APP: Bat On (PlayStore)
Not the battery level of the device displayed in the 3rd party app on the phone. :-|
What I meant is the opposite - to display battery level of the phone on the smartwatch.

Try installing a custom watchface like this one:

Those are battery levels for the watch, NOT the phone, like he's intending.
Likewise, that's a feature I'd love to see in the BIP, but I don't it will happen since it isn't running Android. It's running a proprietary os, which is why the options are so limited.
sorry, I did not read it carefully.
It would indeed be a nice feature.

It's not exactly what you want, but the Notify & Fitness app can send notifications when your phone battery is low (any level 50% or below)
and as it's charging (51% - 100%).

I set up similar action in MiFit through BatteryAlarm, so the notifications are pushed to the watch, and since the app sends only two of them, when battery is high and low enough, it's working but it's a workaround.
I have other question tho, can you use Notify & Fitness as your only monitoring app or does it need MiFit? I admit that MiFit isn't my favorite app.
Sent from my Mi A2 Lite using Tapatalk
you can do anything with notify & fitness pro .. it's ****ing cheap .. and they regularly update the software..
You can use N&F by itself or together with MiFit. I use N&F without MiFit, although I kept it installed.
The only thing I've found that I need MiFit for is A-GPS updates, which are supposed to make GPS startup quicker.
If you decide to use N&F and keep MiFit, you want to make sure that only N&F is sending notifications and weather updates to your BIP, otherwise you will get duplicates.
Regards,
Eric

We are Ken and Houtan, two developers building a personal trainer AI for wearables. Over the past year we've built out tech that can automatically recognize a user's exercises, like bench presses and squats, if they are wearing an Android Wear smart watch. We are launching the beta program for our app, YouMove, and are inviting members of the XDA community to join. We would love your comments and feedback on what we've done and would be thrilled to hear your suggestions on what we should do next!
Apply for the Beta!
We recently added the ability for the app to learn new user exercises, which we are really excited about!
Other features we are currently testing:
- Automatic, passive recognition of weight training, calisthenics and cardio exercises
- Tracking of exercises, reps, sets, resting times, calorie counts, and intensity
- Detailed display of a user's workout in a timeline on watch and phone
We know the XDA community can provide some great feedback on what we've made so far. Thanks everyone!

This looks really cool! I've been tracking my workouts using Google Sheets for a while now, but if this works, I could totally see it replacing that. I'll let you know more of my thoughts after I sign up for the beta and try it out a bit, but I was just wondering if there is a way to see your progress by exercise type in some place on the app. I've always roughly guessed how I've improved over time at, say, bench press, and I know that I can do it now if I really wanted to, but it'd be really cool to have it readily available on the app.
Looks interesting, may take it for a spin!
Where is the link for download? Also:
1. Will you be having only dark color for the app?
2. Does it support Android Wear independently without the need of the phone?
2.1. Does it support the internal GPS of Sony Smartwatch, for instance?

Current it is a closed beta, so once you apply we will send an email with a link.
1. We are switching to a lighter color UI on the phone. Sticking to a dark color on watch to conserve battery life.
2. Yes, it works on the watch independently of the phone.
3. At this point it doesn't support GPS. Right now we are primarily focused on weight training and calisthenics. But when we do hit cardio, we'll make sure to use GPS on the watch.
I'm interested in trying this out. How's progress on the app?
Link not working
I would love to participate but the link is not working
I would like to apply for the beta but the link is not working.
I mostly go sporting/gym 3 times a week.
Can i get a beta because i was searching for this kinda app ?
Thanks !
Hey, I have a smart watch Amazfit PACE. I downloaded the app "Notify & Fitness for Amazfit" (android) . I can not log in and sync the data and I only have data about connected apps. The phone is Xiaomi redmi note 3 (MTK). The Phone Alerts dialog does not synchronize steps and battery status of the Smart watch.
Thanks

You should just keep one.

