Hi, is there any way to connect two Bluetooth speakers and play music on them at the same time like in a Galaxy S8/S9? And if not, can I get this feature via some mods?

Maybe. You can be connected to two Bluetooth devices at the same time. Music from both I'm not sure about.
I was talking about music from both. This feature found in Galaxy S8/S9 is pretty amazing and I thought V30 will have it too. Are there any mods to get this?

Have you tried to?

I was curious so I just tried with two identical Bluetooth speakers. I can connect to both easily, but I have to choose one or the other for music playback. Can't do both simultaneously.
If you really had to, you could get a Bluetooth splitter like the ones made by TaoTronics. I have one that lets me connect two pairs of BT headphones simultaneously, so I'm sure it would work with 2 speakers.

The bluetooth connection with my RX 400 has horribly static. it is running rhe stock rom without the new ota. does anyone else have issues with their connections or suggestions?
Working with my 2011 Touareg. No static, but I don't play media through bluetooth. Just calls.
But it keeps trying to pair even after it successfully pairs.

most vehicles dont supports playing audio. i only care about the static issue
I have found that if I am holding it in my hand, then it does have alot of static. But if I do put it in my pocket with the back facing out, then I am fine.
I use it for phone and music and streaming podcasts paired with my Gen 3 Prius with no problems. Even the music sounds really good.

did you check the "don't ask again" option when pairing?
Having an issue getting audio to navigate threw the audio out on my car dock for my i717
I'm running CM9 RC2
Attempted to load the original voicetalk.apk that comes with ICS on the note stock
Also attempted the new voicetalk.apk from the Galaxy SIII with S-Voice. No luck with that one either.
Anyone find a way to make this work? I've searched all the XDA forums and havent found any solution yet...
If u r talking about getting audio during phone calls then it does not work with galaxy series of phones.
However sound for other stuff like music should come out through usb audio.

Yeah, just for music. I use PowerAmp and things like the S-Voice or original Voice Talk audio will still go thru the speaker instead of my docking station. I also went into the dock settings and told it to use the Dock audio, and it still doesnt... :S I know even with the original ROM calls still went thru speaker. Very Trivial...

Its a known issue for cm9 and aokp. None route for usb audio that im aware of, and ive tried many. It was a kernel issue as i understand it, and now that source has finally been released, we will hopefully see the issue addressed. It will work with tw based roms like Hybrid, however, if you install galaxy sound redirector from the play store.

Welcome, i have problem with bluetooth headset
When i click the call button it works very well but when i click pause/start/forward/backward buttons the phone doesnt catch that everytime i sometimes need to click 10 time to let the phone catch it so can anybody tell me where is my issue exactly?
Hi I have the same problem I thought it was just me but I guess not I am clueless why it does that
Did you test it with a different music player?
Sent from my SM-N9005 using Tapatalk 2
I have tried Pandora and Google music
And I tried power amp
So no one has any answer?
I have the same setup and the same problem. Did a bit of research before buying the headset, and I realise that this is a common issue. The LG headset works best with LG phones, but not others.
Any suggestions
That is weird, I have been using this headset with my Note 3, and I have not noticed any issues at all. I use this headset with Poweramp, Google player, Your folder player, and n7player. I am not having issue with any of the mentioned player.
That's strange. Do u use custom Roms or not?

Yes, I am on HyperdriveRLS 6.1 by Sbreen94
Not sure if I'm the only one having this issue or not, but I have the T-mobile LG V30 and I'm not able to play sound to two Bluetooth devices at one. I was able to do this very easy on my S8, but on the V30 seems to only allow one device at a time, unless I'm missing something.
If in fact this works for anyone else can you please tell me how you got it to work? So far I only been able to switch to one of the two devices not play at the same time.
I had the same issue. S8 plus I had prior connected easily. I do remember reading about another phone, maybe the HTC U11 having Bluetooth 5.0, but it needed am update to work. Maybe the case with the v30 as well

I had the same issue and forgot to ask here / search for a solution. It seems I can connect to two Bluetooth speakers simultaneously, but I am then prompted to choose one as an audio listening device, canceling out the other.

Yep that exactly what I get, sounds like it will just need to be a software update to fix unless we are missing something which sucks!
They might have decided the quality wasn't what was hoped for. From every review I've seen of BT5 streaming audio to two devices, one is always a hair off from the other. That would be annoying to me.
This requires Android 8, which the V30 does not yet have.

Don't know where you heard that from? The s8+had this a while ago and that doesn't have official 8.0.
This is where I first learned of the feature, 6 months ago, using a S8 w/ Nougat as a demonstrator.

Yeah not true S8 and note 8 had it's just a Bluetooth 5.0 thing....
I'm guessing Bluetooth 5.0 means it's allowed but the software is what makes it work....
With the oreo update now released has anyone been able to make this work? I don't see a dual audio settings menu in settings like on an S8

I can't find it either, it probably doesn't exist.
It's working great on my S9+
Goto settings, connections, Bluetooth, use the three dot menu, click dual Bluetooth.
One down side is you are forced to turn off volume button media control.
Sound is fantastic and so close you cannot hear any sync issues. I'm using two Jbl flip 3's and have tried Deezer & SoundCloud apps.
Have fun!

Right, I read up on it and found this video. Oreo has dual BT but needs hardware to support.
I should probrably clarify just a little about the dual-audio for bluetooth. So with Bluetooth 5.0 by default you can connect to multiple devices, but you can only stream audio to one device at a time. The limitation is at the Bluetooth chip (transmitter) level. So if you're looking for "dual-streaming"...the hardware on the V30 won't be able to support.
The S8 has dual because Samsung made it work, not nougat android.

i haven't tried it, but cant you go into settings of the bt setting of that particular device and set it for audio only, and not calls...?
Well yea I tried it before asking here but spotify still plays on my earphones instead of playing on my bt device

You want the audio to be diverted into 2 separate audio receivers. As far as I know, androidv in particular cannot do that.
Well, samsung, note 9 in particular, can do it so I was kinda wondering if its a software thing that can be made available to other android devices.

Samsung got the "separate app sound" but I kinda switched to mate 20 pro. It's a lot better except maybe the speaker and the "separate app sound" feature.

Well, I was using a note 9 and you can find it under "sounds" at the settings. It was really a cool feat I thought it was a bluetooth 5.0 feat.

Yeah, I didn't know that. I wish some developer on xda will read this tnread!
Oh man I really wish the devs would look into this thread. It would be so cool if this is actually made available to all android with bluetooth 5.0
I'm also searching for a porting of this feature since forever
