Hi, I own this watch for 2 weeks now and everything was working fine until the day before yesterday, I opened Amazfit app w/o Internet connection (was not aware at the time, automatic task) so I was kicked out from app and been asked to relogin, cool I did so and then my data been wiped: no steps, no sleep, no HR, weight was all that left (and the only thing that is still working).
So I tried to reboot both watch and phone (Xiaomi Mi6), no luck, also tried to let it be and see the other day, no luck, now it is 3rd day when I am keep seeing no data is going through.
I tried to force manual sync on the watch in Settings that went just fine with successful message after 100%, in the end I unpaired watch (factory reset), still no luck.
Someone told me me to try N&F app and it does read all the data, so how come official app does not, any ideas?
BTW: from time to time Amazfit app shows me that there is not connected devices and when I go to my profile under Amazfit Stratos it shows "Not activated". I activate it every time it says not activated, but it changes nothing about data.
Hello bro, got same problem, Amazfit app stopped syncing activities for few days now. However it's syncings steps properly. Can't work it out, hope someone will help us.
hello, sometimes this happens when there are problems with servers from Xiaomi. That is why there are problems with synchronization and downloading weather data. Usually it lasts from several hours to several days, it is not a continuous problem, There are also problems logging in to the Xiaomi account. I recommend patience and wait a few days.

I hope so, but when servers are down or something is wrong with them it should not work for everyone and not just one person I believe.
I am worried because I have been using huami bands for years now and nothing like this has happened in the past (in MiFit app).
It's been a week now, is official app really that bad? On day 1, 2 and 3 I was able to force sync watch from it's settings (of course I was getting nothing in app anyway), then I could not even manually sync it to amazfit servers.
All this time I'm also using Notify & Fitness for Amazfit to store my data (which works fine)..
Same here... when synchronization works, then Strava upload doesnt work. Now Strava work, but synchro with app doesnt. xD

when i try to force "sync data" on different wireless network, i still have "error, verify your network"
after delete/resintall app on my iphone, i loose all my sport activities on iphone, but, i still have it on my watch. (i just backup my watch!)

Same issue for me, on 25th October all activity information on the Amazfit App has stopped being shown. A few days later the same is also true with the step graphics information. I'm running iOS 13.2.2 and the Amazfit App 3.4.5. What is weird is that the information is being sent to Strava and also being held by Apple Health. Just nothing is being shown on the Amazfit iOS App. Sleep, heart rate are all working OK, it is just that I have not record of steps taken over the day when you click on the Walking Man icon (which takes you to the Steps screen) or any activities logged such as running or walking. Up until now I have been very impressed with the Stratos watch and the APP. Does anyone have a recommended fix yet? Watch has the latest firmware installed. Thx

in fact, i resolve my problem alone (thanks amazfit support :mad : )
Before all, i backup all my watch (with AmazeBKP_v1.2)
IMPORTANT, put the watch in airplane if you don't want loosing all your sport activity into the watch.
i'll explain what i do:
1. put the watch in airplane
2. try to see if the watch is connected to amazfit app, normally no, because it is in airplane.
3. if you don"t see the watch, go to amazfit app, and remove the watch from your account.
4. log off from amazfit app
5. Remove the app
6. reinstall the app !
7. logon with your account
8. add the watch ! ... now, for adding a watch to amazfit you need a QR Code... but, if you want a QR Code, you need to reset your watch ! nooooooooooooooooo !!!!!
open a cmd, go in a folder where there are adb (personnally i use adb from amazeBKP), and type: adb shell am start -n com.huami.watch.setupwizard/.InitPairQRActivity
9. the watch QR code appear, you can add it in your amazfit account.
10. force synchronize data from the watch (need wifi)
11. wait a few minute
With this step my amazfit app work again, and i retreive my 179 Sport session ! OUF !!!
For your information if you don't put the watch in airplane first, when you will remove the watch from your account, the watch will be reset automatically and you loose all !!!

From today for me, sync working too.
In my case I cannot sync sport activities without doing a manual upload first. Amazfit app stays at 10% for more than a minute and then the message disappears.
Anyone else had this problem?
BTW, using a Stratos 3 with 4.2.2.1 ROM

Yes, same problem here.
Tried for few times to unpair/pair, reinstall app, but last activity is from 17.11, although I have 3 more... reported the issue through the app few times and got back thanks from customer service but nothing else happens.
BTW, how do you upload manually? Thanks.

