My Equalizer with headphones not work after update 10, trough device is fine, but when put headphones not change the sound at all. Can someone please check if have the same issue?

There is a big audio issue with my RN3. Since I installed CM13 official nightly the loud speaker stopped working while using media playbacks. But only the ringtone is working fine, means the loud speaker only works when getting a call but it does't work during a call. I ignored it for a while thinking the next update might solve the issue. Still the problem persists. So, a while back I started using CM 14.0 and 14.1 by santosh. And new isuue came up, now the in speaker (ear) stopped working but the loud speaker is fine during a call. Also the media is all mute, can't hear anything. And yesterday I installed 7.1 rom by abhishek987 same issue. Could someone please explain what might be the problem and help me solve the issue.
Hmm... Did you make clean installs (wipe everything except microsd?)
You could try flashing back MIUI and see if it fixes it, if not im afraid it might be a hw problem
I have (almost) the sam issue.
What i have done: i did a factory reset through twrp and switched from crdroid 7.0 to santosh cm 14.1. All was fine, but yesterday i recognized my mic is not working (phone call, audio recording, Google search etc...). BUT: loudspeaker is working fine, even audio recording via Video.
What i have done:
-restored backup from crdroid 7.0
-restored backup from aicp 12
But my mic is still not working
I also did a full wipe (including /system) and installed aicp 12.1. it does not work
What can i do?

Update: even with my Bluetooth headset with INTEGRATED microphone, i cant make a call or recording...
Must be a Software issue, but why i cant revert via backup?! Seems like Firmware / radio issues for me and that my alka / cofface recovery did not backup these partitions?!

Guys I think I found the issue...... as I switched back to miui the headphone icon was showing all the time even after it is plugged out.......

Yeah. This happens from time to time in this phone. Try to clean your mini jack and it should work all fine.

I'm afraid its not a solution for me
I cleaned my headphone plug and my incall voice is still not working.
If i play music, my loudspeaker is on. Wouldnt, if my redmi would think a headphone is plugged in.

I'm experiencing an issue with bluetooth and my car stereo. Music plays fine but I'm having problems with phone calls they don't come in and get played through bluetooth. Bluetooth shows connected (no phone) even tho I have all 3 boxes checked. I'm on the latest LineageOS nightly and also the latest firmware which is 7.9.7 from Rom Global Beta. Can somebody help me out please this is starting to get really annoying.

When using Google Play Music it plays one song then it won't play anymore. My Mate 9 is doing the same thing. Does anyone else have this issue ? Also when calling it doesn't show call status. No way to hang up within the screen. This is the US version.
Yeah I'm having the same problems as you. So I installed a third party eq app and it fixed the Google play music audio problem. But I am still having phone call issues and I don't know how to fix that. Also, using Waze freezes the AA interface so I don't know how to fix that either

Clear data on the Android auto app then open it again on the phone first. Grant all permissions.
Waze will work until you restart your phone again.
Which eq app are you using?

I have the same problem on Mate 10 Pro. Blank screen in car unit and eventually crashes on the car.
Turned on usb debugging, cleared cache on AA yet still nothing.
Using original usb 5a cable.
Any suggestions to resolve?
I had pretty much no issue using my Mate 10 Pro (on 145 firmware) with Peugeot 2008 vehicule (late 2018 H1 edition).
Some minor gliteches, but I've been able to enjoy Waze and Spotify. Didn't try since the smartphone has been recently updated to 148 and 150 firmware.

After update to Emui 9.1 I don't get audio over phone when my mobile is connected over Bluetooth.
The settings in Google maps are set to audio over loudspeaker. In Emui 9 I don't have such a problem with audio.
After downgrade to Emui 9, the problem is gone.
Anyone else with this problem, or any tips?

not only in maps... also the assistent... voice wakeup doesnt work in 9.1.... how did you downgrade

I did the downgrade in Hisuite on PC. You go on update and there you can select downgrade to lower version.

I had the same problem in 9.0. No sound over Bluetooth to car speaker and no sound from phone. Turn off bluetooth and I get sound from phone. Same in 9.1 hope someone finds a solution
This isnt just Mate 20 pro issue, I had the same problem on my galaxy S6 when connected to cars bluetooth. I still didnt try my mate 20 pro how it will work with my car...
I noticed it too, cause all I want is incidentally listen music over Bluetooth, but mostly just listen to the radio, so I used the switch in Maps settings to output just that audio over the phone speaker. But now in 9.1 my if I listen to the radio the Maps navigation directions are gone, cause my car audio is on radio and not on Bluetooth.
I now disable the audio output in Bluetooth settings and just keep the phone output. When I want to listen music over Bluetooth, I re-enable the the audio output.

Same happens to me. Was working fine in Emui 9, setting is broken in 9.1. So frustrating. I mean how hard can it be to fix this? I had this working fine in earlier versions of Android with Xposed lol. Not rooted anymore though, so no more xposed for me.
Nothing new about this I guess... It's a pain.
Happens to me (Honor 10), and to my wife (Huawei Mate 10), both after emui 9.1.
Also noticed that notifications won't make any sound on speaker while connected to cars BT.
It's still the same with EMUI 10 too. Only sound from Google Maps over speaker with Bluetooth disabled.

I noticed this one since I installed YouTube Vanced and I thought maybe that was the problem but no, after playing some longer video the volume suddenly drops. I read on reddit others experience this problem so I was hoping maybe here we can find a solution? I searched the xda threads but didn't found anything.
Kinda off to a bad start for troubleshooting though.
Can you give more information?
Are you using stock ROM? If so what version and variant? Are you on global, EU or Indian variant? Android 9 or android 10? What security patch?
Any mods installed? Particularly sound mods?
Any magisk modules?
Have you tried taking a log of the issue and see what happens?
Is this through the phone speaker or wired headset or Bluetooth.
I am not able to replicate on my setup.

Thank you for the fast reply: I'm on stock Android 10 Global version. Latest August security patch. I am not using any apps for sound and no headsets or earmuffs. No magisk module and no root.
If I just leave YouTube with a longer video, at one point the sound almost mutes. I even uninstalled YouTube Vanced.

Today it happened again and in another app that was doing live tv streaming. I had not encountered anything like this in another phone. I'm sure that's a but but what can cause this? All my notifications are muted.
