On my Mi A1 i had a equalizer Qualcomm audio+ which is super good. But POCO and other Xiaomi devices have some ****ty equalizer that is far from good. I was wondering how to enable/install it on the POCO. I was searching the whole internet but I've found only methods that were outdated or involved installing special music player (in which the equalizer is ONLY) or required Root.
So my question is, is there a way to install this on the latest MIUI 10? If yes please post the guide below!

Hello guy's. ... I have an Samsung galaxy note 3 sm-n9005 running arya mod 8.1 and some high end in ear monitors from RHA. ... this device is also running Viper4Android, dolby atmos and xtrememusic fx. .... these 3 apps together with my in ear monitor is the best sound I have ever listened to. .... problem is just this device is only home use cause of ****in region lock that is not removeable so I decided to buy a cheap phone for to go. ... so m4 aqua was my first choice. ... what I forgot when I bought that device is, what about custom roms and hacks. ...seems to me like no one is interrested in developing stuff like that for m4 aqua. I am running xxxx...167 firmware with Viper4Android but I need to get dolby atmos and xtrememusic fx on m4 aqua to, otherwise that phone is useless for me so please help! I need that ear porn from the note 3 sm-n9005 ported to m4 aqua
Have you tried to install them. It looks like they are device agnostic so you can just install them in TWRP. Check the General forums for root and TWRP instructions
Hey guys , i bought a new device name coolpad cool 3 which was good on looks and specs as well for the price they offered..
the device was performing great but i have one big heartbreaking issue... the audio coming out of heaphone jack lacks quality...i mean the while listening using headphone the audio seems to have low power with the sub bass and lows being completely in audible...i have a good headphones that sound superb on other devices.... note that sound from speakers of device seems to be good but my concern is with headphone.....
i noticed that there were no audio drivers such as audiofx or dolby in my device ... i want to install viper4android on this device but for that i need to root my device....my device is running latest android pie 9.0 .. and the soc is Unisoc sc9863a and i tried all i can to root with apps such as kingroot,iroot etc but failed..
I tried to get into recovery and found that everything was in chinese in recovery and i dont know chinese..
Please help me with rooting as my concern with audio might be done with installation of audio drivers(viper4android).

Did you ever get anywhere with rooting it? I have a Blu Vivo X5 based on the same chip and I cannot find anything to help root or install custom roms...:crying:

Hy can anyone tell me how can i get stereo speakers on my redmi 5? I am currently running Android nougat (stock ROM MIUI 9.6.3., global based on android 7.1.2.) i have unlocked bootloader, TWRP custom recovery installed and Magisk 20.3 installed. I would like to get stereo speakers on my phone because my last phone (Sony Xperia Z5) had them and they sound great so i would like to get them on my Redmi 5.
Edit: thank you everyone for all your help by that I mean thanks nobody for nothing, i found solution for my problem... I BOUGHT PHONE WITH STEREO SPEAKERS, what a easy solution, why i didn't think of this before. And now i have 2 phones without any support from XDA, that being Huawei P40 Lite/Nova 7i/Nova 6SE and Lenovo S5 Pro GT. Isn't it great, yes it is, yes it is.
Hello everyone! I'm truly amazed at how active this community is and I'm hoping to join soon. I'm planning on buying a redmi note 10 soon but I was wondering if it has dolby atmos built in like the redmi note 10 pro. Or if there is any way to sideload it without root.

It doesn't have dolby atmos built in but you can sideload it through magisk I don't know about doing this without root

What a shame! The stereo speakers would be so much more useful with dolby atmos. Anyway, thanks for the reply.
Also, does it have any other sound effects option that are good?

Does this work by any chance on redmi note 10. It says on the website you can install the apk without root on any android 11 device. Worth a shot?
It will work and if you want dolby digital plus you can install it through twrp
