Hi, can someone pls advise what are these files?
I have never had WeChat app installed so how can be there 712MB of data? When I go insife, there is 0 size mentioned and Uninstalled. Is there any possibility to delate this without root?
And this DMD folder? When I go inside there is info about photo but I do not have such folder in the phone memory...
What could it be?

Hi,
I don't have any suggestions how it got there if you didn't install it, but if it's a system app you can disable it with adb:

Hi,
The problem is there is nothing connected to WeChat. App Inspecror shows nothing with such name...

Ok, now I understand.
I don't have this issue so I'm just guessing about solutions.
You could try a few things:
Turn off your phone & clear cache using recovery.
Install WeChat, don't open the app but go straight to the app info and clear data & cache, then uninstall.
Or try this app:

Good luck!

Remove your current account (factory reset). Then don't set new one via acct & sync. Directly open Google Play Store & add account from there.

Hello!
I've installed Sopcast because it was required by a TV Online app.
It seems that Sopcast came with some surprises: even after I uninstalled it, I keep getting some green stars notification icons with chinese apps.
Is there any app that can monitor the installation and uninstall it completely? On the PC I used to do this with CleanSweep...
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
It seems this is only happening with the latest update. Delete and Re install version 0.86 beta and adds will go

I had Sopcast-0.8.7.apk. I will try with 0.8.6 and let you know if the problem is solved.
I have installed 0.8.6 and it seems the problem still persists... Any other solution?

After installing all kinds of ad-detector apps, I have found that the spamware app was "Tiny Flashlight+LED" ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devuni.flashlight ).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING THIS APP!
Really digging this phone, and the stock rom. Had it for 4 days. Android OS uses 200~mb data each day. Can anyone confirm that LG is botnet/stealing metadata?

The part of the code everyone is referring too has nothing to do with LG.
It is simply a part of the MeetMe apps reporting abuse function. Go get the MeetMe app, go to any persons profile, and try to report them. That EXACT list will come up.

Excuse me?
Is there any way to stop the recommended apps bar from appearing in the notification panel when headphones are plugged in?

Get the XPosed framework tools (3.1 beta) and the WANAM package for it in the market.
The Xposed package will be in the TMOBILE Note III section.
Go to application manager then to all apps, then find page buddy app and disable it there. (I had the same problem)

More specifically just uncheck the 'show notifications' box and the bar will not show in the drop down menu anymore...

PS. Tested on my Samsung S4 Android 4.2.2 test case on other devices, to back up the apks "GMSCore and Velvet.
Would this get rid of touch wiz? I won't lie I tried the apk method, installed the launcher, I like the okay Google stuff but the launcher itself. ... Very very limited. I couldn't access my phone settings. Very plain
It doesn't replace the touch wiz launcher but I really like it because it has awesome integration with Google now and for me is fluid
