hello
I've been using the 7t pro for 7 months now and it has got really bad screen burn in. Will Oneplus replace fix it under warranty? Or is there any other way of fixing it? Will eventually get back to normal?
Thanks

I believe the best choice is to talk with them, they have a good online chat service.

After month of using Ace I found bad pixel on my screen
What's even worst is that it's in the middle of the screen and I can see it all the time. Did install Dead Pixel Detect to confirm this and unfortunately it is there.
Does anyone know if repair center will give me new one or at least change the screen on this one?
It depense of your warranty... But for me, I know that they will give me a new one if I have this problem.

I'll contact my warranty service and ask them about it, but I'm worried that they might want to change the screen and I don't want that.
After they changed screen and digitizer in my i900(I had white dot from overheating and poor digitizer - common problems with i900) it had specks of dust between the screen and the touch layer.
Hopefully they will give me new one. I'll keep you posted on my situation, maybe it'll be helpful to some
Hi guys, i came to my phone today, go to send a text , and the screen is unresponsive where W and E would be on a keyboard.
Is this a Sofware problem, or a easyfix?

More than likely its the digitizer like whats wrong with my phone. The fix requires pretty much disassembly of thee phone.
Deadspot
So this is my problem... Is there a chance it is a software problem?
Not really.

Then do you think that if i replace the digitizer, the problem will be solved? Maybe it's a wire and not the digitizer that is the problem?
Replacing the digitizer almost always solves this kind of problem.
Tomorrow im gonna replace my digitizer. Lets hope i manage to do it without destroying anything. ill post back

when i replaced the digitizer the dead stripe just moved from the left of the screen to the right. I think im done trying to fix this phone. I might as well send it to our dear devs if they can make better use of it than me... still i dont know why but i want to fix my atrix so much... should i buy a 3rd digitizer?

Son you just save me from buying an atrix with this problem, thank you, and god bless you!
I woke up this morning and my LG G5 had vertical black lines all over the screen. It would glitch out and randomly press things on my screen. About two or so hours later the screen went black and has not come on since. I have tried the volume down and power button glitch and it did not work, nothing I have tried so far has worked. The phone buzzes if it is off and I press the power button but the screen does not post. I got the phone in June last year and since than has just been problems.
I have owned 3 G5's since June and none of them have been able to survive. First one had major screen burn issues, 2nd one was overheating and now I have one which is bricked while updating stock ROM.
Yours looks like a clear issue of display and you might wanna send it in for warranty and get it fixed and if you don't have warranty, you can get a display for around 150 from AliExpress or eBay. But, before you get it replaced, try updating the phone using LG Mobile Solution tool and see if it makes any difference.

Jesus christ 3 times? I'd ditch the phone altogether after that. I don't have nearly as many issues like so many others. We wonder why this phone gets a bad rap lol. Me caution buy next LG phone.

Right? lol. I am done with G5, it's the most glitched device in the G series so far. Ordered an Octopus box on AliExpress this morning, hopefully it will arrive in 2 weeks and I can fix this bricked G5 and get rid of it.

I can't blame you and would do the same thing. With all the bad issues I've seen from other people on these forms. Not so sure if I will buy another LG phone. It hurts to say that because I love LG phones.
It's just there not doing anything about these issues. That GPS issue was on other past LG phones I've had. Also screen burn in as well. Great phone, but bad design. People who have shipped in for warranty still having issues wtf?

My Mate 10 Pro was working beautifully when I started taking pics and it glitched out. I rebooted and now if my screen brightness is over about 40%, I have a super bright green light on the bottom of the phone. And the whole screen seemed to have very subtle "screen door" effect. It's just enough to make using the phone pretty annoying. Everything else seems to work fine.
Any idea what have happened or if there is any chance the phone will come out of this?
I really liked this phone. I'm tempted to buy another to replace it and see what I can get on ebay for this afflicted phone. But I'd be really pissed if the same thing happened again. I haven't been able to find anything online suggesting this is a problem for this phone, so I'm assuming it's a fluke. Anyone aware of Huawei having a problem with these screens?

thanks. my problem seems a bit different. Guess I'll roll the dice and buy another Mate 10 Pro.

I'm unfortunately having to send my Pocophone back to Amazon for a refund & needed to know how to restore it back to factory please?
I'm sending it back due to an issue with the top left part of the screen isn't right. However I have ordered the 9T Pro!
