How to enable VoLTE on AICP 11, MM ROM for Kenzo - please help.

Hello there everyone. I'm on AICP 11 MM ROM with quite an old build, 17th of September.
For now, everything is going really super smooth with my ROM and all setup and configuration.
Also, my app list is quite lengthy (312 installed apps) so I dn't really want to start from scratch.
.
Is there any way I can enable native VoLTE (calling from dialer with Jio SIM in India) without changing ROMs or shifting to Nougat?
Maybe somethiing like flashing a specific Firmware or modem version which has been CONFIRMED to enable VoLTE or something?
Anything that works . . .
.
I searched quite a lot in xda before posting, but wasn't able to find much that would work for me. Any suggestions?
.
Also, I'm posting a screenshot of my current system details. Please let me know if some specific baseband version has seen VoLTE as CONFIRMED working. There you go -

If you want VOLTE on marshmallow you have to use MIUI.
You can try your luck with this patches for Cm13 on this thread

Tried with these patches, but don't work in AICP, maybe because they're CM13-specific.
Any other way to make it work on AICP itself?

I can't connect to the internet either :/ But i think mine is a driver not supported issue
P.s. I know this is unrelated but is there ever going to be a higher release than marshmallow? When is the latest Android 8 Oreo going to be supported? (Even in beta's/canary builds which I also can't find to see if that fixes my internet problem - can't update)

Oreo ROMs and Microsoft apps

Hi,
For work I have to use a few Microsoft apps on my phone. I had no problems with Nougat ROM but since I update to an Orea ROM the apps will crash. (I also have some problems with the GPS sometimes taking 1 or 2 minutes to work until I reboot, which did not happen with Nougat for me).
Should I go back to a Nougat ROM? If so, which one? It seems a lot of ROM have moved to Orea and have been abandonned on Nougat. Anyone have a ROM recommandation where the Microsoft apps would not crash and where there's no issue with the GPS?
For what it's worth, I'm currently on the Feb 2 version of Nitrogen OS.
Thanks

I just realised the dev of that ROM is quite active. I wasn't even thinking about trying a newer version of NOS but the comments I have read in the ROM are promising. I suppose I'll give this new version a try.

[ROM][UNOFFICIAL][7.1] LineageOS 14.1 for Vibe K5/K5+ with SIM management

Hi everyone,
This ROM with SIM management is not as "clean" as on LineageOS 15.1 where some improvements have been made in the core of Android, for example to properly manage the plane mode, but here is a build with the same functionality and the january security patch
New update :
- with january security patch
Link : https://edifixiotest-my.sharepoint....FBhzAIQkwHLDQBfm6uv2tmpuq3VJaIk0JXYQ?e=AAdyoh
Don't hesitate to give feedback.
Known bug : the notification light color for battery charge is not properly taken in accout, I have to check that...
Hi everyone, are you still interested in this Nougat ROM or should I stay on Lineage 15.1 Oreo ?
Please like this post if you want me to maintain it with security patches.

Also can you recommend me a guide for custom rom devolopment or just teach me how to do it somehow

Thanks for your support
If you want to try to build yourself, I'll recommend to start here : https://wiki.lineageos.org/devices/A6020/build
I would also advise you to be on the Telegram groups of Vibe K5/K5+ where you can find ressources and some help.

There must be a way, but right now I don't know and I don't have much time...
Hi all, for your information there is another bug in this ROM, I think it's kernel related, I'll try to have some help on this subject but it's quite specific : when you don't have much battery, the GPS is activated and the screen is unlocked, if you plug in the charger, the phone switches off.
I've managed to reproduce the bug this way, can some of you confirm that ?
Hi everybody, for those interested, new version :

This happens in the 15.1 version of yours too. In fact, it happened even before you started building roms. I had my phone soft bricked once because of that.

Thanks, I started to think I was the only one... Any lead on the why ? I didn't find any log to help me with that and thought it may be related to the cable I use (not the one bought with the phone)

Hi everyone, and sorry for the Nougat lovers, I've forgot a little to share my builds
Here is a build with January patch : https://edifixiotest-my.sharepoint....FBhzAIQkwHLDQBfm6uv2tmpuq3VJaIk0JXYQ?e=AAdyoh
I'll keep you posted if a february patch is available.
For your information, I think I will no longer build this ROM as I only do security updates, and I found out that the last "real" security patch is the r61 from october 2019.
https://android.googlesource.com/platform/manifest/+/refs/heads/android-7.1.1_r61
The only thing happening when I update this ROM is the display in "About phone"