3 weeks for me and still counting... I have this watch for 4 weeks, so it does not work 90% of the time.
Yesterday after unpair/pair and removing the app worked for a while and workout form yesterday was sync ok, but today again nothing happens...
Yes only manual sync is working(using WiFi)
Go in sync menu from watch then manual sync.
Only with this I have my workout.
Don't know if the pb is from the watch or app

The bad news is Ultra Mode doesn't have manual sync, so if you use it and there is a workout not syncing, you lose it.

It has steps and sleep display with nice charts, so we're able to check our activity hourly, daily, weekly...
I hope Xiaomi / Huami will release a new FW for the USA version, because v1.3.2b is nice and stable, but lacks a few features of the Chinese FW, plus I had my first bug yesterday: after about 0.9 km of walk the watch displayed that I've accomplished half of the daily step goal, and the activity has restarted itself (so the watch hasn't rebooted), so I've lost the first third of my walk.

The digital watchfaces are working, but I'll share with you my experiences in a few days.
After a day: 1.3.3a seems to be faster than the 1.3.2b was. My experiences:
- Uploading data directly from the watch is so kewl - it just works!
- There is a battery icon on the 6 segments display besides the small clock.
- At the end of a session the finalizing is a lot faster, like it takes half of the time needed before.
- The battery life seems to be the same as it was before, so it's good.
- The digital watchfaces are working now.
- The GPS firmware is also new, so we'll see if it's more accurate or not.
I'll share my further experiences with you in a few days. I'll walk over 40 km during the weekend, so I'll have some more time testing the GPS.
Syncing problem with strava
I cannot just sync my activity to strava. It's so frustrating. Can anyone tell whether they have been able to see their activities on strava. I have tried all the methods logging in and out of strava again and again but it doesn't work.

Are you running the latest (1.3.3a) FW? Everything is fine for me, even uploading the data to Strava directly from my watch.
Maybe you should unpair your watch to see if pairing it again would solve your problem or not.

Yeah I am now running 1.3.3a version but still not able to sync with strava, though I am using Google login in both that is amazfit and strava can it be a problem.

I don't know, but try to log out from Amazfit and Strava, and log back in again.
If that doesn't help, try to unpair and re-pair your watch.

Did you try to completely turn off your watch and then back on?
I had this problem once with Redmi 3 phone. Restart didn't help but when I turned it off and then back on, the batter was OK.

I did a hard reset one of this days but the problem with mine is the battery goes like 50%in 6 hours but only if I turn off the Bluetooth of the phone . Otherwise it's OK .

Stuck on updating page for 4 days now
Hi, I was on 1.3.2b and received a notification to update 1.3.3. So I went and update the watch, and the watch has now been stuck on the updating Please do not power off the watch for the last 4 days. What happen was 2 days ago the battery went flat, so I plugged it into the charger it boots up and proceed with the updating process again but still stuck when it finally reaches the end. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
So, I just received my watch today and I was excited to set it up, but one thing didn't work. The Watch Face Settings inside the Mi Fit app doesn't seem to do anything in the sense that when I try to access it, there is a blue line showing something is loading, but then I am greeted with a blank page.
It need active internet connection to load the watchfaces.

I have the same problem
I've been having the same issue since I bought the watch. It's pretty frustrating, since I am not a big fan of the stock watch faces. I've already tried clearing the data of the app and setting up the watch from scratch.

to use Watch Face Settings you can try to use some VPN software to change location to Hong Kong for example...
- sometimes here are problems with connecting to amazfit server from non-china locations((

I managed to fix the error by connecting the Bluetooth clock and being connected, erase the cache and that's it.

Just got my bip today and can't see anything on "Watch face settings" page.
Please can you explain your fix in a little more detail please. I tried turning bluetooth on and off, and having wifi on/off but no luck. When you say erase the cache how do I get to that screen? Thanks

This doesnt work. It seems something is broken on the page that gives all the list of watch faces. I have another app for custom watch faces which shared a message about something on similar lines.
Solution
I had the same issue, "Local watch faces" is not showing anything, but they seem to be loaded under "Online watch faces". So download a new watch face, for example with "Amazfit Bip & Cor WatchFaces" app, remember the watch face your are substituting. Then go to "Online watch faces", choose the watch face you have substituted (which will still show the original image, not the new watch face!!!) and there you go, your chosen watch face will be loaded to the watch, not the original one.
Quiet confusion really, took me a while to realize this.

I deleted all watch faces downloaded for my amazfit cor. I reinforced to close my Mi app.
I reopened Mi app and reopened Watch Face Settings. It worked again to me.

