I tried to use my fido u2f key by NFC to log in my google account in Chrome, but got an error "empty tag".
Does anyone meet such problem?
The key works good on other phones with my google account. Not sure if EMUI 10 miss any module for it.

So I installed the latest 134 update (face unlock) from Funky Huawei. I have noticed since my Google Pay will not work and my banking apps will not allow fingerprint login as it says fingerprint login will not work if the device has been rooted or system settings have been changed. I never got this warning before.
Can anyone confirm if Google pay transactions work in a store if you are on 134 update?
Hello all! I come with a serious problem:
I bought a used "Huawei Mate 10 Pro" from a guy at a classified ad portal... because he offered to meet me near my work to buy the phone i dont have his contact details.
Now i found out that google account lock FRP is active and i dont know his account details! I cant even contact the seller!
I already tried some tutorials to get rid of the google account lock but no tut works because i have the mate 10 pro which has NO SD CARD slot :crying:
All tutorials where no sd card is needed doesnt work because talkback version is too high (6.0) and prevents opening a browser by tapping "privacy policy"
Is there any way to get rid of this ****** account lock? ... it is not even possible to call or mail google to be unlocked again!
Thank you very much in advance!

Anybody have success with implementation of Google Services on the Chinese ROM? I can't get autocomplete or Location History to work or enable amongst other things. Can't get OK Google hotword to work unless launching the assistant manually either. Any solutions or workarounds would be appreciated.

I'll keep this post updated with your info from different models.
My sister broke the screen of her Huawei Y5 prime(2018), after replacing the screen from a repair shop she could not sign in to any google apps(playstore, maps, facebook etc)
I search a bit about this issue, from what I understand the issue is because of US ban.
Phone specifications:
Name- Huawei y5 prime 2018
Android version- 8.1
Android security patch level- April 2020
google apps were pre istalled and were working before. Apps are still there but showing a sign in error.
My goal:
Using google apps and others without sign in issue.
Now what can I do? Watched some videos on youtube those suggests bypassing google account. But those videos are quite old and requests factory reset. Reset is not the issue but if the method shown in the yt video does not work(methods also vary from video to video) the phone will be stuck in phone set up.
Any help/suggestions will be vary appreciated. <3 (Pardon my English, I am not fluent in this language)
Have you checked other Google apps like Gmail? Are they working or require you to sign in? Either way, I would suggest you sign out and back into your Google account if you have come this far.
How-to:
Open Settings and tap on Sync to find a list of all the accounts you have added to your phone. Select Google here.
Tap More at the bottom of the screen and select Remove account.
To add Google back, go back to the previous screen and at the bottom, tap on Add account and follow the on-screen instructions.
