Today I finally received the Vinyl Skins for my Asus ROG Phone 2.

Their skins and packing reminds me of Dbrand and Slickwraps. The 2 companies from where I always buy all the skins for my gadgets. This is the first time I am ordering from Capes India. Hope their skins are as good as how they look and feel. Looking forward to getting home and trying out the skins.
They normally only deliver to India as their website has no option to ship overseas, so I contacted them by e-mail and requested them if they can ship the skins to me in Hong Kong. They were kind enough to accept my order and worked on the payment separately.

I installed the first skin combo today.
I call it the executive look.
Black carbon for the body and white carbon for the glider.
I didn’t apply the camera skin because I am quite happy with the glass protector for the camera. I would have applied the white carbon skin for the camera. Let’s see, may be after a couple of days.

This weekend phantomskinz.com is having a half off thier chromatics and carbon fiber full body kits. For the transformer they only offer the carbonfiber kits and in black or white. Do they do one for the dock as well or just the tablet ?

I just bought skins for our Motorola Defys' and a screen protector for the Transformer. (On top of that they also have 2 for the price of 1 for phones/pdas/etc.. Unfortunately not Tablets. http://phantomskinz.com/internetspecial.aspx )
Doesn't one of these Chromatic kits look rather corny if you have the keyboard dock btw? It was a deal breaker for me when I couldn't skin the dock as well. White/black carbon + the brown Transformer dock doesn't seem like a match made in heaven to me?

I never use the front part of the kits, and as for the dock, think of all the laptop cap replacements and decals they make. Same idea. Again not using the fronts. I probably won't use the sides either. I just want something to protect the back when I set it down.

Did a quick job of laying down a piece of 3M Di-Noc on my phone. Will reapply as time permits. Thought I would share the results if any of you thought about doing the same.

I got one coming from XO Skins. Someone on here had it and it looked sweet. I would rather pay extra and have it pre-cut perfectly then mess around with cutting it myself not to mention I would have to buy the tape still anyway. I used the black carbon fiber film. There is a roll of silver cf sitting on my workbench, will peel of the black in the morning and will take a pic in silver.

I don't think it will interfere with the antennas. Its only a thin piece of vinyl printed with a cf design. Far less material compared to a tpu case or otterbox.

Installation is not complicated but I do recommend taking your time and using hairdryer after you've applied the skin will help the skin conform perfectly to the phone. On the G3 skin the battery door was the hardest part will all the curves and angels at the top and bottom. I would take your time and be patient and you will get a good install. I think I spend about 10 minutes on the battery door by it's self and another 10 minutes on the rest of the phone. On the front of my G3 I have a Nillkin Glass screen protector installed and you can see in the photos I was still able to install the front skins without any problems.

The following photos are of the Kyrobe wood skin.
I like the skins from Stickerboy.com I think they are a great alternative to a slim case. Now keep in mind that these skins are not going to provide you with lots of drop protection but they will prevent you from getting scratches and scuffs on your brand-new phone.
What is the actual color of the Kyrobe wood skin. From your pictures they look dark brown, but on stickerboy website the look silver??.
I have a midnight blue nexus 6 with a d brand carbon fiber skin, I am looking for a case with a silver bumper and a clear back. I am not a huge fan of the blue border because none of the skins really go well wound the shade of blue they used. I have looked at the spigen and ringke cases but it's not clear in the pictures if the edge is silver or clear. Thanks
I own this one, thinking that the sides would be a silver color. When i got it, it turned out to be a darker gray. I have a black carbon fiber back and it looks good. The only visible spots you will have of the blue frame would be at your charging port and headphone jack

How did you get the purple lettering? I'm guessing there's a skin underneath?
It's actually pink carbon fiber dbrand skins. The phone itself came directly from dbrand, so they applied the black cover as well as the pink cover for each letter plus the moto logo.

FYI, a real carbon fiber case is like wrapping your phone in a Faraday cage. Carbon fiber is a conductive material that will dampen rf signals. You are better off getting carbon Kevlar cases
