Green trails on screen - Huawei Mate 10 Questions & Answers

Hi there,
Sometimes when I swipe on the screen of my mate 10 pro I can see some green trails.
Have tried to look up online about that and could not find information.
Does anyone know what they are
Thanks

I too get that when the screen is not responding to the touch inputs. Never bothered about it.

Hi,
I don't understand your arsey reply.
I read your nebulous question and at no point did you mention knuckle gestures, saying you searched online means very little.
The only time I see trails is when said gestures are enabled so I was simply offering a suggestion to help.
Good luck

Maybe just rude, dude was just being a total a**hole as far as I'm concerned, he should probably not ask for help if all he can do is be an a** when someone tries to help.

**SOLVED** Netflix removed from devices and won't come back

I've tried going to the netflix website, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Nothing works. I have no devices in my manages list at all. It's probably something simple I overlooked but I can't figure it out. Anyone got any ideas?.

Grammar is a forgotten art.
BTW, your issue is not with the phone or with Netflix, it's user error. If it says that the device needs to be activated it means you're running the app on a Froyo Rom. The app only works on Netflix compatible Gingerbread Roms. Do a little research, there are at least 4 threads in the Thunderbolt boards with this information.
If that is not the error you're getting, it's still your fault, because you're asking a vague question and providing no information, so we're left to guess at what the actual problem is.

Yes, the only thing worse than someone whining about not being told to search, is someone giving vague descriptions to their problem

I had to use root explorer to remove ALL remnants of the 1.2.1 netflix , then reboot and reinstall for netflix to sync my TB again. Thanks for all the helps guys. Yall are awesome.

Anyone else notice this? Take a look at the below picture, and tell me that's normal. (Don't sorry, it's not.) Compare it to the picture of what my memory looks like after a fresh reboot. (Red means system used memory that is unclaimable, green means memory that can be used for applications.)

Help help regarding app security

Hello guys as i stay in hostel and have to share the room with my room mate who is a douche .
I need an application which will pop up a message that android process or the app has force closed when he try to open any game on my phone .
From last few days he is constantly using my phone and playing games . Which is really creating problem for me . Hiding the app or applying a security code wont help . As he will constantly start to bug me for the pass code . That is why I need an app which will show a fake message of the app has stopped or something like that .so that he wont be bugging me then .
Please help me I would be really grateful to all you guys ! :fingers-crossed:
There are several app protector apps which displays those fake messages. But they all cost :/
You can just hide the apps instead? There's an app for that too (root is required for hiding)
Do you have Titanium Backup? It offers to freeze apps. If you do this they won't be shown in the launcher any more, until you unlock them again.
Hope this helps!

Rubbish.
Other people have managed to find the answer easily online, you should be able to. Thing is, you can't be bothered. And the reason you can't be bothered is because every thread you've made over the past couple of weeks, answers to the questions you've asked have been easily found via Google/XDA search, but for whatever reason, people have decided to hand you answers on a platter, rather than point you in the right direction & make you 'self sufficient'.
The experience on here over the past two & a bit years is people like you tend to break their phones eventually. Because they don't actually learn anything. Having people give you information you can easily find yourself (and you'll also learn 'why' if you do it yourself) teaches you nothing.

thats fine, and we should use what we want. problem is, why dont you go help the people that post here every day that their device is "bricked" because they learned nothing of the basics, to do simple maintenance, because they used a root toolkit and learned nothing. why dont i see you out there helping these people out? or is helping your fellow members out something that you consider being butthurt by the dumbest things?
anyways, it has no business being here in original development, as its not original nor is anything being developed.

Everything is fine now. I apologize to @simms22 first of all... and secondly to the community. As well as to the OP. It was a miscommunication on my part. All is well now and I've made a new tech buddy out of it. Enjoy your day gentlemen.

You can't. You have to Unlock Bootloader if you want to root your phone. Hope this helps.
