Hi guys!
On the forum 4pda there was a dispute. Is it possible to install Indian region firmware on the global version of the smartphone
Yes dear you can install indian regional rom on Redmi Note 9S global version after bootloader unlock and you can also relock bootloader without any issue.

Thank you friend! But what about this smartphone model? redmi note 9pro?
Hello. I got My Redmi Note 9 Pro yesterday and I want to update it before start using .
I am a beginner and I do not want to cause any problems
about phone informations :
MIUI Global 11.0.1 Stable 11.0.1.0(QJZMIXM)
Screenshot in Attachment
This means My Phone Verison is Redmi Note 9 Pro Global right ? but which one ( Joyeuse or Curtana ) ??
From where I can download Latest Updated Rom ?
and if I want to flash it using Local Update Method , Just Copy the ROM file to Phone
Then from System update Choose the Rom ?
Not Need to Unlock Bootloader or anything Right ?
Thanks in advance

To know the codename, just use AIDA64 app..
If you a begineer, just use the updater from the phone setting itself..no need all of that thing you've mentioned.

Look at the camera cluster information at the back.
48Mp mean Redmi note 9s (Curtana). 64Mp = Redmi note 9 Pro (Joyeuse).
OTA update by default is the best of safe way to avoid all trouble for beginer. Just click check for update and wait at night. Device will do the best for you. Dont care about unlock Bootloader if you happy with default MiuI os.
Hi,
Which firmware should I download and install for my Redmi Note 10 (Sunny) not Mojito? I know that Sunny is a global version and Mojito the Chinese version. But on the xiaomi download firmware site there is only Mojito mentioned https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/mojito/. I would not like to commit mistake choosing the wrong firmware. Do you have any experience at that point?
At all: should I do this if I have already installed the latest Havoc 4.9?
Sunny/Mojito is the same thing , Redmi Note 10 doesn't have a Chinese Version.
You should pick always the latest firmware but only if the developer/builder specifies it
Thanks!
