How to flash
1. Use new Eu Rom fw+vendor, like 10.7.19
2. Wipe all except internal storage
3. Flash extracted OOS7P image to system
4. Flash Permissiver_v4.zip
What it doesn't work (this what i found)
1. AOD
2. Sounds through speaker are muffled.
3. Finger Print
4. Face unlock

Yes, its from Note 7 Pro. I have tried multiple vendors but same issues as in OP persist. The performance of the Rom is amazing.
Maybe someone can produce a patch to resolve those issues. I have also tried global mi 9 vendor files but it boot loops.

Which OP7 port are you referring to? I have installed a FP patch but it did not help.

I have stopped all rom flashing and settled in eu rom. No more flashing. Will try if Masik Rom available for Mi9

Hi, just received a link to a cm14 build for this phone. Downloaded and flashed it trough twrp, but it doesnt work. Maybe you can help me. I dont know where that build come from. I did wipes (cache,data,dalvik,system and internal storage), then flashed the zip and rebooted. It would load with the bootanimation even with charging led on (almost booted?), but it reboots. I did the same flashing process but flashing 7.0 gapps, and this time, phone would stuck on bootanimation forever. IMPORTANT: TWRP in both cases gave me two errors, you have the screenshot down there.

That two commands are not unusual for CM14. Can you provide us source of that link from where you downloaded the ROM.

try without installing gaps
Hi, I have just tried to flash the ROM. Doesn't boot. If I flash 7.0 GApps, it just shows the CM face, then the ripples appear 3-4 times before hanging and reboots. I wiped dalvik cache and cache after that, bootloop. Flashed back to CM13.
Why u guys r flashing my broken test builds? Keep patience for Sometime. Nought for kenzo is in its way.. Most probably it will released publicly soon
Please stop posting about cm-14.0 and other roms when it is not ready, cm-14 is in staging mode, so be patient
When is the cm 14 ( official nightly) estimated to be released ??

BUGS: The ROM comes with the usual bugs (no video recording etc.), but as reported they can be fixed for the most/completely, using the common .zip for RR
Tried it yesterday:
Microphone not working with apps like Google search : ' cannot access microphone'
Vidéo not working too because cannot connect media, i think it is linked with the microphone.
Beside this it works (call, sms, wifi, LTE,... )
We have to wait for the good kernel...

I didn't face any issues with phonecalls, just signal maybe was lil bit weaker than on latest chinadev beta

Other than that, you could try the fix of the RR rom, if sensors not working. Likely, it'll then work.

I've tried the fix for rr but it didn't work on this Rom, cpuz is not showing any sensor.

Then you're doing something wrong, it works for RR if ur doing it right, I tried it. Make sure to set permissions properly. You can find threads on XDA about how to set those permissions.

but i cant set permissions properly it says the frimware does not allow
and in lucky patcher when i want patch app it says you dont have a 100% root
i flash super su 2.71 ~ 2.78 and root checker says ROOT ok

You'll find the option to activate root in the latest cyanogen ROM's in the developer options, tap the build number in phone information 7 times and the developer options get activated in settings. Look for the setting root access, chose "Apps and ADB" there. You don't need to flash SuperSU

Actually you don't need to do that, just installing some third-party camera apps, most of them have these additional features.

Some custom ROM already have those functions. I'm on MIUIPro and they work perfectly.

Yes, it's for mediatek varient.
It's a bit tricky to find the links 'cause it's a Russian ROM.

Big thanks to you I only had one little "bug" (i guess) . I read you had to wipe system,data,cache and dalvik,and I had cofface twrp.I tried to wipe all of those,and data cache and dalvik did wipe but i couldnt wipe system,so I installed zcx team twrp,and I wiped all of those,installed rom,but when I booted I didnt get setup screen,I got to my old homescreen.I have all the features of the miui pro rom but it didnt wipe any of my files,my apps,or my password,saved wifis and all that ****.Weird lel

Could you please send me an apk of your camera app (my rom didn't come with one so I'm surviving on a crappy one I found on xda) you can use an app like apk extractor off of Google play to get the apk.

Miglobe is available for Redmi 5 (called so in this thread) device name Rosy I don´t know if its the same but aspect and wallpaper that shows device is the same http://mi-globe.com/rom-builder-features/?codename=rosy&img=redmi5.png&realname=RedMi+5 also you can add or not some mods in your zip rom to flash it.
Really I don´t tell exactly what is the reason on this error many mentioned in almost all the forum, cause I unlock my last mi max in less than a half hour and now my Redmi 5 Plus came with bootloader unlocked from the seller, so strange method cause I´m sure that they didn´t get any code unlock but anyway.
I Read in some post that is necessary to solved this issue first install china rom with EDL method using testpoint, also anyone mentioned the normal method to enter in EDL that some devices naturally has with combination keys (a trickey method that needs many many patience) and also the other previous option to get EDL before to open back cover with a "flash deep cable" this worked for me in the past trying to put device in this special mode.

There is a main idea about how to work locked bootloader and why is not possible to flash nothing unofficial on it. It is mainly caused for stock recovery, once you get change it for a custom one you can flash anything you want prevent you to encrypt your data after reboot and prevent you that stock recovery don´t overwrite again to custom recovery..

if you are using stock rom then you are on android 7.0 nougat... search for a mod that run's on that version. i thinks it's gcam v.4

dude, read carefully...
if you are on stock miui rom you need a gcam mod for nougat version. it doesn't matter who dev make it... it HAS to be for nougat version.
search on celsoacevedo port hub. again: i think you need gcam version 4, not 5, not 6 not, 7, but 4
also, after install the app, don't open it, but go to app info and delete "cache". Then open it.
hope you can make it.
if dont... try lineage 17.0 anderson mendes + gcam mgc_7.2_parrot (it is working for real):good:

well... then no gcam for you.. unless you install a custom rom with android 10 or 9. remember that gcam was created for the original pixel (android 7.1), so all port maybe work or maybe not.
