On my Xiaomi Mipad 4 I have the Eu Rom
MIUI 10.1.1
When I check for update it shows a new stable
MIUI 10.3.1 version, but when I try to download it I get the message "you have the latest version!"
Any suggestion?

There is no global beta rom for the Redmi Note 2. You will have to use xiaomi.eu version of the china beta rom, which has google apps and extra languages.

i have a redmi 3 pro with MIUI Version : MIUI 7.4 by ManhIT 6.5.12
I was thinking of upgrading it since on miui official site MIUI 8 is out: http://en.miui.com/download-298.html
My question is: can i use Updater app to upgrade this phone from MIUI 7.4 by ManhIT 6.5.12 to official global stable MIUI 8?

you'll have to backup your phone, then miflash it (edl mode) to miui 8 stable

My Indian version Mi10 is with MIUI Global 12.0.3 Stable ROM.I have not unlocked the Bootloader and rooted the phone.Has the new Update been released now?When I am checking for it in Settings/About the phone by clicking on "Check for Updates",there is no response.So anybody please inform which is the latest official stable ROM?

Picked this phone up a few days ago, looking to upgrade to android 11 but the global roms I'm downloading give me an error message, local updates carrier version is different.
Checking for auto updates gives no new versions.
