Exporting Health data automatically from via API - Amazfit

I saw AmazfitInternet Companion app which allows an app installed on watch to access internet.
Is is possible to develop app to read health data and send over internet. OR, alternatively is there anyway to read data from mobile app .

On watch, yes... Most data, if not all, is available using queries from the proper apps. I think it's also possible on phone as some apps like Notify & Fitness can get the data without an app installed on watch.

Thanks..
Looks like I need to read data the way Notify & Fitness does.
How does it read from Amazfit app. I read somewhere Amazfit stores data in sqlite , but I can't it though.

MSN Health and Fitness app, anyone?

Hi, does anyone here have the MSN health and fitness app from Microsoft? In the last version they locked it down and you can't use it anymore. However when you reset your phone (Lumia 730) back to WP 8.1 you get the preinstalled App of it (3.1.4.481) and this is working just fine.
I am sorry mate
Hi Mate, I am searching a lot on your query but not able to find any health and fitness app for Windows. Give me some time I will definitely find some free fitness apps for you! Have a blasting weekend

Is it possible to encrypt app data on rooted phone?

Dear experts,
I have a Samsung Galaxy S7, rooted with Superman Rom v2.7 (Android N) installed. I was very sad when I found out, that it is impossible to have device encryption enabled on a rooted Android N phone. I do not want to go without root any more - too many benefits (Titanium etc) and I also do not want to revert to a former Android version. But I definitely also want to be sure, that if my phone gets lost or stolen, my personal data are not accessible by unauthorized third parties (other than Google and NSA). Without device encryption, this is a real challenge. A thief could simply boot into recovery mode and pull all my data. Even if this is rather unlikely to happen, as thiefs in general are not that interested in personal data, I want to eliminate this threat as far as possible.
So I made up a list of all my data persistent on my device, which I do not want to be accessible by thiefs:
Calendar (i.e. my google calendar app data)
Tasks (i.e. my tasks app data)
Contacts
E-Mails (i.e. my K-9 app data)
SMS messages
WhatsApp messages
Browser history and bookmarks (i.e. my Firefox app data)
Passwords (i.e. my password manager app data)
Access credentials from banking, cloud and social media apps
Photos
So far so good. My passwords are stored encrypted safely by my password manager app - so this point is done. WhatsApp only stores backups of its database encrypted (though they also can be decrypted with some programming skills) - the app data itself (and thus the messages) is stored unencrypted. I am rather sure that access credentials from banking, cloud and social media (Facebook) apps are stored encrypted. And as of my photos, they are just files and I found the tool EMS Lite, capable of putting all my sensible files into an encrypted container, simmilar to TrueCrypt. So what is left are calendar, tasks, contacts, K-9 data, Whatsapp messages, sms messages, Firefox data.
So my question to you is: How to encrypt these data (or parts of it) so that thiefs cannot simply access it by pulling it from my phone? Is there an app, capable of encrypting other apps data?
It must be possible, especially with root. Titanium is capable of encrypting other apps data. The workflow for making it impossible to access an app's data with Titanium would be this:
Enable Titanium encryption in the settings and set a key
Backup the app data
Wipe the app data
This way, a thief has no chance to access the app data without your password. To reaccess the data, one has to restore it via Titanium and provide the key. Of course, this workflow is not practicable to do every time I want to reaccess one of these apps, but theoretically it should work.
Long story short: Is it possible to encrypt specific app's data? If no, do you have any other tips for me to protect my data (or parts of it) from beeing accessed by possible thiefs (other than not loosing my phone)?
Thank you very much!

I don't have this device but, your best bet is to post this question within the following Q&A thread that's specific to your device.

Good Luck!

I DO NOT provide support via PM unless asked/requested by myself. PLEASE keep it in the threads where everyone can share.
Thanks, I already asked that question in the Superman Rom specific thread, without success. And since my question applys to ALL rooted Nougat devices (not just the SGS7), I thought this is the place where I will most likely get a good answer.
However, I will do as you said and ask my question in the SGS7 Q&A thread too.
Thanks!
--- unintentional double post. sorry but my post did not appear after posting.

gpx from app amazfit

Hi everyone,
in another Thread I said that my pace was semi-dead and I was not able to recover the gpx tracks.
Now I realized that i can see the traces on the app amazfit because I had synchronized pace before it died.
Now I ask you if there is a way to recover gpx traces from the app since I see them
I add that I had not synchronized with strava etc ...
Thanks!

ok I can try but I had already disassociated the pace so I would say that there is nothing inside the place ?!
If you unpaired/factory reset the watch, then your data was erased.
If the data was visible in Amazfit, you can try to download the data from their website: there is a link but I don't know anyone that actually could download the data. See instructions in Amazfit app FAQ within the app.

Activities on website

Hello,
I used to check my sport activities on my phone using Amazfit app. Recently my phone didn't work because of battery problem. So I'm going to do alternately.
I'd like to know if I could check my activities on huami website via a PC?
Someone has tried this?
Thanks.
Regards.
No, you can't. There is a site where you can download/delete your data, but some people reported the downloaded file either is empty or misses data. The best (and simplest) option in this case is sync with a third party service, like Strava (only activities with GPS tho). You can unload new activities from watch using WiFi too: Settings -> Sync (requires a connection to a 2.4GHz access point).

Amazfit Bip Lite alternative app

Hi, I've never had other smartwatch. I got it as a gift. First of all I was surprised that it doesn't work standalone at all. You have to install MiFit app to just start watch to work (after quite long time of installing/updating watch's firmware or so). What is more, You have to create an account on a manufacturer server to use the watch. Than the data are synchronized between a watch and phone. I do not feel comfortable to use closed source apps due to fact I do not know what of my data (in fact) are collected. Even if a manufacturer says in terms and conditions that he collects just these and those data You never know it, You can not check it due to fact that software is closed source. So I did create an account, started the watch and than uninstalled MiFit app. I can use the watch only as regular watch (to check the time), check my pulse from time to time and how many steps I did during the day- that's all. Do all smartwatches work this way? Why do I have to have MiFit app working in background, be connected with manufacturer's server to transfer data between my phone and watch? Why bluetooth enabled is not enough once both devices has been paired? Is there any way to control the watch without MiFit app installed and working? Thanks in advance.
You definitely need a MiFit profile.
As alternative app you can use "Notify and Fitness" app, that can be used without the MiFit.

Regards,
Thanks for a reply Prompter. I know that I need a profile to activate a watch. My main problem with using This watch is that I do not want to be constantly connected to server with an app which is closed source. You told me about an alternative app which is also closed source :/. I know that I can use gadgetbridge open source app after created a profile with MiFit, but Than I need a rooted phone to obtain an individual special key for my device. I have no rooted phone. ..