After deleting one application that is so requested from me ... (See screenshot).
Of course I click this OK and it takes Google Play to download the same application that I deleted before ...
Maybe because Pace is not fully supported right now...
I don't see the point using it for now.
I am unable to disable 'notification on missed call' -- no matter what I do. Whenever I get a call regardless of I pick up or not, i will get a notification again on the watch that keeps vibrating unless I 'ignore'. This is often while I'm in the call. I've can't get it disabled -- anyone else have this issue?
Guys, if only notification is supported, why Tasker plugin doesn't work? Actually this was one of reason I decided to buy this watches and it was quite unexpected surprise. Is there some GitHub or something, where I can contact author and report this bug?

yeah, that it is... Taskr DOESN'T work. If I set some rule and use plugin of N&FfA and I run it, it does just nothing. Even "test" notification during set up doesn't work at all. I would like to process some conditions and then, based on them show (or not show) notification on watches. Well, doesn't work on Stratos

This is an app for Wear OS watches running Android 8+ using root. I got this idea from the fossil watches that had their accent color change to maroon (everyone hated it). I like the idea though. Sometimes the default blue clashes with the watch band I am using. This app lets you change the accent color of your watch to any of 20 colors. I've tried to stay true to the original brightness for the best readability.
I was going to release this on the play store and make a non-root version for Android 8 users, but since Wear OS will soon get a redesign, the app may need a lot of work or be obsolete, especially since all notifications will have their own color in the next version.
Feel free to use it till then and have fun. I don't plan on continuing development until I see how things turn out but hope the app will be useful in the next version.

Known issues:
-My Huawei Watch 2 got stuck booting once, but holding down the power button until it restarted booted it up fine
-Some heavy tasks are running on the main thread so the app may hang sometimes
Here's an example of what it looks like:
Hey, sounds awesome, I don't have a rooted watch (I only have the Moto 360(2) which isn't running 8+ and a Fossil Q Explorist HR4 (Don't know how to root it) so a non-root version would be awesome, looking forward to updates on this!

Hey,
Here is a rootless option. It does not use the app at all, but follow the instructions in the zip and it should work without root

I believe the Fossil Q Explorist has it's own overlay that overrides mine. Other users have tried some things to disable it, but they don't seem to work.

I don't have one of these myself so I can't find a method. I have some suggestions in the thread I mentioned.
Oh ok, thanks anyway
Hello, is this still working on Fossil Gen 5 with MR2 update?
Hey, like in topic, my sleep widget shows loading only. If I click in widget it enters in main sleep screen and I can see my sleep statistics, but there is no overview. Anyone's got the same issue?

If you suspect there is corrupted data, and it seems the case, time to factory reset the device: unpair while watch is connected to phone then apur again. I'd it continues then do the same but do *not* restore old data to watch when pairing it again.
PS: Why do people ask questions in technical forums and don't providw even the basic info like device model and firmware model is being my imagination ...
Sorry, didn't noticed that this is global Amazfit forum.
I've Amazfit Pace A1612, latest official ROM 2.8.4.0.
Problem is the same even after upgrade to latest, what I've done yesterday.
I have some apps installed and when unpaired last time it wiped all of my data on watch...
I don't think that watch model is important information, because all of amazfit watches have almost the same software and this "bug" could happen on any of them. Just asking if someone had the same problem and maybe how to fix it. It's not so important, because sleep monitoring is working fine.

Totally wrong: "almost the same" doesn't mean the same, and most probably software bugs are related to version, so both watch mode and firmware versions are important.
You should reset data as I suggested: pair again but do NOT restore old data to watch when pairing again.
Seems like after AmazMod update sleep widget is fixed. Weird.

If you want a Free Version:
Download Termux
Type 'su'
Type 'settings put global oneplus_screen_refresh_rate 0'
Done!
AutoHz works well adjusting the refresh rate on a per-app basis while avoiding unnecessary battery drain, unlike using the ADB command.
Would it be possible to make such an app for oppo find X2 pro
how to be sure that the frequency varies?

You can set the refresh rate for any specific app to the fixed value you want (60Hz or 120Hz) or leave it on default. I use it for apps like Vivaldi Browser, which somehow only runs at 60Hz in default mode and scrolling isn't nearly as smooth as in Google Chrome. You can force 120Hz with AutoHz and get fluid 120Hz scrolling in any app, even if it doesn't natively support it. Same goes for the official YouTube app, which for me somehow only runs at 60Hz by default.
Hope I could give you an idea of the benefits. If you don't have any apps that seem like they don't run or scroll at 120Hz with 120Hz mode selected in your device settings, you pretty much won't need it anyways.
