Hello,
I have a bricked Zte Nubia Z5s. I'm trying to unbrick it with QPST. But after installing all the drivers, the PC (Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit) is still unable to detect the device as QHSUSB Dload or USB Diagnostics port or anything like that with a COM port. It detects it as USB Input Device. I have attached photos of how the device looks like when connected and of the drivers that I have installed.
Will anyone please help me ?
And there was no separate thread for the Nubia Z5s so I had to post here.

Hi all!
I've just bricked my ZTE KIS 3 (yes, I still have this old phone.. ). I read many topics in the Internet about bricked phones, but I can't unbrick my device. I just dont know how to do it. ;(
So... When I'm plug in my device to PC then Windows sees in Device manager qhsusb_bulk. I've installed drivers and now I see HS-USB qdloader 9008, so it is okay. QPST can connect with phone via COM3 and reports about device is in download mode so it is good too. And now is the question what I can do next?
Open_C upgrade program is not working. ZTE flash tool is not working too. Only QPST is connecting with my device.
Any one can help me and tell step by step what I should to do?
I'm using Win10 but i have PC with Windows XP, where QPST is working fine.
Regards!
Adam
Hello Guys,
I would like to flash a Redmi Note 3 pro with twrp.
The problem is it is not recognized by PC. It's not even showing anything in device Manager.
I installed usb drivers from Xiaomi, I booted to Fastboot Mode and connected the Phone to the PC. Nothing is happening. No device ist showing in device Manager.
I tried 3 different USB cables and also to connect it to a notebook instead using my PC. No Chance.
Then I tried to connect a Redmi Note 4X in Fastboot mode and the same happened. IT IS Not recognized and the device manager don't show a new device.
Both phones are officialy unlocked.
Anyone who faced the same problem and can help

Hi, so you have tried 2 PCs, 2 phones and 3 cables. I think you missed it in the Device Manager. Please connect your RN3P phone in fastboot mode and run http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html then do File/Save full report, and post it here. Alternatively, run any live Linux and post lsusb output.
Thank you for your reply.
As it seems I can´t post links because i`m new and when I try to post the report here it says I can`t because it has more than 30000 caracters
But as I said it won´t be recognized. Both of them won`t.
When I connect them in working mode I can´t even access the data like pictures etc.
One of the 3 usb-cables were originaly packaged as I at first suspected the usb cables were faulty.
But now a friend of mine come by and I tested to connect his Redmi note 4x and it is working. The only difference is that he has miui 8 and I have miui 9 from xiaomi.eu.
So I am out of ideas now. The only I can imagine is that both usb ports on the smartphone are ****ed and therfore it won´t connect properly.
Charging is no problem by the way
Bro you have to setup adb drivers perfectly a single error in setting up leads error but no worry it would not harm your device....
So first of all setup adb driver from the given link it will show you how to setup adb driver
Then go your processor of setting up twrp.

You had to install qualcomm drivers for edl mode. Adb driver for fastboot. And put your phone into fastboot mode before connet to pc. Or will do not be recognized

Don't open phone! Simply use USB... Maybe you have made a damage now .. give the phone to a repair center is best solution for you, before hard damage the mother board .. if is not yet... good luck. In my opinion now the problem is not software. You have used a bad cable
Also you are using an old version of the mi flash, its from 2018....
Download Xiaomi Flash Tool 20210226 - Official Tool
Download the Official and Tested version of Xiaomi Flash Tool, i.e., Xiaomi Flash Tool 20210226 which allows you to Flash Stock Firmware on Xiaomi Devices.

was just thinking about it because the Mi A3 came out in 2019
Another thing... If the phone don't enter in fastboot, mean that bootloader is damaged, probably you have flashed a wrong firmare... Have tried to convert to mc9e? Because with AOSP ROM is quite impossible to make an hard brick. The installing instructions are clear and simply. Now I'm running android 12 beta 3. I have never hard bricked my phone. And opening phone maybe have also caused an hardware damage. But I saw that win have installed the Qualcomm port. So maybe you are lucky. I suggest you use normal USB...and different versions of miflash. How Marvin suggested... For future, use edl mode with caution.
I have a question: what edl firmare you have? Are you sure is correct?