Im lookin at all those fncy features with latest ver i cant use.
I recently bought amazfit watch pace with bluetooth and GPS functions. I carefully read teh description before and it said that it is compatible with my iOS iPhone device.
unfortunately,I got such an issues:
- I was able to connect/pair watch to the Amazfit Watch App. It shows battery and it lets me to change colors (first couple layouts) on the screen.
But thats it!
- When I want to sync with the connected watch it shows "ACTIVITY DATA SYNC FAILED (CODE H02)
So I cant change any units, I cant get my activities, Cant get them to Strava. Generaly I cant do anything with the watch within outside the watch itself.
Whats more important that means I can't get an update - im gettin error otowatch has stopped working, so im goin on pure basic 1.3.
I tried 4x resetin the watch to the factory settings and then pari it again with the app. I reinstalled the App like 5 times.
Nothing work.
I got:
- iPhone 5 with 10.3.3 iOS (latest)
- Amazfit App 2.11
- Amazfit Watch Soft 1.3.0n
Any potential solutions? plz help

Both your app and ROM are way too old (Amazfit 2.3.0 and ROM 1.3.6d as of now)... Probably it's causing the problem due to changes in the data or cloud syncing parameters. You can try to unpair the watch, reset Amazfit app data (or uninstall then install again) and choose NO when it asks if you want to download old data from the cloud, this way you should start with fresh data on watch. But probably it's good idea to update...
PS: unpairing the watch will reset it and erase all data on it.

If you update, you should not lose any data (if you are stock, ie using all original files).

I have a Pace for one year and very happy with this watch.
I changed my phone last week from an Iphone to a Pocophone. On IOS, the watch was always connected to the phone whatever the Amazfit app is open or close. But on my Pocophone (Android), if the app is open, I get the notification on my watch, but if I close the app, the watch immediatly disconnect.
New on Android, maybe I forgot something ?

Disable Amazfit app from battery optimization settings to allow it to keep running in background. Maybe some other actions may be needed too, and a Xiaomi user could help you more.

I knew that this kind of subject have been posted here few times, I've checked each of them and tried to make steps that have been showed in answers on my device. Unfortunately nothing have worked.
I will try to describe the issue with all possible steps that I've made before posting this subject.
1. I've received an Amazfit GTR 47 mm yesterday, I'm using an iPhone 7 (iOS ver. 13) — everything looks fine, no pairing problem via amazfit app, but when I've tried to check the notifications I saw that. I can only see when someone is calling me and if the alarm is on. WhatsApp, Facebook, SMS doesn't work.
2. All the notifications in the app (tried on amazfir and mifit (was using miband 3 before the watch)) and on phone are on — like they were while i used the band (with shown all the notifications on it).
3. I've tried to pair the watch with second phone based on android - of course everything works fine ( made the factory reset etc)
4. I've deleted the watch and app from android phone, again factory reset, installed the app on iPhone, restarted the iPhone, added the watch as a new one - and still nothing.
i dont have any idea what can i do... if You need and it will help i can make a hundred of screenshots with my settings.
Mine is the same. I'm on IOS 13.2 Beta and I no longer get SMS or phone call notifications. It works fine on Android. I am waiting for the next update so I can go back to a stock IOS 13. Hopefully this will fix it though not holding my breath.
FYI I was having SMS notifications issues with my Garmin Vivoactive 3 as well.

I have a iphone, 13.2 beta rom and the solution for your problem, that I found is:
- first you must be loged in amazfit app
- then go to Iphone>Bluetooth>Amazfit GTR> Share system notifications
- there you must turn off, and the turn on, the button for share system notifications, to restart the notification protocol
Everytime you close the app amazfit or reboot the system, you must do this procedure.
I don't know if in the next 13.2 iOS public release the behavior will be the same, but this way we can fix this anoying bug.

3. I've tried to pair the watch with second phone based on android - of course everything works fine ( made the factory reset etc)
4. I've deleted the watch and app from android phone, again factory reset, installed the app on iPhone, restarted the iPhone, added the watch as a new one - and still nothing.
i dont have any idea what can i do... if You need and it will help i can make a hundred of screenshots with my settings.

unpair the watch
uninstall amazfit app and install the app again.
before connecting the watch give all the permissions and then connect.
I've done that, but not have fixed. For me is worst, because i've bougth a Mi 9t 128 G and i have an Amazfit GTR. Some one have any information if Android 10 block this?.
Same here. None of the suggestions worked for me...
