[GUIDE] How to get past the lockscreen crash - LeEco Le Pro3 Elite (Model x722) Guides, Developme

If you have this issue (like me) just start google assistant and google something with voice input. When you click on a link it will ask for your pin or password and then its gonna say System UI keeps stopping or something like that and send you back to the lockscreen but when you unlock the phone it will open to the link you clicked on earlier and when you press home everything works normally. Take in account that this just worked for me and I'm putting it here because it could work for some other people too so if it doesn't work for you please don't @ me saying it doesn't work and just do the guide that has worked for everyone.

[Q] Why Twitter doesn't log in....?!

Hi!
All of a sudden my Twitter account has stoped to work....
I enter the right name and pass and the "Press here to log in" shows.
What could be the problem? I think it was when i installed DINIK's End key replacement, because now my data is turned off without me doing it... it saves ALOT of battery but it is not the way i want it... could it be this?
Forgot something
Eh.. when i uninstalled my old end key replacement och could not use CHT Wifi switch it said something about a exe file was missing, and now i don't dare to remove the end key replacement i have now

There are a lot of things that can be going on here. First and foremost, hard reset as you don't want to have error messages about missing files floating around, especially in an app as important as CHT.
Secondly, Twitter is quite problematic when it comes to connections. For instance, when Twitter is "over capacity (their excuse for a lack-luster network infrastructure)", it will kick back a login error from API devices (anything that uses the Twitter API to access it).
I have found that the best way to solve connection issues in Twitter is to revoke access to the problem device in Twitter>Settings>Connections and then revoke access to which ever app you are using (HTC Peep, moTweets, etc).
Then, reconnect with your device and you should be ok.
A new Twitter problem
Hi again!
Now it seems that i can login, but no twitts are showing and when i try to update it says something like "Access to the Twitter server is forbidden for the account"
What the heck is going on?
I've now gotten the answer
Hi!

If they knew, why did they not update in time before this happened?

has anyone been able to log into htcsense.com?

I've tried several times to log into htcsense.com, but it won't let me. Is it still closed or something?

I have been able to log in all the time, but getting the features to work is another story. I have been able to get them to work exactly two times. Once, on the first day I got it on June 22nd on initial setup. The other time was maybe a couple days later. I tried locking the phone via the site but nothing happened. Around 5 or 6 hours later when I got home from work, looked at my phone and it had just locked itself. Nothing since then
EDIT: Just deleted and readded my htcsense account and can now get the ring phone function to work. Location gives an error. Tried locking again and it seems like the request went through. I am guessing my phone will lock itself in a few hours, lol
I use dolphin browser to get on in my phone , and it works , but I had set up since the first port of my og EVO so no problems hhere

Phone ring works every time. It's instant.
Same here, I can login but nothing works.
I'm able to log in, but htcsense.com thinks the device finder on my phone is disabled even though it is not. I logged a ticket with HTC a week or so ago and they replied saying that they've seen an unexpected volume and it is a known issue, etc.
I was able to create an acct, but during the verifiy device stage, it tells me to log in to HTC Sense... wtf? There's no selection for that in "SetUp" Only FB for sense and twitter for sense...

same thing with me now...
How do you delete the account and create another? No functions are working for me, I am able to login.

It worked fine for me, however there's a big delay. Just download SeekDroid for 99c. Best app for what you're looking for, EVER. You don't need root. You can wipe (everything, including SD card)/enforce or remove a password/track your phone almost INSTANTLY on Google Maps/alarm, grab a list of recently made, received, or missed calls AND the IMEI/ESN of the phone. Plus there's a mobile interface so you can hop on your buddy's phone if your phone is lost and there's no computer around.

forgot pattern in ICS

in froyo and gingerbread, if u forgot unlock pattern, you could easily unlock using your gmail password. is there any similar alternative way to unlock in ics, except a hard reset?
If you have setup a Google account in the phone, have you checked this? Dunno if this works for phones....no harm in giving it a try, right?
If you set up a Google Account and the tablet isn't asking you for that info you can try to unlock it from this page:
https://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha (this might only work on hardware authorized by Google, I'm not sure)

nope, didnt work
edit:
hey i figured out... u need to make 20 wrong attempts in a row... (i.e. also wait for 30+30+30 secs in between).. after that the only way to unlock would be to signin to ur google account.
also, the emergency call button will only appear after 20 wrong attempts, which looks stupid...

