It is probably something to do with your firmware. But you really should ask this question in the Syberia thread.

As I said, you need to ask in the Syberia thread. Someone there should be able to give you a clear answer.

I was messing around and flashed a rom for the oppo clone of the oneplus x, the A30. Now, the splash screen says "Powered by OPPO" rather than Oneplus. Does anyone know how I may go about fixing this?
Definitely try flashing one of the the official ROM downloads from oneplus. I don't know if they all touch the bootloader, but one of them should since I imagine the bootloader got updated at some point along the way. http://downloads.oneplus.net/devices/oneplus-x/
BTW I know the Community build of Marshmallow on that page does, BUT it also makes it impossible to boot TWRP.
The question is... Does it work? LOL

Yeah everything works, everything is the same except the picture. Still reports the correct model number.

It's before the ROM is loaded, part of the bootloader. Like a BIOS splash

Not sure about kingroot, but su might works if you flash via twrp. So, give it a try.
Hi all, I am using Lineage OS 15.1 on Redmi Note 3 Snapdragon edition (unlocked bootloader).
How do I go back to global stable MIUI ?
I have to sell the phone hence have to restore it to factory condition.
Just flash the stable version of miui through fastboot. And done, as it will also relock your bootloader

Each time you flash a new ROM, you should flash the encryption disabler right away.

There is a version of TWRP which is compatible with encryption/decryption which you can try.
Not as good as other Xiaomi Phones
When you compare other Xiaomi Phones like Redmi Note 5, 6 or 6 Plus, it doesn't stand tall. People who use it are not that quite happy with the phone. My friend has one and he felt like he could have gone for Note 6 Plus.

The bug is in Pie. If you set a pin/password for encryption, it will ask for a pattern and vice versa. Simply do not set a pin/password/pattern.

Nobody has a solution yet, I am using it with Havoc Os 8.1 or MUiU 8.1 until they discover a fix, but I believe that this is a problem with the corrupted memory of the cell phone, it should not have a solution really

all these roms will work, you need to flash on twrp 3.3, flash firmware and then the rom. For definitive solution I believe that only changing the plate
