I need some serious help here...
My son got a Samsung S7, his mum created him a google account with child protection (family link thing?!?!) which was causing all problems with him installing apps etc..
So his mum deleted the Google account (without removing it from the phone first), which meant he couldnt sign in (as the account was deleted), and there is no way to recover it (ive tried the recovery process).
So I tried a factory reset, but due to this stupid factory reset protection, we need to log into his Device using the Google Account.. which has now been deleted (and non recoverable)...
HOW can i get past this?
The phones current state is factory reset, but asking for the old Gmail address to login (which is impossible).. And im unable to enable developer options, as i cant get past the login screen..

i have Galaxy s2 and i forgot the pattern and i some dude guy change the gmail account and now i cant find out what is the needed gmail account
i try all possible shots i use odin to intsall another frameware and it still ask me about the gmail account i tried every thing i read about it online and i cant find the solution yet , and i tried to wipe date through recovery it cant work on my device
( volume up - home - power ) and tried the hard rest code number and either not working
so guys if any one could tell me how to jump over that or make a hard reset in any possible way ???
using your computer, go to gmail and reset/ update your account to something you can use then reflash the phone and use the new gmail to set up your phone.
I've already done factory reset and although I forget first google account I still remember second one, unfortunately after login in android asked for new account and after I created it I forget this password as well. Unfortunately ui has stopped again and I did second factory reset - this time the only one account I still got password won't pass me through configuration phase. System recognizes me ( I see my avatar) but doesn't pass me through with this account. Recently Ulefone changed androidROM to 6 and I haven't done this yet and although new system seems to be corrupted and with lots of malware ( even ulefone on their facebook page admitted it) I wonder if flashing rom could help. I have do this from my pc since I can't have acces to my phone and - this is the best part - my windows can't see Vienna at all only Linux recognizes it. Is there any help?
Hello, I did a factory reset this morning, on the first boot phone asks to configure the wifi settings as usual, then gmail account, after checking account it asks me to log in with one account that was previously sincronized on the phone (wich is the same account I tried to log in in the first place and the only account ever used on this phone) I tried several times but no succes, always the same, after login with the google account it goes back to "check your account" I don't know what else to do, the phone is on stock marshmallow 6.0, bootloader is locked. If I log in with my google account on PC, I can see that the phone conected with that account, dont know why this is happening, I've made factory resets on my moto g3 several times and never had this problem before. Hope you can help me to solve this

hi all,
I have a new S9+ (SM-G965F/DS), when I first power up the phone, there are many samsung apps inside such as samsung pay, browser, email.
After I did a factory reset in setting menu and restart the phone, I found that some samsung apps mentioned above were missing, need to download and install, what happened for this?
why factory reset would delete official apps?

After a factory reset, during the device setup it asks you if you want to install those items. If you skipped over it or unchecked them, they will not be installed and you will have to install them manually...
Basically I think Snapchat detected im rooted or that I use vpn orsomething and they deleted my account + device banned me I make new account it work on other devices but can't access any accounts using my device , the issue is usually fixed if i factory reset my phone .... I'm not sure if it's IMEI ban because I doubt factory reset change the IMEI so its something with the data on my phone , so is there any way to bypass that device ban without having to factory reset ? I got XPrivecyLuna on Lsposed but I can't get it to work any idea how to reset my phone data or get past that ? Note that I'm using the original MIUI Rom from xaomi website and I tried sign off all my Google accounts and I'm not sign into any MI accounts yet I also tried on different network so its not IP ban I still can't access Snapchat I can make new account and use it normally but if I sign off then try to sign back in it won't let me it gives me error on sign in : Due to repeated failed attempts or other unusual activity . Your access to Snapchat is temporary disabled .
Tried to install it and reinstall still doesn't work do I actually have to factory reset and will that remove root and make me install Magisk allover again