Serious problem with Google factory reset protection. RCA Viking Pro 10"

Ok, so heres my problem. Ill try and be as specific as possible without acting like a crazy person, because i am at my wits end with this.
I bought this tablet cheap at a pawn shop. They said it was locked and they 100% could not contact the original owner of it. Me, being somewhat learned with android stuffs, said ok, i will reset it from the recovery menu, NO PROBLEM. yea right. Get home, reset it and now I am introduced to this new Google factory reset protection business.
Now I have researched all possible ways to bypass this. The #1 solution is to get into the settings menu and enable developer options and go from there. I have enabled developer options on every android i have ever owned. Somehow, with this p.o.s. tablet....it will not work. I have tried every which way to tap build number 1, 000 times and nothing. For some reason, I cant get it to work.
Another solution that i found was to download and sideload this app to bypass it for you. Technically, its for Samsung devices, but i tried it anywho. All good until i plug the tablet into my pc. The PC wont recongnize the stupid tablet.
I am asking EVERYONE and ANYONE. Is there some other way for me to get past this crap? It is a RCA Viking Pro 10" tablet Android version 6.0 Model Number-RCT6303W87M7
PLEASE HALP!
Thanks in advance peoples,
-Jess
Same exact tablet and problem too.
My neighbor got it at an auction and I've done the Wipe Data/Factory Reset and then the trick to get into settings but tapping on Build doesn't work. Someone mentioned that 4 long taps worked for them so I tried that too with no luck. Not sure what else to do but send the neighbor to a cellphone repair store but it's for his grandson so I wanted to help out. Any advice/instructions would be great.
Thanks,
Roger

I think I may have solved this problem. I also may have been the first to do this since I haven't found the answer anywhere else and I successfully accomplished it very easily actually after weeks of trying every available method out there. I hope this helps everyone. Let me know how it goes. Here goes: after getting to the page asking for the previous owners info, I hit the back button. I hit add network and typed in several random letters. I then long pressed those letters and clicked assist. I then clicked on gmail and was taken to the permissions and such page. I clicked on the 3 dots in the upper right and clicked manage apps. From there it took me to the settings page. Once in settings, I simply just added another user account and entered my current google information and went through all the steps. After I made it to the home screen I powered off the tablet and then restarted it. It asked for my info again and I entered my google information and it took me to the home screen after answering a few more questions. I then went to settings and deleted the user account I set up and that made me owner. I even did a complete reset and it no longer had the previous owners info. It only needed mine. FINALLY, I can use this tablet after weeks and frustration of trying to bypass this. Please let me know if this works for anyone. I may have left out something on accident if it doesn't. I'll redo it if I have to and possibly make a video if so. Thanks. I hope this does the trick. It would be nice to be the first at something for once if this is the case. Lol

Well, turns out this tablet is a RCT6603 with the last patch date being June 2016. It wouldn't let me enter a Google account - it would go straight to the screen where it said this tablet was reset and to enter the previous owner's account information. Google must have really patched that version tight as a drum...
Glad it's at least working for you though.

