[Q] Can't enable usb debugging

I can't access my phone. It will get to the security screen to put in my pattern to unlock, but after I unlock I just get a bunch of force closes. I know how to reflash back to stock using Eugene's Froyo. The problem is that before my phone broke down, "Enable usb debugging" was not selected. Therefore, I can't get into download or recovery mode using adbto then use Odin to recover. My phone is also hardware locked. Is there a way to turn on usb debugging without accessing the settings?
Thanks.
i have same problem

Can't activate USB debugging VS985

Hello, I need help to activate USB debugging mode. I don't know why I don't have the option. I mean, I have turned on the developer options, also I have turned on the USB debugging mode. The problem is that whenever I plug my phone I only receive the MTP mode, not debugging mode. I was in fulmics 7.5 rom and thought that was the problem, but I returned to stock 10B and nothing.

Make Android factory reset have USB debugging enabled

I'm trying to find the easiest way to enable my phone to have the "USB debugging" enabled after I do full reset on my phone. Is the only way to modify the ROM of the phone? How difficult would this be to achieve?

Is there any way to enable usb debugging without unlock your phone?

I've faced this problem several times, many people don't like to lose their data, in most of the cases, I use tools such as miraclebox, but besides of this one, what other options do I have to, for example, remove the password/pin of a non rooted phone without usb debbuging enabled?
All I want to do is get in the phone without losing data.
go to setting then about then software touch on build 10 times or so. go back to settings developer options should now be visible. usb debugging should be seen here just tick it on. edit sorry didnt realize it was locked nor read fully
