Galaxy J6 stuck at logo screen after flashing TWRP [RESOLVED] - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

It shows the logo whenever it has battery power. It cannot be turned off unless the battery dies. After letting the battery die and charging the phone, it immediately shows the logo screen without me touching any buttons.
I cannot put it to download or recovery mode. I have tried holding power + volume down and power + volume up buttons.
Guide I followed: https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...ecovery-twrp-3-2-3-1-galaxy-j6-j610f-t3875150

Looks like it is hard bricked the only option you have is let the battery drain connect it to your PC and hold the button combo for download mode, and keep trying until it enters download mode. And the download mode combo for J series is Volume up + Volume down + insert USB cable

Have you tried to Leave Odin Open. Then Plug the USB. While the USB is plugged in and Odin running press and hold volume down + Home + Power. Once the black screen comes release the Power Button.

[Q] How to get back into download mode?

Okay, so I think I brainfarted and softbricked my Vibrant. I tried to get it into download mode, but pressing vol up+down only gets me a gray battery icon, not the usual download screen. When I power it up regularly, it goes into bootloop. It's never had a problem going into download mode before, so I don't know if there's a malfunction with the vol buttons or what. I'm otherwise following the instructions for getting into download mode to a T. What else can I do?
Did you pull the battery then hold both volume buttons pop the battery back in then plug the USB cable
Sent from my SGH-T959 using XDA App

Do you have Froyo or Gingerbread bootloaders?
with GB bootloaders hold Volume up + Power for download mode(no need for battery pull or to be conected to usb), also Volume down+Power for recovery.
with Froyo bootloaders do what was listed in the post above.

[Q] GS2 unable to boot ..might be DEAD

Hi,
While flashing the device got stuck and have to unplug..
now the device is not booting and black screen is displayed...I think the device is dead ... I tried all the option
- volume down + power button
- press power button for 20 - 30 sec
- remove battery for 24 hrs and put it back n try again to boot
but nothing work...
Is there any way to start my GS2 again?
Hold the volume down & home buttons tight & keep them held down. While you're holding them down, press the power button & keep pressing it until you see the start screen. When/if you do, release the power button but keep holding down the volume down & home buttons until you see the download mode screen.
If you can't get into download mode, your next best chance is to try a jig. If you can't get into download mode, I strongly suggest you order one from eBay post haste (search for "Samsung Galaxy S2 jig").
If the jig fails, it's back to Samsung/your telco for repair (probably at your cost given flashing non-Samsung firmware voids your warranty).
What happens when you hook it up to a charger ? And what happens when you hook it up to a PC via USB cable ?

[Q] Cannot boot to download mode

I cannot boot to download mode, because my boot loader keeps loading. I have a Sprint LG Optimus G (LS970). The way to get to download mode is when off hold vol down + vol up + power. The way to get into boot loader is vol up + power. When I try to enter download mode, it keeps giving me boot loader mode! And the forum for this phone is no help, so that's why I'm asking here.

Download mode is when your turn off the device, hold vol up and plug it into the computer.

Holding vol up and plugging it into the computer does nothing and download mode is when you hold all three and let go of them when the captive lights come on. But it's not working.

If it doesn't do anything, then something isn't working right. That's how you get into Download Mode on the G2 (volume up and plug in).
I'd try different cord, port, or computer.
Edit: Sorry, can't read...lol I thought it said Ls 980. For the 970 you need to do volume up AND down while plugging in.

[Help] Le Max 2 not booting anymore

Hi,
after a Rom update (LIONAGEOS) my LeMax2 was boot-looping in Fastboot mode. I was able to switch to TWRP recovery, however OTP storage was not mountable. Back in fastboot I pressed power + Vol up and Vol down. Since then phone would not reboot at all. No activity when connecting to USB cable, nothing. Any idea if there is a chance to wake up the phone back to live?
Thanskd for any advice.

Hi rompip,
Can you reboot the terminal in fastboot mode : "vol -" and "power" for 5-10 sec ?
Do you have battery ?
When you plug it in charge, does it work ?
Best regards.
Max.
Keep in mind that if your phone goes by itself in the QDLoader mode, it’s better to try some combinations below:
1) Keep the power button pressed for about 2 minutes, or
2) Keep the power button + Vol up pressed for about 2 minutes, or
3) Keep the power button while connecting the phone to a wall charger, or
4) Bring the phone into a bright light and press the power button (or power button + Vol up) for about 2 minutes, or
5) Keep the phone charging for more than 24 hours and repeat all the steps above.

Hi AhmadSant,
thanks, long Power pressing (approx. 1 minute) worked for me!!! Do you have any advice how to get rid of the Fastboot bootloop? I can enter into recovery, would I need to perform a full wipe?
Thanks again for your assistance.

I think that the easy way to get rid of all that problem is to unbrick it and go back to stock ROM. Here
