How bout you search rather than make a thread for every little thing that comes up as you have been doing since you joined ? The people who have mollycoddled & spoonfed you have a lot to answer for :-/
Those two buttons can vibrate? I didn't know that. I've only had this device for couple of months

Rubbish.
Other people have managed to find the answer easily online, you should be able to. Thing is, you can't be bothered. And the reason you can't be bothered is because every thread you've made over the past couple of weeks, answers to the questions you've asked have been easily found via Google/XDA search, but for whatever reason, people have decided to hand you answers on a platter, rather than point you in the right direction & make you 'self sufficient'.
The experience on here over the past two & a bit years is people like you tend to break their phones eventually. Because they don't actually learn anything. Having people give you information you can easily find yourself (and you'll also learn 'why' if you do it yourself) teaches you nothing.

Hello there -
I've tried all of SCOTT'SROMS; OMJ; MikRunny; along with Team Noc's Bravia variants, and, the few versions of ICS that I've tested since Neco are coming along, though, missing many key components. My current kernel is the E3D Tiamat, v 1.10. I've visited many different fora, and I'm starting to get a bad case of vertigo. ;-€......
I'm currently running the Xplode XE (odexed version - very smooth) ROM... any suggestions from this esteemed panel would be gratefully appreciated ;D. Thanks.

Having a hard time seeing the question here. Anybody else?
If you're asking for another rom to try, go with warm 2.3.

I'm sorry if you think that I was rambling... the last two sentences were 'the closer', in my missive to anyone here... just trying to make nice conversation; I'm a 50 (well, nearly 50 - I'll turn 50, in a couple of months) year old disabled guy, and though you're a Senior Member - does that give you the right to be rude to me, in this forum? If it was the attachments, then, I'll refrain from using those - while I'm trying to be nice to others, and ask questions. Otherwise, you might want to change your tone.

I bet if you searched "strange notification" or "what's this notification" you would find a thread about it. There's a couple everyday.
If you would have scrolled down its been asked a lot today.

Dear Xda community...
I would just like to check if there is anything wrong with the xda app as when i go into suscribe topics or any other topics e.g. android development and when i go into the topic and press the back key, it goes straight to home screen... shouldn't it go back to the list of menu instead? Is anyone facing this problem?
I'm running checkrom v4.0 n using stock kernal...

FORUM RULES
1. Search before posting.
Use one of our search functions before posting, whether you have a question or something new to share, it's very likely someone already asked that question or shared that news.
3. Post only using a clear subject and message.
You're most likely to receive a helpful answer to your question if you use a short subject title that describes your problem and a message that explains in detail what your problem is and what you've tried to solve it.
No one can guess from the title, what is your problem
And why the f"ck so many people say "KERNAL" instead of "KERNEL"??

That's the only thing about the XDA website I don't like - don't get me wrong, I think it's great - but whenever I want to really dig I into something and the answer is not quickly apparent then I am stuck looking all over or risk getting flamed like you are. Yes, it is a pain but it's an issue that appears to have no answer so you just have to go through the pain of looking forever to find what you want. Probably makes people scared to ask a question, because they have to look all over the place to ensure nobody ever gave an answer to their question. Ugh!

You know where the thread is - Yes
You know which sub-forum it is in - Yes
You know which forum it is in - Yes
For everything else, there's Google.
But honestly, all I do is enter the search term in Google, append XDA at the end and hit 'Search'. Gets me what I need in the first page, usually the first result. Never failed me till now. No need to ask, no getting flamed.

Agree ^^^^^^ since coming to xda I've only ever felt the need to create 4 or 5 threads, all else I have achieved by searching, reading, learning.........most importantly,I have taken the time to do these things........it always comes down to laziness

Agree but it seems most prefer to flash an expensive phone based upon ignorance . Hence the very large volume of bricked phone posts . Unfortunately the smartphone user base average IQ is now much lower than it ever was .

Hi there,
Sometimes when I swipe on the screen of my mate 10 pro I can see some green trails.
Have tried to look up online about that and could not find information.
Does anyone know what they are
Thanks
I too get that when the screen is not responding to the touch inputs. Never bothered about it.

Hi,
I don't understand your arsey reply.
I read your nebulous question and at no point did you mention knuckle gestures, saying you searched online means very little.
The only time I see trails is when said gestures are enabled so I was simply offering a suggestion to help.
Good luck

Dude, quit being an a**, guy was trying to help, if all you can do is be an a**hole you should probably get off XDA and look for help elsewhere.
