The possible causes for this problem are as follows:
● You are submitting the quick app for the first time, but the quick app has not been created in AppGallery Connect.
Sign in to AppGallery Connect and create a quick app.
● You have upgraded the quick app in AppGallery Connect but has not submitted the new version.
When you upgrade a quick app, upgrade it either in the quick app alliance or AppGallery Connect. Do not leave the new version in draft state in AppGallery Connect and then submit the new version again in the quick app alliance.

There are two scenarios in which you may be unable to find the comment about your app after releasing your app on AppGallery.
Scenario 1Your app can be found on AppGallery, but the app rating is 0 and there are no user comments.
CauseIf your app has been released recently and the number of downloads is small, it is possible that no one has left a comment yet. But if your app has been released for a long time and the number of downloads is large, you can sign in to AppGallery Connect, and go to Operate > Users > Comments to check whether there is any comment data. If there is comment data in AppGallery Connect, but there are no comments on AppGallery, this may because there are no comments from users in the country or region set on your AppGallery. The comments on AppGallery are displayed by country or region while in AppGallery Connect, the comment data of all countries and regions is displayed. You can filter the data by country or region in AppGallery Connect to check whether this is the cause of the issue.
Scenario 2Your app has comments on AppGallery app, but has none on AppGallery website.
CauseThe comments displayed on AppGallery are based on the country or region set by the signed HUAWEI ID. If you do not sign in with a HUAWEI ID, the system will display the comments based on the default service country or region. However, if you do not sign in to AppGallery website with a HUAWEI ID, the service country or region is set based on the IP address. For example, if you are based in the Chinese mainland but your app is released only in Germany, you will be able to see your app on AppGallery website without signing in with your HUAWEI ID, but you will not be able to find any comment for it.
To sum up, user comments for your app are displayed based on the service country or region. If you sign in to AppGallery or AppGallery website with a HUAWEI ID, the service country or region is the country or region set by the account. If you do not sign in with a HUAWEI ID, the service country or region is the default one on AppGallery. While on AppGallery website, it is determined by your IP address.
