Thanks, tried the rom on my Chinese 8Gb/128Gb, but unfortunately, there's no L1 Widewine...(which I have expected global dev rom could enable it)

did you try to wait a few hours? since in pocophone f1's case flashing beta rom needed few hours for widevine l1 to be updated to the phone.

Well, it has been 12 hours+, I think it has something to do with Chinese vs EU phones.

I think you need to install it over Chinese Beta rom. It is Beta over Beta and Global over Global. Otherwise it should not be possible to install.

Yep, bootloader unlocked. I'm a long time MIUI user (before there's any Xiaomi phone), no waiting time for me.

Hi, I have Chinese stable rom, so in order to install this I just need to unlock bootloader, then flash this from fastboot, correct?
For xiaomi.eu it would be the same too?

You can install via fastboot if your bootloader is unlocked. If you want to install Global beta, you should install Chinese global first than Chinese Beta, then Global beta (if I am not wrong).

I am also on stable OTA rom.
Maybe we first have to install the global rom from the forum and then the dev rom from the forum?

Just curious which method did you use to debloat? Are you rooted yet?
I see a method in the Mi 8 forums which I may try. Could you share a list of system apps safe to remove?

Be careful coz if u remove some system needed apk u will need make factory reset
