I am having this issue. I have a international Korean S6. I didn't have the issue using a Korean image for my tablet but some Korean Text and other things kept popping up so I flashed the UK image so I wouldn't see it. NOW I have an issue with the S6's Wifi. The S6 Wifi downloads at 7mbs and ups at 2.5mbs. I use my mobile connection and I do 30 down and 13 up. Idk why these images are using different wifi drivers but it's crazy. With a few hours of testing I see that the UK Image (T865XXU2ASL3_T865OXM2ASL3_BTU) has an issue with the Wifi drivers while the Korean Image has an issue with the reliablity of the finger print reader (and some menu stuff come out in Korean). Anyone know a way to take the Wifi drivers and only the Wifi drivers from the Korean Image and import them into the Image currently on my S6? If it's a all or nothing thing then I guess I'll have to keep the Korean stock image.

Ok so reading up on ODIN I see I need the Korean CP file flashed. But I wonder if I leave everything the same and only flash the CP from the Korean Firmware could there be a compatibility issue with the language? Everything I read says very clearly messing around with ODIN is a fantastic way to brick your device. Any help on if I should play around with this would be great.

Hi, today my tab started to show some real bad screen corruption. The colors are all garbled and the text very blurry. No matter what setting on the tab, nothing makes it right.
Last week I flashed the stock UK ICS rom via the Odin method from this forum. Everything was great until today...
I do not think this problem is related to the rom, because it happend before in HC 3.2 BEFORE I even rooted the tab.
Also, the problem persists even when the tab is "off" as you can see the corrupted charging screen. Recovery and download modes also show the corruption.
Has anyone experienced a similar problem? What can be done (the tab is out of warrant).
I attached photos of the tab exhibiting the problem.
Thanks for your time!
If you search the forum, you'll find that a few others had the same issue. If I remember correctly, they had to send it to Samsung, as it is a hardware issue.

I updated to the 4.1.2 update over the air update for my cricket wireless galaxy s3 ( back during the $320 discount) and received a keyboard problem. My biggest sticking point now is that the default Samsung keyboard does not work for me. When I select that keyboard, any attempts to type by swiping show the line following my finger movement across the keys, but no text appears. I can type by tapping. I do have T9 Trace selected in the keyboard settings. I also have Swype Beta 1.3 installed and working properly, so I'm fine with using that keyboard, but I would like to figure out what settings I'm missing in the default keyboard. I tried uninstalling Swype and restoring with no improvement. Has anyone else experienced this? DO you need any additional information or have any suggestions?
* this question has been asked before and I'm aware of that but it received no answers. I'm really eager to get this problem fixed.
additional problems:
ยท can't use web/3g/ Wi-Fi during a phone call ( shows up as no internet connection but an connected to internet)
*UPDATE
Problem Fixed, actually all problems were fixed. I'm assuming Cricket GS3's had a super buggy update in 4.2.1 (i think it waas that) but since 4.2.2 just came out, i backed up all my content, factory reset and updated. All problems solved
Solution: Update when you can and i guess do a factory restore before updating

JJ, can you help me move this to the right section. I was having troubles finding the right place to post this, sorry.
Maybe someone else had this problem before, I didn't found a comment about it.
My phone can't see any WIFI's, it seem as is it turned off.
If I turn on the wifi after by hand about 10 second the green light goes out again
and also during this time no wifi can be found. There are no wifi's at the list.
I have used the app Pry-Fi 1.21B and during first time using the application hungs.
After a reboot of my phone it was not able anymore to contact the lan or the WIFI.
I have found out the into hosts file ( /system/etc/hosts ) was a wrong entry,
after removing that the network itself works againt but no more WIFI can be found.
older versions) it comes always the message "creating backup".
I've made a reset to the basic setting and as next a Factory Settings reset, nothing will help.
I'm using G900FXXU1POJ1_G900FVIA1POI1_G900FXXU1BOJ1_HOME.tar.md5,
the official Swiss Swisscom 5.0 Version, Samsung Galaxy S5, SM-G900F.
I'm nearly sure it has nothing to do with the used software version.
Do you have a idea how can I solve my problem?
On request I can send you all the hard & sorware details of my Samsung Galaxy S5.
Thank you in advance.

I just bought an S6 Edge SM-G925F phone on eBay. It came with a bootloop issue in the setup where once anything was saved it would shut down. So I flashed it with a fresh 6.0.1 stock image and cleared the cache which seemed to fix pretty much everything, except for this issue.
Certain elements across the system are fragmented, like in these screenshots (I can't post direct links):

The phone has the latest updates from Samsung. I haven't been able to find anything like this on the internet and I'm not sure where to begin with it.
What should I do?
Hey all,
the "Keep Screen Off" feature stopped working ever since I received the update to Nougat. With Marshmellow it used to work flawlessly. I've tried countless combinations of settings, checked all sensors and whatnot - to no avail. I was hoping Samsung would address this but here I am months and numerous updates later and the feature just won't work. Strangely I can't find anything on that issue on the internet. Even more so since my woman's S7 has the exact same problem that appeared with Nougat!
Phone: international Galaxy S6 Edge
FW: G925FXXS5EQG5/G925FVFG5EQFE/G925FXXU5EQFE (latest German FW)
Any help would be highly appreciated, so thanks in advance.
