As the title says, my MXQ 4k pro is bricked. I was trying to flash a rom, pressed the reset button with the SDcard in and then plugged the power cord, the update screen showed up for like a second but because I haven't stopped pressing the reset button it instantly got interrupted. The led light turned red as if the box is off and the remote is broken so I can't try to press the on button on the remote. Usually the box turns on as soon as I plug the power cord but now it's just stuck there with the red light. I then tried plugging it through USB to my computer but windows doesn't seem to detect it at all. Any help?

So my HTC ran out of battery last night, and I left it overnight to charge (red light was showing up).
So I turn it on this morning, and nothing happens. I unplug it from charger and red light is still on, and when I held down powerbutton the home and back buttons would blink, but phone would not come on.
So I read online and tried the home+vol button trick under a bright light and the red light did go away, but nothing else happened.
Now when I press power button nothing happens, not even the home/back button come up.
When I plug it in to the computer I see a driver for QHUSB_DLOAD failing to load. And if I hold down power button and volume while connected to PC, I can hear it "unplugging and replugging" noise from pc.
So is my phone bricked? This was NOT rooted, it was simply the stock device.
I really just want the pictures I have on there, is there any way to get that data back?
Hello,
I've recently bought an m4 aqua with a broken screen, but the whole phone was working normally.
So I replaced the screen but now the device won't turn on.
The thing is:
1) No reaction on pressing power button
2) No reaction on vol up+power button and the small button hidden under sdcard slot.
3) When connected to the charger/usb the screen goes on to sony logo (red led) and then to charging screen (green led). Then the screen goes off and the green led remains.
4) Phone can't enter flashmode/fastboot mode. It always goes to charging mode.
5) No reaction when battery is unplugged (also when any button is pressed)
Of course the battery is fully charged.
Any way to fix this?
Edit: It's a broken connector to power and volume buttons.
The KI PLUS S2 T2 TV Box don't work.

You could
You can boot recovery mode with tooth pick method* and an inserted sdcard with recovery.img and dtb.img extracted from original ota update, or you can try to boot with ki plus libreelec sdcard (you can download it from forum.libreelec.tv), if you can boot libreelec I could explain you how to recover android from libreelec.
*keep pressed reset button then plug in power (don't stop to keep pressed until boot), the reset button is hidden but you can press it with a hatpin inside a very little hole to the bottom of ki.

Hello i have sony Xperia z ultra, after replacing a new housing, it won't turn on with power button( my power +,- button won't respond), it can charge and show charging view when i plug the cable, only vibrate 3times when i press the red button on sim card while chargin then back to charging view, I've tried any suggestions from internet.
Is there any jumper point from motherboard that represents power button? Thanks, or any solution
If you installed a custom recovery before (TWRP for example) you could do the following:
- Plug the power cable in and wait until the red LED turns off and the Sony logo appears.
- In this very moment begin to press the "Volume down" button several times until the LED turns to violet.
- Custom Recovery should start now. There go to "Reboot System" and your XZU should boot the Operating System as usual
my phone is rooted with Z2-lockeddualrecovery2.8.26
but today it start to turn off after each call
when i get home trying to turn it on it won't start, tried flashtool but no respond when i connect the phone while down volume key is pressed.
when i connect to charger the red light turn on for few seconds then show the Sony logo screen and stuck there no respond to power button and the red light is off while it's stuck on that screen it doesn't even showing charging as it suppose to do while the phone is off
when i press volume up key + power key the screen goes off and the red light is on but the screen won't turn on when i press the power button again
any one with an idea to fix it?
update: ok after many tries i been able to flash it with flashtool with that D6503_23.5.A.1.291.ftf
but still can't turn it on
when i connect the charger it show charging like 18% and when i leave it for while it show 0%
i disconnect the charger try to open nothing
then connect the charger again it shows 25% and i leave it for few seconds then it shows 100% but when i try to press the power button it shows empty charging battery icon while the phone is still off
what could be the reason ?
ok i manage to flash it with stock firmware
but still turning off randomly or restart randomly
and when it turned off i can't turn it on again unless i connect it to charger and when i do it keep blinking red led and sony logo on and off
is that hardware failure or battery failure or software failure ?
ok every one i have solve it ,
it came out to be faulty battery
