Does Flashing Official Firmware Trip Knox?

Hi All
I have a question for you. I have an S6 Edge SM-G925I, unrooted with Knox untripped. I want to upgrade to Marshmellow and am considering flashing it with an official Android 6 ROM.
If I do this (using Odin), will this trip knox?
I've searched on the forum and someone has asked the same question (http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6-edge/help/flashing-stock-unbranded-firmware-t3257477) but the respondant didn't specify whether Knox would be tripped, only that the warranty would still be valid.
Thanks in advance

They are synonyms.
Your warranty is void if you trip knox. If you trip knox your warranty is void.
Please give @Uzair40 credit for this.
Have fun.

[void varranty][pocophone f1]

Hi all!
I'm going to have my new pocophone f1 soon. I have got some questions about the warranty. I've seen many answers for yes and many answers for no. I'm noob. Please let me know:
1. If I unlcock bootloader, my varranty is void?
If no- question 2.
2. If I flash any custom recovery (TWRP for example), my varranty is void?
If no-question 3.
3. If I flash custom Rom (and) get root access, my varranty is void of course. BUT, If I restore everything to stock(I mean system and full unroot), my varranty is still void?
Thank you so much for answers.
PS. Sorry for English
No void warranty opening the bootloader. The said in the conference of the poco in india. The give all the sources and kernel to the developers to make custom rom without problem.

OK. Unlocking bootloader doesn't void varranty. What about flashing custom recovery? Does IT void varranty?
No it does not

In none of the above scenarios, the warranty will be void. You unlock the bootloader with the approval of the manufacturer. No purpose will be served by simply unlocking the bootloader. It will lead to rooting and flashing of custom ROMs. So having given permission for unlocking the bootloader, the manufacturer can not turn around and deny warranty. Further, this device is supposed to be developer friendly unlike some others which deny warranty even when only the bootloader is unlocked.
So enjoy flashing!

Wow. That's veeery nice. I could test my poco with anything and still get my varranty!
Thank you so much for answer!
no it won't
surprised actually there are barely any companies that will let you root / unlock bootloader without voiding your warranty
im still triggered from samsung asking 200 dollars for minor repairs.
never looking back to the big manufacturers.

No phone manufacturer gave warranty after rooting except xiaomi, the great phone company. That why I were owned 4 redmi phones including poco F1
Sent from my Redmi 3S using Tapatalk
Global launch video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sMWCyRijEkg
He clearly stated that unlocking the bootloader and flashing other roms will not void warranty on the Poco.

I wasn't watching all that video, but I trust you bro. If during of the premiere of this smartphone this guy said, that you can unlock bootloader or flash other custom ROM's without voiding warranty, it's pretty sure I can do it

We do not spread false news, the warranty with the unlocking of the bootloader is NOT invalidated, Xiaomi allows the unlocking of the bootloader while maintaining the warranty, but if you break it modding with custom kernel / rom you will have to pay to fix it.

the warranty will not be invalidated, but if you create damage by modding you will have to pay to fix the device. Before sending it to service, simply remove twrp and install the original recovery.
