I'm using the Archos Video Player with the Archos Video All Codecs plug-in. On my Nexus 10, with Lollipop, the Video Player with the all-codecs plugin works fine when playing MKV files with AC3 streams. On the Nexus 9, even after installing the all-codecs plugin, any movie with AC3 refuses to play the audio track.
Anyone facing this issue ? Any idea if it's the Nexus 9 somehow ?

No player I've tried can play AC3...
Edfit: screap that. The all codec pack for archos on the market fixed it...

Playback of Ogg Vorbis doesn't work on LineageOS. I've tested this on a Oneplus 3, a Oneplus 3T and a Oneplus X. I'm unable to find any help on this matter. It seems to be a known issue over a month now on their JIRA.
Is there a way to fix this? Note, I don't want to re-encode my music to mp3.
Also a problem on Lenovo P2
Ogg playback stopped working some months ago. If somebody know how to troubleshoot, I'd like to give it a go.
I'm using the mobile version of foobar2000 for music playback now, which works fine with ogg files.

I can add that it works with VLC. So the interesting question is what is the difference. I have asked BlackPlayer support.

The difference is that VLC (and presumably foobar2000) have their own codecs built-in. Other players use Android APIs to play music. The issue is with the Android APIs.
As title states, I can't get music to play on multiple devices, without distortion and garbled audio. I can play sounds from a game, with no issues though. I have tried Pocket Player, Core Player, TCPMP with codec pack 6, and Windows Media Player, all with the same issue... I can play same files on Android device just fine, which is running 2.2 using the built in music player. I have tried files from other people as well.
Can somebody confirm that ringtones in . wma format still works on the S21. It worked on the S20FE and Android 11.
I have a lot of my music in .wma format, and Samsung Music will not play any of it. This includes my ringtone. I have the S21 Ultra.
Thanks for that confirmation. I had to convert it to mp3 for it to work. Weird that it worked on the S20FE.
I've just spent a joyous afternoon batch converting my wma's to mp3 via MediaHuman Audio Converter!
Just migrated from S10 to S21 Ultra and wma ringtone does not work. This is embarassing as system/oneui appear to be basically the same version.