Mine was RTC6303 with an earlier date than yours , I used the 4 long presses to get into developers mode and it worked.... Russ
an old thread but figured id add a note in case anyone comes looking later :
go through setup, enter wifi and when it comes up asking for previous owners info, hit back till you get to wifi screen, click on 'add wifi' then hit a few random characters, click and hold on the characters and then select 'ASSIST'.
When new window opens up, type chrome and select the chrome app when it shows in the dropdown menu, download and install google account manager 6.0.1 apk, then download and install quick shortcut maker, open quick shortcut maker and then type 'google account manager' in search bar. click on this and then from the options that open, select the 1 that ends with 'loginactivity' and then select 'Try IT', from the new screen that opens up, click the 3 dots at top right of screen and select 'Browser Sign-in'. Log in with your Google credentials, once it goes back to the quick shortcut maker screen, use power button to restart tablet, proceed through setup as per normal and instead of going to the google login screen, itll come up stating that your new accounts are ready for use.
once you have went through setup fully, goto settings and factory reset the tablet, this will get the tablet to a 'brand new out of the box' state and remove those previous credentials from your legally purchased 2nd hand tablet
It worked!
Thank you your instructions worked perfectly.
Hi there! So happy to see that this post was updated!!
I found a bit of a quicker way to get through the FRP issue thanks to everyones comments.
1. Connect to wifi
2. Back out and click add new network. Type some letters and highlight, click on Assist.
3. In the search box start typing Settings and wait for the settings app to appear. Click that.
4. Go to Back up and Reset. Click Factory Reset which will delete the connected google account.
Thanks guys! Also plugging in a mouse made it way easier to zip through all the steps.
So I do everything that all of you have tried and it wont work. I got the tablet from my grandmother who passed away. I am getting more irritated with the device as I do not have the money to buy a new one. I do as everyone says to do however there is no assist button at all when I highlight everything.... help please.... Im pulling my hair out over this
I found the easiest way to get into settings, theres a button on the keyboard with the settings icon, press it and it takes you straight to the settings menu.

Help ! please with my Huawei P20 Pro

Hi, if anyone could please assit me with my issue it would be greatly appreciated.
I bought a phone off of Kijiji , and I can no longer get into contact with the owner. when I went to go and use the phone,
it prompted me for my Huawei credentials not google FRP lock but Huawei id activation .
Ive tryed countless things. and ill begin explainingwhat ive done so far . Everything is trial and error and this is taking a LONG time.
but anywaysive watched countless youtube videos method after method . and they work only if u do them RIGHT THE
FIRST TIME. so my Huawei wasnt updated to a 8.1 at this point. so I was able to access the TALKBACK ,
go to the youtube video and access the internet settings all that no problem. was even able to download shortcut maker
and got to explore it. if I knew what I know now this would have been DONE now. but I was uneducated and eventually I backed
out of the app because I decided to follow another youtube video and I was not able to get back into the browser.
despite all that ive tryed. it would just glitch and remain on the same page. so I decided to update my phone via hisuite .
and to my luck it worked . I was able once again to get into the browser. but again I was stumped lol
so I decidedto go online find someone and pay them . and I did. which I shouldn't have because this guy knowingly knew
that I had the appalready on the phone everything was good to go he got me to reset my phone remove everything .
and then when I turned it back on . no way was I able to get onto the internet browser ATALLL and it wont evne connect to hisuite anymore
i've tryed manufacturer mode, hisuite mode. everything to no avail. and then this guy just didnt care and stopped helping
me. i'm fustrasted to no end. but I did manage to get back into the phone and put my google accoiunt on there a couple
other emails and Huawei id , via the screenshot method with talkback. and access the share . and also when I click the youtube
video and the popup shows up and I long hold the broiwser it brings me to the icons settings. I go into them and find all the apps
and go to hwstartup guide and I forcestopit and i'm then able to bring the menu from the top down . but when I press settings
it just glitches . trys to go to it but wont. I put my sim card in so that it could have data that works. and I was also able to get into the
phone settings and logs etc
.but I dont no what to do why I can no longer access the internet . why it keeps glitching. I even stick my
otg cable in and nothing pops up. but when I go to share and files is an option its there and everything but cant open it. even tryed
sending it in a email and trying to open it. writing google etc on notepad and trying but nothing. Ive tryed downloading the apps from my
pc on the google play store uploading them remotely . also doesnt work. I feel like i've tryed everything and nothing andddd it's all in chinease
I have to use my cheap ghetto phone turn translator on , and go to the camera and put it in front of the p20 and decipher it
.
I just want to be over with this :;(please if someone could assist me I would be forever THANKFuL !!!! please Thank you in advance . <3
