Slow charging after flashing fastboot stock rom - Xiaomi Poco F1 Questions & Answers

I have flashed miui 11.0.6 fastboot
And my charging is damn slow
Only getting less than 1000ma
Please help
What bad has happened please help
I have tried with oos 10 rom
It gives me fast charging
But want to flash miui
Even using mobile charging is not increasing by single percentage or takes great amount of time

Hi, I have a problem that my PC doesn't recognize my POCO F1 in FASTBOOT mode.
I'm running Win 10 64bit (Core i7-3517U), my phone is Global stable 11.6.0. bootloader is NOT unlocked and there is no root.
The main problem: When I try to connect my phone in FASTBOOT mode to my PC and go to System Manager it shows an exclamation mark, not a question mark like it would if you just didn't have the drivers. It also says "The device has been stopped (Code 43) (the other error codes are in the attachments given below) A request for the USB device descriptor failed." I guess this means it's not a simple matter of missing drivers, even if my phone is connected normally, it does not show up or connect to the Mi PC Suite.

Flashed stock rom and now my reading mode turns on when the toggle is off and vise versa

[SOLVED] Unbrick with locked bootloader

As the title reads, I am stuck in a bootloop I guess coming from uninstalling more system apps than was probably wise.
I tried to flash via Mi Flash but I get a "can't flash a locked phone" error.
I also tried to connect to Mi PC Suite on Fastboot but it doesn't recognize the phone as connected (although the PC itself does and Mi Flash did too).
What options do I have?
Much appreciated,
Ultimatum
SOLUTION:
Download latest Fastboot ROM and decompress
Download and install MiFlash
Open MiFlash
Shut down the phone
Power on with Power + Vol Up.
Download Mode
Connect phone to computer, let it install the drivers if necessary
Refresh MiFlash, phone should show up (for me, Device showed as COM 10)
Browse the ROM
Tick Flash all except data and storage
Advanced > clear nvflash_all.bat
Flash
Enjoy!

have you tried to re-install the Driver? make sure that you only use win 64 bit for flashing, many issues occurred when you try to flash using win 32 bit
I am using Windows 10 64 bit. Moreover, I have installed ADB drivers separately (although these seem to come with the Mi Flash utility too).
I think it's intended behavior not to be able to flash via Fastboot with the bootloader locked? I was hoping to be able to restore via Mi PC Suite but it can't seem to see the phone, although the computer does and Mi Flash does too.
try using Mi PC Suite, http://en.miui.com/thread-92720-1-1.html, After Mi PC Suite is installed, make sure that your phone is in fastboot mode, connect your phone to a computer, and select the correct ROM file to flash
"I also tried to connect to Mi PC Suite on Fastboot but it doesn't recognize the phone as connected (although the PC itself does and Mi Flash did too)."
For some reason, Mi PC Suite is not detecting the phone.

Hello there,
I faced the same situation, but unfortunately in download mode, the phone is not detected in MiFlash, it detected as QHSUSB_BULK in Windows. Phone is detected while in fastboot and normal mode, but not in download mode. Do you have any idea what to do?
I expect this is a driver issue, but I can't figure out what.. I'm using Windows 64 bit, disabled driver signature enforcement, and installed all driver from MiFlash installation (there were 3 of driver notification prompt).

You need to update QHSUSB_BULK to the Qualcomm driver.
Device Manager > Select QHSUSB_BULK > Update Driver Software > Find manually the location of the driver, most likely: C:\Program Files (x86)\Xiaomi\MiPhone\Qualcomm\Driver
The driver should now appear as Qualcomm something, and Mi Flash should be able to see the phone.
Does this work?

Hi,
Thank you for the help. Unfortunately it doesn't work straight away, fortunately this leads me to the right direction, after I tried to point the driver to Xiaomi directory, a window dialog says the driver is 32 bit thus noninstallable for my PC, then I looked around for 64 bit driver for Qualcomm, installed it. I can finally install the driver but the phone is detected as unknown USB device, after removing it from Device Manager, restarted my PC, and tried again, it's still the same, on the third try it finally detected properly. It's working now, thank you very much.
Really weird why did MiFlash comes with noninstallable driver.

you have to flash in edl mode not fastboot so google on how to take redmi 3s into edl mode then you can flash the rom in locked bootloader.in redmi 3 we use volume up and volume down and power button.press all three at the same time and it will take u to edl mode.screen becomes all black but if you plug it to ur computer and press refresh in miflash then it will show as com 10 or 20.thats for redmi 3.maybe redmi 3s has the same steps

I believe you are talking about dfc a.k.a deep flash cable. I have searched alot I couldn't find it on any e-commerce site except alibaba which doesn't ship at my place. Can yousuggest any seller or website if you ever came across selling dfc cable? Deep flash method is the only last resort for my problem other than sending phone to service centre. Could you suggest any website to make dfc cable manually?;as I have searched youtube but non of the method mentioned in it seemed liable to me.

