How to Set Wallpaper:
Download the zip file from the above link and extract it
Right Click the desired Image.
Save as --> Click Save.
Downloaded image will be in Downloads folder.
To apply the wallpaper, go to Gallery --> Download Folder (Album) --> Select the downloaded image.
Tap on 3 dots at bottom right corner of the image --> Set as.
Wallpaper --> Click Tick --> Now you can choose whether you want to use the image as "Lock Screen or Home Screen or Both".

Included in the .zip file are two files, one with the AT&T logo, and one without it. The layers are setup like this:
1 Glass Reflection
2 Phone Border
3 Blank Black screen
4 Phone
5 Background
You should paste your screenshot between layers 2 and 3.
If you press ( CTRL + ; ) you can show the Gridlines so that you can line up your screenshot perfectly.

Steps:
1. Backup your ROM or just backup the files ("/system/priv-app/SystemUI.apk" & "/system/priv-app/SystemUI.odex") will be covered later;
2. Unzip SystemUI_ODEXED.zip and copy the files to "/system/";
3. Set 211 or 644 permission for these two files;
4. Copy them to "/system/priv-app/", just cover the files inside;
5. Restart your cellphone and enjoy!
