"No Input file specified" on Miui.com/unlock/apply.php - Xiaomi Redmi 5 Questions & Answers

I already added my device and account in "Mi Unlock Status" from Developers Option.
Now I'm trying to apply for an unlock request so I can write my reason to why should I unlock but when I go to miui.com/unlock/apply.php it says "No Input file specified".

So I often put a pin code on my Z2, but when I was going to change it back to swipe today, the options "none" and "slide sideways" are locked, with a message saying "Deactivated by admin, encryption rule or credential storage".
Does anyone know how to fix this? :S I'm on Lollipop.

Unable to unlock bootloader

I am unable unlock my redmi note 5 indian developer rom. whenever i try to install usb driver it says connect your device again but in unlock tool it says phone connected. Is there any way to resolve this???

I can't seem to get past the mi unlock tool endlessly checking for security issues. I've tried both versions 5.5.224.24 and 6.5.314.30

try adding phone number in browser, worked for me
