its only possibile if you have an unlocked bootloader ?

Yup i have ,, and this not first time to root ,, but first time on Android 10 ,, i did it before and my phone formatting all ?

It is possible jf you have an unlocked bootloader and TWRP. Follow the steps in the first page in the link below
