box has only one IMEI code. I was able to restore that imei to the sim 2 slot. sim 1 slot has some unknown imei1.
However, after much effort flashing many roms trying many methods for efs/imei restore, i was not able to get the sim cards working. none of the sim slots work.
Does the "Radio: OFF" status mean it's being kept forcibly off by the system. i looked for an option to turn it on with no success...

U did somethibg wrong..u have to use imei fixer and input your own imei given at the back of box..dont.input some random imei..imei spoofing is illegal
I have also lost IMEI, sent to service and motherboard was changed with IMEI. The problem is the new motherboard, which keeps rebooting, suddenly and randomly. When starts to reboot, it never stops and keeps rebooting on Mi logo - never get to loading MIUI. Even if I flash the MIUI (global) again through EDL, same thing happens. After some time, it will revive again by itself and starts booting. My fault is I didn't backup nvram with the build came from service, but with global stable after I have updated.
It sounds as a hardware issue, or it could be resolved by some software flashing/modification?
@Yogendra Kher Do you have any issues with new motherboard?

Hello guys!
I need a big help!
I have a meizu pro 7 (128GB). Have a bootloop and want now flash again with the stockrom "Variation A".
I can start in fastboot variation.
Who can help me? I have downloaded the last flyme-rom.
What did i have to do to "unbrick" my phone?
Thanks for help!
Best regards peter
Hello guys!
I have solved the problem!
When you start the phone in "recovery mode" and connect the phone to a computer so you will find a drive with "recovery". At this drive you can copy an "update.zip" (a-rom) and start at the phone. So it will restart and reboot.
I hopy anyone can use it.
best regards
peter
Did you ever figure out if this is possible?
Im in a bootloop and the recovery on this phone only give 2 options ive been trying to figure out how to sideload but without a proper recovery i cant do iot
fastboot takes commands but without a bootloader unlock and a recovery worth a **** i think its a fools errand. meizu is no help ive heard either
If you have damaged the stock recovery image, there is no option to restore. you need to pack the phone and send it to a Meizu dealer for reflash.
I have a brand new pro 7 plus Stuck at the FLYME with the turning logo . Shame really I didn't do anything out of the ordinary and now it's a 600 paperweight. Where is a service e center ? Nightmare this is ......I even contacted Meizu directly they basically told me to go @#$% myself ...

If its on Logo rotating, the bootloader probably is fine. You need to find the same version of the software that you have had on your phone. Then you go to recovery and flash it. There are two ticks, before the flash process begins. Mark both. Flash, reboot and it should be as good as new.
I wish you were right but I've tried flashing every fw under the sun and it's either corrupt or too old. I'm all ears though if you have suggestions going forward . You are correct in describing my situation. Thanks in advance

Hi, I'm sorry dude but we're in the same boat. There is a problem with the Chinese variant, when you flash a beta A firmware and then flash the G firmware, the phone gets stuck and you can't update to any firmware anymore. We asked Meizu on the Flyme forums for a while (it's been a while our phone is useless), a moderator said not long ago that apparently they will release a new firmware which fixes that, I'm not certain about it but it's our best bet at this point. Either that, or if someone with enough knowledge manages to find a way to unlock the bootloader.
Here is the link to the bug report if you want to click the "I have the same" button and, maybe make them hurry a bit?

Have you searched this site ?
https://reameizu.com
how to enter in fastboot mode meizu pro 7 plus ?
Brothers, I was using stock ROM of Android 10 and fed up with the bugs and overheating issues so I decided to install customer ROM for a while. I followed the steps to install TWRP and my phone stuck in FASTBOOT mode. Mistakenly I did those steps in both the slots so my phone was not booting from neither slots. The time tried to flash TWRP I had my bootloader unlocked and USB Debbing enabled. In doing R&D I locked my bootloader again and was not able to unlock it as it was always showing me an error "remote unlocking not allowed". Now after 15 days my phone has not have enough battery to power on all it shows after pressing power button for 10 seconds is blinking notification light. When I try to charge it notification light keeps on blinking and nothing happens. In my country and state everything is shut down due to covid-19 and there is no hope for the service centers to open until 25 days. Is there anyone who can help me in getting my phone fixed as I can't buy new phone due to shut down neither I can service my device.
PS: I am not very much into mobile development and kind of nood.. Please help me!

With locked bootloader, you need a service center with an authorized mi account. Find some online service, they will guide you and connect remotely to your PC to reflash the ROM.

Search for "xiaomi edl unbrick" on Google, at least 3 services are being mentioned on different forums. I have no personal experience with any of them, so you'll need to do your own research.
Hi guys,
I was flashing my S10 by Odin, using USB-C connector which is also charging the laptop.. (why didnt use the second one I idiot??)
Odin sudently stoped flashing, stuck maybe on 90% and I was waiting more then hour, but flashing did not succesful, if laptop discharged the battery and switched off.
Samsung is totaly dead, I tried everything like get to recovery mode, Odin mode, leave the battery fully discharged, unplug and replug battery... No any sign of life. PC doesn't see it..
It seems there is nothing I can do for unbrick it, but maybe YOU know some trick that may rescue my phone...?
Is it possible that some box as Octoplus or some like that will be working for my problem?
Many thanks for any idea, Regards, Tomas.
I would recommend trying to return to manufacturing (RMA) the phone just explain that it's hardware bricked doesn't turn on etc and you should get a new phone. How ever if they find out that you tried to flash custom software on your phone your warranty is voided and you might have to buy a new phone.
download official firmware and flash every file except for HOME CSC using Odin. This should revert you back to stock rom and allow you to boot properly.
It's not normal that flashing takes so long in first place.
Something already went wrong while it was still flashing.
My S10 flashes in like 10 minutes completely.
That's strange anyway because mine stopped one or two times flashing
causing a soft brick but I always could enter Download Mode again and reflash.
I'd basically never flash with a notebook not connected to a charger
but in your case I think you could wait even more hours and nothing would happen anymore.
One exception could be that you flashed the wrong firmware.
I wouldn't send it to Samsung if that's the case (in my opinion).
Just don't do such stuff if you don't know what you are doing and learn from it.
A honest option is to aquire a device with broken display and ideally broken back glass and change the motherboard.
It's not that difficult and you could exchange the battery e.g.. (plus it's fun)
Thanks for all answers.
Unfortunately, the rom I flashet was stock and 100% right for my phone. Downloaded from sammobile.
Also now I'm not able to flash anything because PC does not see my phone when connected...not any sound and Odin wont show that device is connected.
One more information-I'm not some fish to do something what I dont know about..my job is technician in mobile phone repair servis and shop. But 99% repairs I'm doing is hardware repair- like broken LCD change, battery change, charging connector repair by soldering... Sometimes software repair of course, I flashed by Odin many many times, but flashing takes max 10 minutes.. this is why used charging port co connect the phone. There was some another problem I'm sure.
Anyway thanks for your answers.
I'll send the bricked phone on eBay, maybe somebody have the right tool to make it done.
Thx again.
