Ok so got a HTC Mozart and debranded it from orange and installed a 32gb mem card now my problem is that it wont sync with zune when using windows 7 64bit ultimate. Now if i use vista 64 bit it will sync with no problem at all. Now i have tried changing the driver and cable and also usb port but still the same outcome so please could someone tell what im doing wrong here or is this just a fault in windows itself?
problem SOLVED
how?
first i did a fresh install of vista 64bit and installed my normal software that i use then i installed zune and connected the phone and once the computer had recognized it properly i then used my upgrade disk of windows 7 ultimate and went on to upgrade from vista and my mobile is now working like a charm with windows 7
So I'm using the HTC One with Windows 8 64bit pc and when I plug in my phone it won't mount the sdcard so I can copy files from my pc. This works just fine when I plug the phone into a Windows 7 machine. Any ideas what is going on?

Might have to uninstall and reinstall drivers. Or it could be a USB 2.0/3.0 thing.
When I plug mine into my widows 8 tablet the htc sync doesnt show up.
are there drivers specific for windows 8 for this device?
Mine works in my usb 2 and 3 ports, but I had to try a few different drivers until I found one that worked. Windows 8 refuses to detect it in fastboot, though

can you share the drivers you are using for windows 8?
This is the driver that I am using
Same here. MTP works fine, Sync works fine, ADB works fine. Fastboot refuses to work, and mounting in recovery so far unsuccessful. (Win 8 x64).

No setting I know of. I think I'm using drivers from AIO Toolkit. Also installed/uninstalled Sync so not positive, but one of the two. FYI I had to uninstall VMware because it was hijacking device and giving it some virtual USB driver, might occur with others like VirtualBox also.
i had the same issues with my Win8 64-bit, Dell XPS12 Ultrabook with USB 3.0 ports and this thread helped me solve all my USB issues with the HTC One. May be worth trying...
I had issues on Win 8 64 bit on my One X a while back.
This worked for me and solved the problem
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2156665
. I used the program to uninstall the drivers and reinstalled them.
Also just realized that no mounting in recovery is normal ... still learning to remember that I have a new device .
Recoveries don't support pure MTP media devices (yet), so it is not possible at the moment.
maybe drivers can not work for 64bit system, or use the windows 8 enterprise 64bit to try this again. some program can not work fine on my windows 8 pro, but my friend's windows 8 enterprise can
MTP suddenly stopped working on my desktop running Windows 10 Pro N and I can't transfer files between my devices through USB. I already install the Media Feature Pack for windows before, I reinstalled it but it didn't solve the problem.
In windows Explorer there is just a grayed out USB-Drive and I can't do anything with it.
In the device manager the MTP device is in the 'Other devices' category with a yellow exclamation mark. I tried deleting the driver and updating the driver by selecting 'MTP device' from the driver list but it didn't help.
I tried it with a Oneplus One and a Nexus 7 (2012) and neither of them worked. Adb works fine and MTP works on my laptop, which also runs Windows 10 Pro N with the Media Feature Pack update.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
I installed Windows 7 x64 drivers but I don't installed them in Windows 10 x64.
I also disable Digital Signature in Windows 10
In Windows 10 Wondershare MobileGO don't detect Smartphone (at the beginning it's detected as ASUS or MICROMAX but then the program fails detecting)