You don't need deep flash cable use button combo to put in edl mode. From device manager update driver for QHSUSB_BULK. \After that reboot pc with driver signature disabled, then open mi flash and phone should be recognised. Just found the thread I used to remove vendor rom.

As I have already said edl mode won't work since developers option was not activated as edl requires oem activated. I had already tried all the methods.

Hi folks! I'm a newbie with this stuffs so I'll do my best to explain the issue. I've recently rooted my Nexus 10 with Nexus root toolkit 2.1.9( I believe). All was fine until I turn it off and back on. Now I'm in a bootloop. I could use the Unroot+flash command but my windows 7 won't detect the device. It only detect it when my tablet is connected and turn off. In that case shows as MTP. Can anyone help me reinstalling the driver or else? Thank you

Redmi Note 3 Pro ist not recognized

Hello Guys,
I would like to flash a Redmi Note 3 pro with twrp.
The problem is it is not recognized by PC. It's not even showing anything in device Manager.
I installed usb drivers from Xiaomi, I booted to Fastboot Mode and connected the Phone to the PC. Nothing is happening. No device ist showing in device Manager.
I tried 3 different USB cables and also to connect it to a notebook instead using my PC. No Chance.
Then I tried to connect a Redmi Note 4X in Fastboot mode and the same happened. IT IS Not recognized and the device manager don't show a new device.
Both phones are officialy unlocked.
Anyone who faced the same problem and can help

Hi, so you have tried 2 PCs, 2 phones and 3 cables. I think you missed it in the Device Manager. Please connect your RN3P phone in fastboot mode and run http://www.uwe-sieber.de/usbtreeview_e.html then do File/Save full report, and post it here. Alternatively, run any live Linux and post lsusb output.
Thank you for your reply.
As it seems I can´t post links because i`m new and when I try to post the report here it says I can`t because it has more than 30000 caracters
But as I said it won´t be recognized. Both of them won`t.
When I connect them in working mode I can´t even access the data like pictures etc.
One of the 3 usb-cables were originaly packaged as I at first suspected the usb cables were faulty.
But now a friend of mine come by and I tested to connect his Redmi note 4x and it is working. The only difference is that he has miui 8 and I have miui 9 from xiaomi.eu.
So I am out of ideas now. The only I can imagine is that both usb ports on the smartphone are ****ed and therfore it won´t connect properly.
Charging is no problem by the way
Bro you have to setup adb drivers perfectly a single error in setting up leads error but no worry it would not harm your device....

Phone exits fastboot after launching MI Unlock Tools

Hi guys, I just got myself a Poco F1 and I was thinking about flashing it.
So first I have to unlock the bootloader right? I had OEM unlocking and USB debugging enabled, installed the USB driver and unlock tools and
was ready to unlock.
Booted my phone into fastboot and i noticed that every time i launch the unlocking tools I get kicked out of fastboot, and when i boot into
fastboot again, the PC stopped recognising my phone.
Anyone knows why this happens and what can i do to unlock my phone? I followed the steps closely and tried both USB 2.0 and 3.0 slots.
Any help is appreciated.
its seems like driver issues, you must install
1. miflasher (latest) it comes with qualcom drifers , and it prompts you to install
2. miui pc suite (recomended)
3. i also installed TOOL_ALL_IN_ONe ( https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=1899786940962603435) because windows (7) wasn't recognizing my poco / (install only drivers,) ( xda ref https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/software/tool-tool-one-driversunlocktwrpfactory-t3358711 )
4. I am assuming that you have passed the 72hours of waiting time and your miui is sim verified and your miui account has unlocking rights granted , if all are YES then proceed opening the UNLOCKER app and signin to the same MIUI Account and connect devce in FB mode and proceed!

