I have a question about my old kenzo. I flashed Pixel experience and since then the phone lost its SIM signal. I already flashed the stock ROM (MIUI 8 & MIUI 10) from recovery and fastboot, I flashed the NON-HLOS.bin file, I restored the IMEI too and it's still not working. Anyone has another approach for this problem?
PD: It's curious because I can see the SIM provider's name and the phone seems to have SIM signal ONLY if I have turned on the WIFI, but if I try to make a call (even if the WiFi is turned on or not) I receive the following message: "mobile network not available".

Hi. I recently installed LineageOS 13 and I can see it (and I am always able to see the Baseband version in any OS). Baseband version is "-8976_GEN_PACK-1.74446.1.75478.1"

I repaired the IMEIs because when I flashed using fastboot the phone booted without the IMEIs

i also have a similar problem.
*flashed Pixel experience and lost network
*flashed the stock ROM from recovery and fastboot,
*flashed the NON-HLOS.bin file
* i never damaged the IMEI. still looks fine
* the default APN settings are stuck on a belgium provider (this hasn't changed no matter how many roms i try to flash)
* i can see the provider in the sim settings but whenever i add the providers APN the setting disappears. (particularly when i ad the mcc)
*i can't unlock the bootloader because i can't receive text messages

Hi there. I have a i9300 I am having trouble with i will try to explain.
It was stock 4.0.4 worked fine on Spanish Vodafone
then i used odin to update to a stock 4.1.1 then rooted and unlocked everything seemed to work fine.
I put in my sim that used to work fine it searches and finds the network then it registers with network then shows emergency calls only as shown

If you just want to return your phone to working state (no jb), try these steps:
-Download This and unzip to your desktop (It is the stock Vodafone Spain ICS)
-Boot to recovery, wipe data/factory reset
-Boot to Download mode
-Connect to PC and open ODIN
-Select previously unpacked file from desktop to PDA slot
-Make sure that NO pit file is selected and Re-partition is NOT ticked
-Hit start, it will flash and reboot to android

I i tried this exact same method but used a Vodafone UK 4.1.1 firmware and that didnt work I will download and try this firmware and post results.
I rooted with odin CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar this worked before

the same sim worked before and another different network worked fine too. I have not tried an unbranded rom.
Another sudgestion was that it might be something to do with the bootloader?

Hardly. If the bootloader was faulty your phone probably wouldn't even been booting.
Like it's been suggested, reflash the JB ROM for Vodafone/Spain. You can also download it from here : http://samsung-updates.com/device/?id=GT-I9300
If that doesn't work, check with the operator if there has been any block made to your IMEI.
Does that SIM card work on a different phone now? Do other SIM cards work in your phone now?

ok sim works in my wildfire fine I have just reflashed using the stock vodafone spain 4.04 now it has a little no entry symbol and wont scan for networks. It connects to wifi fine but. this phone worked fine for a while so i know its not been blocked on the imei
See if your imei is fine: type *#06* to phone app. It should show the same number like the sticker under your battery. If its not, you might have corrupted efs.

when i do *#06* it does not registered on network then goes back to the dialpad when i go into about in settings status and it displays my imei does that sound like a corrupt efs?
If u can't connect to your operator then ussd codes won't work.
Check mobile networks/access point names(in settings), if your apn is there and connected to mobile carrier. If everything is as it should be, then try and change your modem..xda member "upintheair" has posted a large collection of modem's in his thread..
U can backup/restore with apn manager(when u get the phone working again),its free from market.
Ps: does all other sound areas work, like notifications/music/ringtone..
The correct code is *#06# try again and see if it shows your IMEI number.

Ahh I see that I failed at the code ....
Try to go to settings -> Mobile networks -> Network operators
and select the appropriate network for your carrier
+ also try different modems as suggested
If it still fails, I dont know what next..... :S

If the Problem is not their in your sim then try some different fimware's

Was your phone ever able to see the SIM? Did you check to make sure the SIM card is in the phone? What carrier?
If it is an android bump (4.3 - 4.4, 4.4 - 5.0)
You have to flash the radio also.
Do you have your IMEI number in settings?
If you do have it, that is good news, if it is a generic 00777999xxxx that means it is corrupt and would require some software to write the code back to the handset.
I have some what simliar issues , except , i dont have roaming in settings any more , an x in the signal bars , i cant get any signal but it detect s the sim , but signal is unknown , well right more whem i get home

What android version?
Have you updated the OS lately? OTA or Manually?
Does it have "emergency calls only" or "no service" in the statusbar pulldown?
What does the settings, "device status" or something similar say?
It should have sim carrier, network type, IMEI & serial number?
Is IMEI intact or is it a generic one as mentioned above?
Is Serial Number intact or is it 00000000?

