With new ROM 2.3.9.0 i had a very strange altitude: -19610 and also no GPS track, only one location with that altitude. Could someone please to help me find out what is wrong? Did someone face with that kind of issue?

When I am cycling( mountain biking) the watch starts correctly. But after 20 minutes the altitude line stays flat. and the watch recorder 75m difference instead of the 268m the real route is? anyone same problem?
Someone else said that restarting the watch would help. You should also (register and) submit a request for fix so they can research and eventually fix this, the US Amazfit support site already lists Stratos:

I don't have this problem on my bike rides of around 20km but in a rather flat area. Altitude is pretty correct although the total gain sometimes is 50m, sometimes 60m for the exact same ride. I don't have 3d on (flat area).

Known problem with Stratos intl 2.3.4.0, already reported to Huami...waiting for the next firmware to see if there will be a fix

If the watch crashes during activities, disable alerts, specially "pace alert".
My MediaPad M5 (SHT-W09) has worked up well until yesterday. Now the fingerprint sensor is not working. I have rebooted, turned off & restarted it. I think the sensor MAy have worked again for a very short way but it is definitely does not work now.
The sensor does not work at logon, does not work for my banking apps and is not seen by other apps.Some apps say that there is no fingerprint sensor.
Has an app or something captured the sensor? If so how do I determine what is "hogging" the sensor?
Or is the sensor no longer working? Is so, is there any way to fix it?

I also have the exact same problem.
It began a couple of months ago. The fingerprint sensor would show up for a couple of minutes after a reboot, but now it has disappeared permanently. Even the settings app won't show it after a restart.
Have you found a solution or some insights that could help us debug this?
I tried clearing the cache and sometimes it works for a while then the problem would reoccur. I did a reset to factory and this fixed the problem for a while.
I did cut back the number of apps.
Now it works perfectly and I don't know what caused the issue! It may have been a stray app.

I have the mediapad m5 lite and I am having the same problem. It was complaining that the fingerprint hardware wasn't working and I restarted and now it is unaware it exists, even in settings. What was the cache you cleared? Did you have any luck further discovering what the cause is?
The fingerprint sensor works well now.

Hey I have an amazfit pace and the backlight brightness stop working ... I tried to change ROMS but it's without a difference. Any ideas?
I don't understand why so many people think that re-flashing firmware would fix such issues... It is simple: if you factory reset without restoring old data and it still doesn't work then it is dead, it is a hardware issue, nothing that you do with software or firmware will make it work.

my amazfit pace "dieded" and i've decided to upgrade to the newest version, stratos 3.
After my initial setup i realized that i can't get into the settings menu, I have a crash. factory reset but keeps the same. is there a way to fix this? I'm on 4.2.0.1 but i can't find updates.
Also, the vibration makes a loud noise. is that normal? i want to set the level to low but i can't access the menu.
what can i do?

It's a known bug on that fw version. Look for Stratos 3 US firmware thread for OTA installer to update to latest 4.2.6.0
Keep in mind that 4.2.6.0 is buggy af
4.2.5.0 is the best choice FTM

I have a Amazfit Stratos A1619, ROM 2.3.13.0 (last ROM). Since the last updade of the firmware, i am facing some problems with the GPS signal. Now the smartwatch can't connect anymore. I tryed to install/uninstall the app, did the factory reset, try on different phone, and nothing helped.
I was wondering if you guys can give a solution for this case.

I had the same problem with my GTS2 , after an update the gps stop working . I've done everything but it won´t work. Since this sh1t has no wired (usb) connection, there is nothing we can do about it.
Same problem with stratos 3 working on ROM 4.2.5. GPS is not available.
It also looks like agps does dot update with Zepp.
I did several factory reset, uninstall/reinstall Zepp.
I'm bored of this Amazfit watch.
Maybe an issue with the Huami server ?

I think I found a good solution : I bought a second hand Garmin Fenix 5 !

I have verified with ADB tool that agps files are up to date when swatch is synchronized with ZEPP APP, so this is not the root cause. Some times, GPS is detected very quickly, some times, never, at the same place outside, very stange. Can we downgrade ROM ?
I have same problem here. I used amazfit since 2017, and this happend. So dissapointed. I have try contact amazfit support, they gave me older version of zepp app, but still have agps expired and cannot be updated. Maybe it's time to move on to gamin
