charging slowly - Xiaomi Poco F1 Questions & Answers

charging slowly gives an error when I write custom rom to my phone and the phone does not store energy

Turn off your device while charging, it should give almost 18W

I am also facing this issue . I have changed various roms still I'm facing same issue

I had this problem too.
Change USB cable and problem is solved.
Supplied cable with Poco is very cheap and delicate.
Use ampere to check V*A=W

Touchscreen calibration issue

Hi all,
I've been having some trouble with my i9100g.
From time to time, the touchscreen is not calibrated correctly (see pics and explainations below). It doesnt seem to have any origins, just sudently uncalibrates, and a while later recalibrates...
On the 2 pictures i've been trying the same thing, draw a line on the top and bottom lines. When calibration is right, the line i draw ends up on the line i'm aiming. But when uncalibrated, you can see the lines and up in the middle of the square.
What can i do? Did any one experienced something similar?
I tryed asking to Samsung's support team, but in short they told me to f*** off.
Thanks for your help.

Are you on stock?

Have you tried cleaning your screen? The GS2's screen is affected quite badly by moisture.. but otherwise capacitive touchscreens normally don't need calibration.
Yup, i'm on stock, chinese stock by the way.
My screen seems clean. But that's an interesting remarque. I'll pay attention if it could be linked to the dirtiness of the screen. I doubt it though.

I suffer from this problem like you, it's certainly the problem in software not hardware becauae , it doesn't always occur , I hope to solve this problem and help us
Please do that :
-Plug in the charger and do calibration test
-Plug it out and do the test again
And tell me what you found please

Ow, very nice. It does seems to be linked to the charger.
I'll need to check this out on a longer periode of time, but plugging and unpluggin the charger does has an effect on the calibration.
What i saw as was testing just now, most of the time i plugin the calibration screws up an goes back to normal as i unplug.
Very interesting...

This is a known issue, especially cheap chargers (unfiltered output) may create lots of eccentric activity on capacitive screen. If you are not using stock charger... well I would definitely hesitate to plug a 500$ equipment on a 5$ charger. If you are using stock I don't know what u could do.. except buying a new one or try filtering ur electricity outlets.
I think you should thank ers1983, its his find

I think u should be sure about the problem before acting, IF you have any similar device (capacitive screen and micro usb charger)you could test . U could try swapping ur charger with the other one and this would help you pinpoint the problem.
Try your phone with the other charger and try your charger with the other phone
After that if its adapter you can not do much its between you and ur repair service (But on the bright side you might buy another charger and be done with it), if its the phone you need to get it fixed(I hope u have guarantee). If its the electricity system you might buy a filtering electricity extension cable or try usb charging.
I try to use usb cable to charge but the problem still exist
can you tell me more about " filtering electricity extension cable " please , because I don't know about it
I actually use the stock HTC charger from my last phone. Also tryed the stock Samsung charger, same problem.
In a couple days, when i'll have the time, i'll try to do a hard reset, see if it actually solve anything.

I'm taking about EMI (electro magnetic interference) http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Electromagnetic_interference
If you try to charge a similar phone in your home and get the same issues, problem is probably with your home electricity otherwise id suggest to return ur device for repairs

This is funny, because I've search all thread about calibration issue.
And looking if there were replies on my thread, I fall on this one.
Here is my thread : Touch screen calibration issue ?
So I'm not the only one having this issue.
At least 3 I9100G !
Is it only occuring on I9100G ?
Did you solved your problem ?
Is it linked to the charger ? It doesn't seem it is for me.
Did you send your mobile for repair ?
Nope, didn't solve it. It is linked with tue charger for me. To know that allows me to correct it myself (i know where to tap on the screen).

