Reboot to recovery and wipe cache. If it just happens after you log into Facebook, try wiping cache of it. If that doesn't help, you probably will need to factory reset.

*Browser version of facebook keeps freezing on Stock android in Galaxy S3Just got my .Samsung Galaxy S3 from AT&T. Still have the stock android from AT&T running it (ICS. Version 4.0.4). I choose to use the mobile browser version of facebook as the app itself is very slow and buggy in my previous experience. But whenever I click on likes and comments on a post in facebook to see the details, the browser freezes in android. It says "Internet is not responding. Would you like to close it?". I have cleared all cache, rebooted, cleared all cookies, history etc. But it keeps doing this. Interestingly no other website has given me issues ranging from flash rich sites to simple yahoo mail mobile website. Also I never had this problem with the Galaxy S1, my last phone. To reclarify, there is no problem with facebook on main pages like news feeds or my page. But the freezing occurs when you click on comments or likes icon to see the details. Can anyone help with above or is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
Sound like a Facebook issue and not the browser. Try install "ics browser" from market and see if the problem persist.
i have same issue and i changed a lot of browsers, to me its the ram or cache issue which can,t handle heavy sites like facebook
Sent from my GT-I9300 using xda premium
No its not a ram or memory issue. I have no problems whatsoever and isn't that "heavy" a site that our phone can't handle it..
try to clear data in the applications manager

Dear xda-developers,
I have Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 android version 4.0.4 and ROOTed but no idea with which one
because I bought it with root
Everything was great, phone was working great, smoothly etc but this night I occurred weird problem.
My phone just restarted and after rebooting I noticed that instead of GoLauncher I have the normal one
and all my applications/games are gone including Google Play, YouTube, Maps, Gmail, Music Hub, Game Hub, Samsung Apps, Google+, Chat even SuperSU but CWM is working, when I click on them I get message "Application is NOT installed on your phone".
@Edit; I also have noticed folders and files almost everywhere named ".nomedia".
@Edit2; I forced close TWLauncher ( I googled it, said it'll work ) and it kinda fixed but I'm missing YouTube, Samsung Apps, Google Store/Play, Google+, Chat and SuperSU.
I tried to reboot it but nothing happened.
Please answer me fast, thanks in advance.

i suggest you go to recovery mode and wipe caches and fix permissions
you could also back your stuff up with titanium back up pro and flash a rom of you choice. You'll get a clean start cause you don't know what the previous owner did with your device.

I am getting, "unfortunately, the process android.process.acore has stopped." after installing Facebook. Normally in the past I would clear "Contact Storage", reset and the problem was solved.
On Android 5.0 and this tablet this doesn't work, I have even removed Facebook and the problem still persist.
I have even went into Recovery and cleared cache but the problem still persist. I haven't even rooted the device, any suggestions?
Try factory resetting. I know its a pain but it may be your only option.

I am hoping to avoid that! I was just throwing it out in case someone has a solution.
Edit: Solution is I had 'Outllook' App Installed, once I removed it and rebooted, The error disappeared. I still can't get Facebook to work, I have a feeling it is the new Gmail, Calendar, Contacts Sync Transport is causing the issue, just have to wait for an update.
I encountered the same problem but uninstalling the outlook.com app didn't help. I also tried all the ideas which seemed to work for android 4.4 and older without success. I even factory resetted my device, but (I assume) after I reinstalled all my apps again, the problem came up again too. The message of the stopped android.process.acore shows up more or less randomly but I can force it when I try to open contacts. First time the problem occurred was after I updated to Lollipop manually and rooted my Nexus 7 (2013). Any other ideas how to get rid of this dreaded problem?
Same problem here
The problem came back, I assume it has something to do with the new gmail, contacts and calendar apps? I have to keep deleting apps that show up under Accounts until I can load Contacts app without error message showing up again.
After a factory reset and upgrade to Android 5.0.1 the bug or whatever, seems to be gone. Maybe just the update will help too?

I recently got this issue. Booting into Safe Mode and running only Google apps I have no problems. Some 3rd party app is messing with the Google Contacts app.
5.1 solves this issue! Got the update on my Nexus 7 2013, no more error message. I returned the N9, but will repurchase now that 5.1 seems stable.

5.1 seems stable on the Nexus 9? Where did you hear that?
Hello!
Just a few days ago the 145 update hit my device. After installing it and reinstalling twrp plus magisk I am experiencing issues with Google News, Gmail and even with account management.
Gmail shows emails, but doesn't display the content, same for Google News stand. If I remove the Google account entirely, and try to readd it, it gets stuck at 'checking info '. This only seemed to happen after the update and then after I installed magisk (with YouTube vanced as a module) and rebooted, now I can't access emails anymore/read news. Funny thing is, even k9 mail doesn't work and shows the exact same Issue as Gmail. In a browser I can easily access Gmail.
Is anyone having similar issues? I had to reset my device two two times already to get it working again, but as soon as I installed magisk (and YouTube vanced) it broke again.
Later I can add a log cat if somebody could use it.
Did you try to reset device or clear cache?

I updated to 145 to sort the "Okay Google" issue out, now I am experiencing lack of mobile data and Assistant is sporadic....are you sure you are getting mobile data? mine seems to work fine on WIFI.
I did reset the device twice and that helped. I am now thinking it may have to do with webview/Chrome, since all these actions that don't work require these apps. I did install bromite together with magisk, so it may have something to do with it. But deleting bromite and deactivating/reactivation chrome doesn't help either. Actually, Chrome starts up but won't load any website.
I may have to reset again and not install bromite and see if that helps.
And yes, the issue persists on mobile data or wifi.

Hi, slightly off topic here, but how did you fix the "Okay Google" issue?
It's greyed out for me and I can't seem to find a solution.
Can someone confirm if he is able to update the chrome application on stock miui with bootloader locked, actually i can't.
Strange but every other app is getting updated other than chrome, clicking on update button does nothing.
I am unlcoked, rooted and stock 10.0.8 and still able to get chrome updates. Try force stop google play and lear cache. If still fails, clear data of play store and relogin

Don't you think i would have tried all that, i even tried after factory reset but same thing.
It's happening on poco x2 as well, and tomorrow all of the sudden the app got updated after stucking at waiting for download.
But I'm sure next time it will again stuck on update as it has happened before, i just want to know internally why this bug arises..
Use chrome dev or beta.... chorme having issues on PlayStore clashing with other chrome available with same google developer
It'll take nearly 2 month to fix it(limited employees). Got reply from google support
