I run the latest xiaomi eu beta and I feel like the ghost touch happens a lot more from update to Update. I bought my Poco in January and there was no ghost touch issue.
It always happens when I unlock my phone and then I have to lock and unlock it again to fix it.
Any suggestions ?
Since the update today I also get screen freezes.
I used Pixel experience 4 months ago , does it fix the issues nowadays ?

i buyed a htc 7 mozart but i have some problems but only sometimes...
when i want to unlock the phone ..i swipe my finger from the botom to top but the scren moves only a little like i swaped only half of the screen
and when some 1 calls me ,again same problem..sometimes it work sometimes not
what is the problem ?
Same here
I and two friends have the same problem, the screen is slow to activate it seems.
it takes a couple of tries for the touch to react after turning the screen on, no matter if its from the normal "sleep", after talking on the phone, or when ever the screen has been turned off and then started in any way.
I had the problem before bot it dissapeared, and now it is back after i replaced my digitizer.
My friends phones have not been tampered with, and only one of them still has the problem.
Could problems with the proximity sensor and/or grounding be related to this problem?
Does anyone know what the reason for this delay is?
The same happens to me occasionally.
When it happens, slide the left side of the screen and works without problems after 5s, works well.
Its a problem that I hate very much.
Also another problem that happens when I open something and turn on the gps, I close the program and have a battery of abnormal wear.
Sorry bad english

I have the same problem, hardware, for one.OK.
Same goes for me! I think it should be hardware problem. As stated, we should always swipe the left side of the screen whenever we unlock!
Same problem here. Weird thing is that its only there for a couple of days... Maybe cause of all those updates lately? Anyone can comment if resetting to the factory defaults helps?
fixed it..
well ive updated the phone and since then it works.. amazing
the same problem of my classmate's Mozart

The only solution that worked for me, is installing this rom:
RUU_Mozart_TMO_DE_1.28.111.03_5.52.09.16_22.33a.50 _RELEASE
from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=857561
After that, i installed the available updates through Zune, all works smoothly now.
According to official Poco announcement, the multitouch problem will be solved in next update:

6. Touch screen issues
Thanks for the videos and logs you guys offered, it's very thankful that we can optimize the product with POCO fans. Our dev team had analyzed the materials and divided the touch screens issues into several categories as below:
-Ghost touch issues
Already fixed, will release asap .
-Multi touch issues
Already fixed, will release asap .
-Touch delay while playing PUBG Mobile/using keyboard in some specific scenarios
According to the videos and logs we received last week, we found the reasons why the issues happen:
PUBG Mobile - Due to the network delay
Keyboard - Due to 3rd party apps problem, already contacted them to confirm the issue
If you still have touch delay issues which are not related with these 2 reasons, please help to offer more info. Thanks.

Not sure what version they are talking about, but whenever you get an update, do tell us.
But be advised, if the next update doesn't solves your issue, everyone with the faulty unit is doomed!

Yes they are updating touch panel firmware in next update HOPEFULLY it should fix the "whatever" touch issue our device has if not then RIP FPS users
Haven't played much but in PUBG and normal usage it registers ghost touches e.g. it fires at will sometimes in PUBG. Very annoying, hope they solve it. Another problem I noticed early on playing PUBG was that I shot whole magazine at a guy about 20 feet from me but it didn't hit him even once. I had LG V20 before this phone and this bug was never on that phone. I am using the 'same' network on both phones so it's NOT a network delay for sure. Anyone noticed similar situation?

Hey man - how do you know that they are specifically updating the touch firmware. Do you have any sources for this.
Hey, did any update arrive for fixing the ghost touch/ multi touch issues?
There's holiday in China. No updates before 7th October if I remember correctly

I am pretty much sure it is a hardware problem. Are you considering replacing it?
I've already got screen replaced once as my replacement period according to Xiaomi viz. 3mths was over so i doubt there is any solution
use Pixel experience rom...i switched to pixel rom after 10.3.4.0
try malakas display oc kernel...
I don't think you can fix it. it's a hardware issue.
I could tell you my version of the digitiser which is the one without problems but ever since i updated to 10.3.4 Xiaomi removed that Info from tapping 5 times on the kennel info and then lcm info.
Luckily i got the new panel without touch issues.
I'll try and find another way to check my digitiser model again but if my memory doesn't deceive me i think the tiamat is the one that has problems.
Edit: mine is ebbg digitiser not tiamat. Maybe you can improve with a different kennel.

Display OC is for display and not for touchscreen. It increases the refresh rate of the Display and it has nothing to do with touch responsiveness.

After disable pocket/bag mode in settings, no more touch issues in my pocophone. I use miui.eu beta + franco kernel
Try the last beta version

In my case 2 days ago I was in a concert and I wanted to take some shoots. Opened the camera app, and touch was not responding at all.
I turn off the screen, then on, randomly started to press any place of the screen until I was able to get away from the app. (I restarted the phone few times and same thing happen)
I have never heard anything about that.
I just bought a Mi 10 8/256gb and the phone arrived today. After setting up the device (Wifi, Google Account, Fingerprint scanner) I got an update notification to the 10.0.6.0 MIUI 12 Global (phone came with MIUI 12 already installed) so I decided to go on with the update. Right after I noticed that the fingerprint scanner wasn't picking up my thumb print. Strangely enough, I decided to delete the old fingerprint record and add a new one. At this point I noticed that the fingerprint scanner was barely working and It took me 10 minutes to add a single fingerprint! Obviously it didn't unlock anything.
So I flashed the previous version of the MIUI 12 believing it would have fixed the problem, but nope.
So I made some research and I managed to calibrate the fingerprint sensor and with my big surprise, it stared to work again flawlessly! But, when I updated (again) the MIUI to the latest version I was on the start line again. So I went again to the calibration process and in two minutes the fingerprint scanner was working better than ever. And it is now.
But why on earth does it have to lose its calibration every time the MIUI gets updated or wiped?
Really, I can't figure it out.
What do you think?
I guess you're just unlucky. I've already experienced 3 updates on this model and never encountered it.

Very unlucky I shall say. Two weeks ago I bought the One Plus Nord which had a faulty display. Sent it back and exchanged with this one, which is faulty too.
I'm kinda bored of this ****
I must admit i have never been that satisfied about a underscreen fingerprintscanner as with the xiaomi mi 10..
Hi everyone, im thinking of buying this device but i read in forums and youtube that it have flickering screen issues and ghost touch issue and i wanted to know if after the last A.75 december update this problems where solve