So far I have:
Android version 4.4.2
Custom ROM: ?
Operator unknown
Radio off
Out of service
BUT
The Serial Number is intact, which is good news.
At worst it MIGHT be a corrupt EFS partition, but that is the WORST of it,
It could be a network error on there part.
Dead Sim Card.
Or it could be ROM related...
(To eliminate the network possibility put your sim in another phone, maybe a family members and see if you can make a call, this will solve the network & sim question above.)
I'm just gonna ask you a few more questions to understand it a bit more....
Did you flash a Modem/Radio/Baseband with whatever custom ROM you was running?
Was this a sudden thing or was it as soon as you booted the ROM up?
Have you checked the Custom ROM thread to see if anyone else is having network problems?
Do you have ANY backups? Maybe a restore to an earlier version will fix it?
Any EFS backups? This partition (EFS) holds all the valuable information about the device, and is VERY VERY important.
(Last resort)
By the sound of things, I think it may just be a case of re-flashing the radio, it has happened to me from time to time, the first thing I do when I flash TWRP to my device, is backup the EFS and move it off the device, this should be mandatory to ALL of us, saves us a headache,
And a Wi-Fi only smart phone.
Please answer my additionally questions above or by PM.
(I've blocked out the IMEI for your safety, in future, just say if it is 0xxx or is valid, by checking it against either the phone box it arrived in or on the device itself, please don't note it down)

CM12 all go good but the phone stil not reconzied my sim card imei empty
after searching in some forums maybe lost my EFS (no backup done)
any one can help me solve the problem
I'm not sure if somebody already fund how to restore IMEI on the opx.
Try to go back on H2OS maybe your imei will be back.
Also you could try to find some imei restoring solutions from OPO, maybe you will find something useful but be careful.
And if you can't fix it by following any of these ideas you will need to wait for somebody to find out a way to restore IMEI on our OPX.
I'm sorry for your situation. Keep calm and wait for a fix
EDIT: Also you could try opening a ticket at OnePlus tech support, maybe they will offer you a solution to fix it (like RMA).

Sad..I did faced this imei problem in past with Samsung ace plus..ididnt had efs backup during that time..
If u had taken nandroid backup with checkmark on efs den simply restoring backup would save you..

i have a backup but without the efs folder any suggestion how to solve the problem
If you don't have efs backup then nothing can be done.
You can only hope to clear everything ( system, data, cache, dalvik ) and flash the full oxygenos 2.1.3-X zip.

google is your best friend here buddy. search in oneplus forums. You may get some lead. I have fixed this issue on my samsung note 2, but don't know if that will be useful here. Advice for future, always have a backup of efs.
i tries efsbackup ttol for one plus two..it simply didnt worked..file to be back up was not found on my device...twrp has efs backup option but never tried if it works

so recently i wanted to restore stock kernel and that's why I used MiFlash.
I did it, but now the problem is that there's something wrong with the phone.
I have TWRP installed, but the phone doesn't work right.
After it boots up eventually (after few soft reboots) I can't do anything.
On MIUI ROM i can't get past the configuration menu as it requires a SIM card or wifi to activate, where both don't work.
Now I've got AOSP 5.1.1 on the phone, but there's the same problem. Also most of the apps aren't working, such as settings, phone etc.
After few minutes the phone reboots by itself.
Any idea how to fix it?
Edit: I've fixed wifi and reboots. The only thing that is not working is Sim card. No imei and baseband is detected (probably wiped efs).

Yes imei is lost, you can only flash MM based ROMs now (if you didn't backup efs of lollipop)

Unfortunatelly I had a backup but of an AOSP 5.1.1 and there were only 4 partitions backed up

It's a new phone on warranty.

I can't believe it.
I fixed it.
The key to restoring imei was the qcn file, which was currupted in my phone.

Try this
1.)Flash CM13 again.
2.)Unlock bootloader.
3.)Flash fastboot rom via miflash in fastboot rom.