I have same situation with my personal laptop(Intel i7 based). After 2-3 reboots (from starting Mi Unlock), it will not stay in fastboot even for 5 seconds even if I don't use Mi Unflock / Mi Flash, no matter what port (USB 2 or 3) I use. I used my office PC, & connected to USB 3 port (to test) to my surprise I could unlock the phone using Mi Unlock & use Mi Flash to flash MIUI 11 from fastboot even though I connected to a USB 3.0 port.
I just had the same issue and realised both my Ryzen machines were refusing to work. then i plugged into an old sony i3 laptop and voila it unlocked instantly - i would suggest using another machine entirely. preferably an Intel since this seems to be repeating issue.
Or get a USB 2 hub, go thru that and see if it works.

I doubt it would, especially If it doesn't / didn't work with onboard USB 2.0. In my case I could unlock & flash fastboot ROM using USB 3.0 port on my office desktop (i3 & gigabyte mobo) while I couldn't get it to keep it in fastboot mode for couple of seconds using USB 2.0 port on my laptop (i7 based & even after a clean windows 10 install). Better for him to try another Desktop / Laptop.
I fixed it with this https://forum.xda-developers.com/attachments/howto_driver-zip.2480396/

My PC doesn't recognize my POCO F1 in FASTBOOT mode.

Normally, if you plug in a new device without drivers, Windows at least recognizes whether it's a printer, headset, mouse or whatever and starts looking for appropriate drivers, but not here.*Whenever I put my phone on FASTBOOT mode, it never gets recognised it just shows an exclamation with a dialogue box that says that "The last USB device you connected to the computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognise it" (screenshots provided in the attachments below with normal my phone on normal mode and fastboot mode please go through them)
What I have already tried based on my previous research, but with no success:
different computers, windows and Mac
different usb cords
usb debugging on/off
all usb modes (MTP, file transfer etc.)
usb 2.0 and 3.0 ports
re-installing Mi PC suite
resetting my phone
resetting my Windows 10 pc
and none of the above seem to work.
I also spoke with a friend and tried connecting their phone (Redmi Note 5 Pro) on fastboot mode to my Windows Pc and the Mac and it works!
but my POCO F1 does NOT get recognised.
I live in Pune, Maharashtra in India
and there's a huge lockdown, like there is, all over the world

Was it ever resolved ? I had similar issue with my POCO F1. it was working fine in ADB but not getting detected in FASTBOOT. Every time I connected it in fastboot it showed a message USB device not recognized. drivers and all were fine. Code 43 was also there in device manager.
I was able to fix it by using Bugjaeger Premium on my spare Samsung rooted android 10 phone with OTG since my spare phone has micro USB.
POCO F1 was also not getting detected first then I did a factory reset, and MIUI recovery wipe and simply disconnected the cable and rebooted poco f1 using volume down and power button and voila it got detected in my samsung phone then i flashed TWRP.

Mi A3 Bricked, BlackScreen, Not Turning On.

Hey, I need Some help ASAP, I am in a Big trouble. So The whole scenario is that I decided to install the Paranoid Android 11 in my Mi A3 and After Unlocking the Bootloader, I changed the Boot Slot from A to B and Flashed the Twrp file ( to the boot ) and Pressed the Power and Volume down Button, The Phone turned off and is not turning on Not Even the Fastboot Logo, Its Bricked. (Here are some additional Points Which you Should Know, 1. I checked the ports on my Computer and It was Showing Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 So I think the phone is in EDL mode. 2. I tried to Flash Mi A3 Stock Firmware using Miflash and It was Showing Error "Cannot receive hello Packet") The Phone is my Daily Driver and If anyone can, Please help me Fix this.
Even I got the same issue after downloading the latest Android 11, then got rectified the Mobile through the nearest service center.
Globally many people experienced the same issue.

could you explain it more?
I also dead briked my phone after install a11 and used qfil to flash some stuff in edl mode using test points,
I recommend using the right qualcomm driver 32 or 64 bits like your OS and also reboot after install driver,
I don't recommend open the back painel bcs even u doing it right it don't close well after bcs lose stickiness,
If u can just go to a service, they can manage with this better then u.
Same here. Even opened the back cover to touch the EDL points.
Tried getting out of that mode by flashing to stock ROM using the Mi Flash Tool as I'm getting a weird error, `Input string was not in the correct format`. even when using the very same input as I've seen on a YouTube Tutorial & I had also tried it out on the very same version of Flash Tool (and still got the error)