headphones disconnected

Sometimes, when I restart my omate, right as it boots up, I get a "headphones disconnected" message that pops up and then disappears. I was wondering if anybody else is seeing this, or if something has happened to mine. The reason I ask is that my vibrate stopped working and it seems to have started the first time I saw this message. Just wondering if anyone has seen this, and if your omate still vibrates. Very frustrating, since vibrate is pretty much the only way to never miss a text message, if I'm in a loud room or listening to headphones.
I tried backup and restore, no result
I flashed omate_1900_truesmart_20140120 firmware, still no vibrate.
Anyone else experiencing this, or have any suggestions on what I might try next, or do you think my watch is faulty
Edit: my phone started vibrating again, not sure why. powered it on and off and shook it around a little, now it works
I see the message at nearly every boot, vibrate motor still works for me just fine, but as far as the toast message, you're not alone.

Getting a replacement for your defective TrueSmart will take some time, if it turns out to be possible at all.

Quoted from another thread but the same may be true if your vibrator (on your watch, that is) isn't working at all.

[Q] TS came dead, any way to make it work?

Hello guys,
my dad backed TS on kickstarter (probably) and then since it took so long for him to get his watch he bought galaxy gear instead so when it finally arrived it was just siting there unopened until few months later (now) when I found out and wanted to give it a spin. It didn't turn on.
It is 1GB ram model probably for Europe since 3g frequency is stated to be 2100MHz on the box
there is no response to either charging or pushing the power button, it is registered but not recognized when plug into a PC(no change on the watch itself)
I have tried nothing and I'm out of ideas I only tried to take the battery out for a bit and then putting it back in with no result
Any suggestions on how to make it work? Battery is dead? I read on the forum that the product is not very good but I would still love to give it a try.
replacement battery
ok so since nobody has a better idea I'm thinking that it is just that the battery is completely depleated. Is there a way to charge it outside of the watch? Or where can I buy new one?
Thanks, Andress

I am sorry. It appears that almost nobody is reading this forum anymore. I don't know how to help you, and nobody visits here to answer your or my question
---------- Post added at 09:50 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:45 PM ----------
oh I realised that TS was shipped with a spare battery. You should have a second spare battery. If so, then you could try replacing a battery. Normally batteries are stored with 50% charge, because that's best for battery life. So it should have some charge, at least enough to start charging.
it didnt have the spare battery when it came
also in the mean time I checked with voltmeter and the battery is dead so do you know where to buy new one?
Try universal charger
It's quite a common problem with phone batteries not in use for a long time. I used universal charger "Ansmann Vario pro" to get them alive - few times with success. Not necessary this model - look for anyone with adjustable pins.

[Q] Charging Question

I just received my Padfone X yesterday. So far, I think I made a good choice. Once it is rooted and all of the crap removed, it works well. I need someone to help clarify something for me...
Should my phone charge when in the tablet?
So far, what I am experiencing is that, if the tablet is plugged in, the tablet and phone charge. However, if the phone is in the tablet and the tablet doesn't have AC power, the phone battery doesn't charge. Not a huge deal but I would like to understand if that is by design or if I have a problem.
Thanks.
It's the same on mine. I think it's part of the design. It's intended that you don't use the battery of the device that is not in use.

Mic stopped working

After a few days the microphone of my new realme 6 stopped working. At first it worked perfectly and then it just stopped. I can not make recordings, voice messages, I am not heard when I call... All you hear are some cracks. I tried already a few things like factory reset, disabling 'hey google' ... I want to try to boot in safe mode but I keep failing.
Does anyone have a solution?
Meanwhile I try to get help from realme aswel but they are so slow and not very helpful so far..

Hm.. Strange I am using this devices for more than 2 months I pre-ordered it I am not having any similar issue might be a device fault. Keep calm and wait for the support or replace your device(which is a good option)
Maybe this is due to dust stuck on the mic hole, or there is a short circuit on the mic because of conductor dust, or the mic connection to the circuit board got loose, or the mic itself broken.
---------- Post added at 12:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:13 PM ----------
But i think it was the mic glue are not applied properly, so its loose and the copper wire for the mic got loose and will make cracking sound.
